Compensation of hysteresis in piezoelectric actuator with iterative learning control 总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0
This paper presents the application of iterative learning control (ILC) to compensate hysteresis in a piezoelectric actuator. The proposed controller is a hybrid of proportional-integral-differential (PID) control, whose main function is for trajectory tracking, and a chatter-based ILC, whose main function is for hysteresis compensation. Stability analysis of the proposed ILC is presented, with the PID included in the dynamic of the piezoelectric actuator. The performance of the proposed controller is analysed through simulation and verified with experiment with a piezoelectric actuator. 相似文献

The most important goal of virtual reality is to create a virtual world computers where users are allowed to view the environment and control the virtual objects interactively.Traditionally,virtual reality systems use 3D computer graphics to model and render a virtual environment in real time.However,this approach usually requires laborious modeling and expensive special-purpose rendering hardware.Image-based rendering is a new approach in composing a virtual environment in which a set of panoramic images is used to compose the virtual environment and walking in the space is accomplished by “hopping”to different panoramic points.This paper introduces an experimental image-based VR system.The techniques utilized in the system,in particular the authoring and interactive control tools of the system,are described in detail. 相似文献

This paper presents a class of non-model2based position controllers for a kind of flexible spacecraft. With the controllers, one can achieve not only the closed-loop stability of the original distributed parameter system, but also the asymptotic stability of the truncated system, which is obtained through representing the deflection of the appendage by an arbitrary finite number of flexible modes. The system dynamics are not explicitly involved in the controller design and stability proof. Instead, only a very basic system energy rehtionship of the flexible spacecraft is utilized. The controllers possess several remarkable advantages over the traditional model-based ones. With several rice genome projects approaching completion gene prediction/finding by computer algorithms has become an urgent task. Two test sets were constructed by mapping the newly published 28,469 full-length KOME rice cDNA to the RGP BAC clone sequences of Oryza sativa ssp. japonica: a single-gene set of 550 sequences and a multi-gene set of 62 sequences with 271 genes. These data sets were used to evaluate five ab initio gene prediction programs: RiceHMM, GlimmerR, GeneMark, FGENSH and BGF. The predictions were compared on nucleotide, exon and whole gene structure levels using commonly accepted measures and several new measures. The test results show a progress in performance in chronological order. At the same time complementarity of the programs hints on the possibility of further improvement and on the feasibility of reaching better performance by combining several gene-finders. 相似文献

The occurrence of material adhesion and formation of oversize particles in the product yield during one-pot spheroid production by rotary processing leads to a less predictable process and a decrease in the usable portion of the total product yield obtained from each production run. The use of variable speeds of the rotating frictional base plate during the spheronization run was investigated for achieving optimal spheroid production. When the base plate speed was increased during liquid addition, the greater centrifugal forces generated improved liquid distribution and the mixing of the moist powder mass, resulting in a decrease in the amount of oversize particles formed. When the base plate was maintained at a high speed throughout the run, the amount of oversize particles and mean spheroid size increased, and a greater “between batch” mean spheroid size variability was also observed. The findings showed that, when higher speeds were used, the residence time must be adjusted accordingly to avoid excessive coalescence and growth while maintaining even liquid distribution. A “low-high-low” speed variation during rotary processing may be used to produce spheroids with a narrow size distribution and with a minimal amount of oversize particles in the total product yield. 相似文献

When ultrasonically cutting honeycomb core curved parts, the tool face of the straight blade must be along the curved surface’s tangent direction at all times to ensure high-quality machining of the curved surface. However, given that the straight blade is a nonstandard tool, the existing computer-aided manufacturing technology cannot directly realize the above action requirement. To solve this problem, this paper proposed an algorithm for extracting a straight blade real-time tool face vector from a 5-axis milling automatically programmed tool location file, which can realize the tool location point and tool axis vector conversion from the flat end mill to the straight blade. At the same time, for the multi-solution problem of the rotation axis, the dependent axis rotation minimization algorithm was introduced, and the spindle rotation algorithm was proposed for the tool edge orientation problem when the straight blade is used to machine the curved part. Finally, on the basis of the MATLAB platform, the dependent axis rotation minimization algorithm and spindle rotation algorithm were integrated and compiled, and the straight blade ultrasonic cutting honeycomb core postprocessor was then developed. The model of the machine tool and the definition of the straight blade were conducted in the VERICUT simulation software, and the simulation machining of the equivalent entity of the honeycomb core can then be realized. The correctness of the numerical control program generated by the postprocessor was verified by machining and accuracy testing of the two designed features. Observation and analysis of the simulation and experiment indicate that the tool pose is the same under each working condition, and the workpieces obtained by machining also meet the corresponding accuracy requirements. Therefore, the postprocessor developed in this paper can be well adapted to the honeycomb core ultrasonic cutting machine tool and realize high-quality and high-efficient machining of honeycomb core composites. 相似文献

The detection and classification of real-time surface defects play an important role in automotive sheet inspection and production. In this paper,an automatic surface inspection system( ASIS) based on signal processing in Baosteel NO. 4 cold-rolled plant is briefly presented. We demonstrate that the strip surface defect properties such as image,type,pitch,and position can be accurately calculated and classified by the automatic surface inspection system.In the manufacturing of the high-quality cold-rolled strips,it is necessary that the real-time surface defects can be detected and transferred by the automatic surface inspection system combined with annealing lines and recoiling lines. 相似文献
