The results of research on the impact of adding a hydrogen-containing gas obtained by water electrolysis to the air charge of a gasoline engine on the combustion process, the indicator values of the work process, fuel-consumption efficiency and environmental performance of the engine are provided in the paper. The indicator tests of the work process of the engine have been carried out and the key data on the indicator values of the work process of a gasoline engine have been calculated on the base of the obtained indicator-diagrams. It was found that adding a hydrogen-containing gas caused shortening of all phases of combustion and an improvement of the indicator values of the engine. If a hydrogen-containing gas is added to the air charge of a gasoline engine, fuel-consumption efficiency as well as its energy and environmental performance are improved. 相似文献

Using the framework of balanced leadership in projects, we explore how horizontal leadership is governed. Previous research in project governance has focused on control and trust as the main mechanisms of governance. We apply this approach to the leadership field and investigate the nature of governance of temporary horizontal leaders in projects through contextual enablers, mechanisms, structures, practices and process. We argue that control and trust unfolds in particular combinations of the above items. Based on a study of different projects in Lithuania, we provide insights and discuss characteristics of trust and control, as exercised in the governance of horizontal leadership. 相似文献

Over the last decade, pavement instrumentation has become an important tool for monitoring the performance of pavement structures and materials under real climatic and traffic conditions. Stress, strain transducers, loop profilers, temperature, and moisture sensors could be reasonably used for sophisticated analysis of pavement performance. Commonly, such research projects involve only few pavement structures under accelerated loading tests. The unique experimental road section was constructed in 2007 in Lithuania. It consists of 27 different flexible pavement structures and all necessary electronic sensors. This road is affected by real climatic conditions and high‐intensity heavy vehicle traffic. The aim of such research is to continuously monitor performance of different pavement structures and to elaborate on the most suitable and economically effective pavement structures. 相似文献
