Skeletal form of KnbO3 crystals growing in Li2B4O7 solvent was in-situ observed at 900℃ and it was found that shallow depression started to develop on the surface of KnbO3 crystals when the crystal size exceeded several micron,typically 7 micron.Based on the quantitative criterion derived by Chernov,the estimated critical size of KNbO3 crystals was 1 micron,which was consistent with the experimental measurement.The kinetic coefficients,Kcorner and Kcr,in the criterion were experimentally obtained in the diffusive-convective and diffusive-advective flow states respectively.  相似文献

Transparent ceramics are at the heart of modern magneto-optical materials providing promising opportunities for Faraday isolators.1.0 at%RE:Tb3Ga5O12(rare earth(RE)=Pr,Tm,Dy)transparent ceramics were successfully prepared by air sintering and sequential HIP technique using the coprecipitated powders as the raw material.All the powders have shown to be a pure cubic terbium gallium garnet(TGG)phase and exhibit good dispersion.Additionally,a change could not be observed in particle shape with the different doped ions.After the two-step sintering,all the obtained ceramics have good optical quality,and the in-line transmittances at 1070 nm are higher than 80%.Moreover,no secondary phase can be detected from the microstructures.However,the pores which remain entrapped in the ceramics can be noted.The Verdet constant of ceramic samples is optimized by RE doping,and the Verdet constant at 632.8 nm is about?143 rad·T?1·m?1,which is about 5%higher than that of TGG ceramics.Finally,the thermo-optical properties of 1.0 at%RE:TGG transparent ceramics are compared.The annealed TGG ceramic showed the best thermo-optical properties,and the thermally induced depolarization of 1.0 at%Ce:TGG and 1.0 at%Tm:TGG was inferior to that of annealed TGG ceramic.  相似文献

Lithium (Li) metal anodes promise an ultrahigh theoretical energy density and low redox potential,thus being the critical energy material for next-generation batteries.Unfortunately,the formation of Li den-drites in Li metal anodes remarkably hinders the practical applications of Li metal anodes.Herein,the dynamic evolution of discrete Li dendrites and aggregated Li dendrites with increasing current densities is visualized by in-situ optical microscopy in conjunction with ex-situ scanning electron microscopy.As revealed by the phase field simulations,the formation of aggregated Li dendrites under high current den-sity is attributed to the locally concentrated electric field rather than the depletion of Li ions.More specif-ically,the locally concentrated electric field stems from the spatial inhomogeneity on the Li metal surface and will be further enhanced with increasing current densities.Adjusting the above two factors with the help of the constructed phase field model is able to regulate the electrodeposited morphology from aggregated Li dendrites to discrete Li dendrites,and ultimately columnar Li morphology.The methodol-ogy and mechanistic understanding established herein give a significant step toward the practical appli-cations of Li metal anodes.  相似文献

The phase constitutes and phase compositions in the eight alloys designed with dif-ferent compositions of Al--Zn--Cu system have been determined after the homogenoustreatment and then equilibrium cooling to 20℃ by use of optical microscope, electronprobe microanalysis and X--ray diffraction. It has been found that there existed the T'phase in the seven alloys. Consequently, it was testified that the T' phase was stableat room temperature. At the same time, the phase relationship was not locally rightfor the isothermal section of 20℃ of Al--Zn--Cu system of the ASM published in 1997.  相似文献

由五氯化磷和氯化铵合成了六氯环三磷腈(Ⅰ),通过亲和取代反应由苯胺和Ⅰ合成了六(苯胺基)环三磷腈(Ⅱ),对反应条件进行了优化,并对化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ进行了元素分析、IR谱和质谱表征。用化合物Ⅱ与ABS树脂共混制备了阻燃ABS树脂,测试了其氧指数和力学性能等指标。  相似文献

Temperature control curve is the key to achieving temperature control and crack prevention of high concrete dam during construction,and its rationality depends on the accurate measurement of temperature stress.With the simulation testing machine for the temperature stress,in the present study,we carried out the deformation process tests of concrete under three temperature curves:convex,straight and concave.Besides,we not only measured the early-age elastic modulus,creep parameters and stress process,but also proposed the preferred type.The results show that at early age,higher temperature always leads to greater elastic modulus and smaller creep.However,the traditional indoor experiments have underestimated the elastic modulus and creep development at early age,which makes the calculated value of temperature stress too small,thus increasing the cracking risk.In this study,the stress values of the three curves calculated based on the strain and early-age parameters are in good agreement with the temperature stress measured by the temperature stress testing machine,which verifies the method accuracy.When the temperature changes along the concave curve,the law of stress development is in consistent with that of strength.Under this condition,the stress fluctuation is small and the crack prevention safety of the concave type is higher,so the concave type is better.The test results provide a reliable basis and support for temperature control curve design and optimization of concrete dams.  相似文献

In this paper, a stochastic linear quadratic optimal tracking scheme is proposed for unknown linear discrete-time (DT) systems based on adaptive dynamic programming (ADP) algorithm. First, an augmented system composed of the original system and the command generator is constructed and then an augmented stochastic algebraic equation is derived based on the augmented system. Next, to obtain the optimal control strategy, the stochastic case is converted into the deterministic one by system transformation, and then an ADP algorithm is proposed with convergence analysis. For the purpose of realizing the ADP algorithm, three back propagation neural networks including model network, critic network and action network are devised to guarantee unknown system model, optimal value function and optimal control strategy, respectively. Finally, the obtained optimal control strategy is applied to the original stochastic system, and two simulations are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.  相似文献
