The characteristics of dynamic systems subjected to multiple linear constraints are determined by considering the constrained effects. Although there have been many researches to investigate the dynamic characteristics of constrained systems, most of them depend on numerical analysis like Lagrange multipliers method. In 1992, Udwadia and Kalaba presented an explicit form to describe the motion for constrained discrete systems. Starting from the method, this study determines the dynamic characteristics of the systems to have positive semidefinite mass matrix and the continuous systems. And this study presents a closed form to calculate frequency response matrix for constrained systems subjected to harmonic forces. The proposed methods that do not depend on any numerical schemes take more generalized forms than other research results.  相似文献

The concentration of nutrients in brown rice is mainly associated with embryo size. Various beneficial components have been purified from rice bran. Recently developed black waxy rice with a giant embryo (‘Milyang 263’, BGE), which is the ge t mutant of the GE gene, was selected and analyzed to produce high quality nutritional components. γ-Aminobutyric acid (GABA) content in BGE rice bran, one of the most important nutritional compounds in rice, showed a 10.6-fold increase (2.66±0.48 mg/g) compared to that of BGE brown rice (0.25±0.01 mg/g). In addition, brown rice and BGE rice bran showed enriched amylopectin (94.5±0.5 and 97.0±0.0%) and bioactive anthocyanin [Cy-3-G: 75.15±4.18 (brown rice), 82.97±0.81 (rice bran) and Pn-3-G: 1.52±0.50 (brown rice), 4.33±0.20 (rice bran); mg/100 g] contents. These results suggest that BGE rice bran can be used as an excellent raw material to efficiently produce high quality essential amino acids, cyanidin-3 glycoside-enriched anthocyanins, and GABA.  相似文献

X-ray imaging data obtained from cold cathodes using gallium-doped zinc oxide (GZO)-coated CNT emitters are presented. Multi-walled CNTs were directly grown on conical-type (250 μm-diameter) tungsten-tip substrates at 700 °C via inductively coupled plasma-chemical vapor deposition (ICP-CVD). GZO films were deposited on the grown CNTs at room temperature using a pulsed laser deposition (PLD) technique. Field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) were used to monitor the variations in the morphology and microstructure of the CNTs before and after GZO coating. The formation of the GZO layers on the CNTs was confirmed using energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX). The CNT-emitter that was coated with a 10-nm-thick GZO film displayed an excellent performance, such as a maximum emission current of 258 μA (at an applied field of 4 V/μm) and a threshold field of 2.20 V/μm (at an emission current of 1.0 μA). The electric-field emission characteristics of the GZO-coated CNT emitter and of the pristine (i.e., non-coated) CNT emitter were compared, and the images from an X-ray system were obtained by using the GZO-coated CNT emitter as the cold cathode for X-ray generation.  相似文献

Triethylboron (TEB) and ammonia were employed as precursors in preparation of boron nitride thin films on Si(100) substrate by CVD. Operating parameters such as reactor pressure and feed rates of gases were varied to investigate their effects on deposition rate and film characteristics. Total gas pressure in the reactor was varied from near atmospheric to near 1 torr. Deposition temperature was in the range of 850-1,100‡C. Deposition rate increased with increase of partial pressure of TEB, but decreased with increase of total pressure in the reactor. Deposited films were examined with SEM, FTIR, XPS, AES and XRD. Films were BN of turbostratic structure and their texture and carbon content varied with deposition conditions.  相似文献

Asphalt plug joints (APJs) have several advantages over traditional bridge joints. They are easy and cheap to install and have good surface flatness. However, widespread application of APJs in bridges has been hindered by frequently observed premature failures. Detailed finite-element simulations are conducted to develop a better understanding of the parameters that influence APJ response under traffic and thermal loading conditions. The computational model employs a time and temperature dependent viscoplastic material model and is validated by comparing model results to previously published experimental data. The key parameters investigated are gap plate width, gap plate thickness, gap plate edge geometry, and geometry of the interface between pavement and APJ. The resulting information is synthesized into a proposed alternative APJ design that minimizes local demands deemed to be responsible for the observed early failures.  相似文献

Out-of-plane type piezoelectric micro grippers (briefly, OPPMG) actuated by micro cantilevers using sol-gel multi-coated PZT (Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3) films with the thickness of 1.2 μm were newly designed and fabricated using MEMS processes. Electromechanical and gripping characteristics of fabricated micro PZT cantilevers and OPPMG using them have been investigated. Two types of micro PZT cantilevers were fabricated with two types of supporting layers, respectively. The OPPMG was formed by two micro PZT cantilevers of the same type facing each other across the spacer of polyimide (PI). Precise gripping and positioning of metallic ball with diameter of 100 μm using fabricated OPPMGs was successfully done at a low actuating voltage of 7 V, without any adhesion problems between two jaws of gripper and the ball.  相似文献

In this study, a numerical analysis was conducted to investigate the effect of the tip clearance on the aerodynamic performance, internal flow characteristics, and stall region characteristics of an axial fan. Three-dimensional steady and unsteady Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) calculations were conducted with a shear stress transport (SST) turbulence model. Tip clearance ratios of 0, 0.01, and 0.02 were applied to the impeller. As the tip clearance ratio increased, the aerodynamic performance of the axial fan decreased at both the design and the off-design conditions. The correlation between the tip leakage vortex (TLV) and the flow angle of the velocity triangle was presented for the difference in the tip clearance and flow rate. As the flow rate increased, the differences in the aerodynamic performance induced by the tip clearance ratio decreased. As the tip clearance ratio increased, the size of the TLV increased and gradually moved in the circumferential direction to interfere with the main flow at the low flow rate. Meanwhile, the size of the TLV was similar and gradually moved in the axial direction even if the tip clearance ratio increased at the high flow rate. The pressure fluctuations were observed by the fast Fourier transformation (FFT) analysis to compare and analyze internal flow characteristics at the stall region and design point. The static pressure was converted to the appropriate magnitude. The locations of the highest magnitude were shown to be different at the stall region and the design point, respectively.

A structure is broken down into a number of substructures by means of the finite element method and the substructures are synthesized for the complete structure. The divided substructures take two types : fixed-free and free-free elements. The flexibility and stiffness matrices of the free-free elements are the Moore-Penrose inverse of each other. Thus, it is not easy to determine the equilibrium equations of the complete structure composed of two mixed types of substructures. This study provides the general form of equilibrium equation of the entire structure through the process of assembling the equilibrium equations of substructures with end conditions of mixed types. Applications demonstrate that the proposed method is effective in the structural analysis of geometrically complicated structures.  相似文献

The pressure pulsation due to the gear geometry of the gerotor (generalized rotor) pump mainly occurs in an instant that the chamber of the gerotor enters the delivery port and leaves the suction one. Such a pressure pulsation may result in undesirable vibration and noise of pump components as well as cavitation in hydraulic system. Therefore, it is very important to examine the pressure characteristic of the gerotor pump at its design and analysis stages. In this paper, in order to reduce the pressure pulsation in the gerotor pump, the port plate with the relief grooves is designed by referring to as notch of vane pump and relief groove of piston pump. A series of the theoretical analyses on the pressure pulsation is performed in consideration of various design parameters of the port plate, including the installation positions of the port inlet/ outlet and the groove width, and the operating conditions such as rotational velocity and delivery pressure.  相似文献
