Among the thermoplastic elastomers that play important roles in the polymer industry due to their superior properties, styrene-based species and polyurethane block copolymers are of great interest. Poly(styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene) (SEBS) as a triblock copolymer seems to have the potential to meet many demands in different applications due to various industrial requirements where durability, biocompatibility, breaking elongation, and interfacial adhesion are important. In this study, the SEBS triblock copolymer was functionalized with natural (Satureja hortensis, SH) and synthetic (nanopowder, TiO2) agents to obtain composite nanofibers by electrospinning and electrospraying methods for use in biomedical and water filtration applications. The results were compared with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) composite nanofibers, which are commonly used in these fields. Here, functionalized SEBS nanofibers exhibited antibacterial effect while at the same time improving cell viability. In addition, because of successful water filtration by using the SEBS composite nanofibers, the material may have a good potential to be used comparably to TPU for the application.  相似文献

Fractions of Elbistan and Seyitomer (Turkish) lignites, extracted with supercritical toluene at 340 °C and 8 MPa, have been separated by solvent extraction and silica-gel chromatography. Analyses by n.m.r. and i.r. spectroscopies and other methods have been combined in structural-analysis schemes to yield information about the average molecule in aromatic extracts. Carbon aromaticities, fa, derived from 22.63 MHz 1H-decoupled pulse Fourier-transform (PFT) 13C-n.m.r. are more widely spread for Elbistan (0.34–0.56) than for Seyitomer (0.40–0.43), and are lower than for supercritical-gas (SCG) products from bituminous coals. 13C-n.m.r. also reveals the presence of aromatic ether-O in polar fractions. Narrow aromatic signals in 100 MHz 1H-n.m.r. spectra suggest the presence of single-aromatic-ring average structures. In the hexane-soluble aromatics, 27% (Elbistan) and 29% (Seyitomer) of the available sites are substituted by alkyI groups, some of which are at least eight carbon atoms long; the hexane-soluble polar and asphaltene/asphaltol fractions contain fewer such groups.  相似文献

We synthesized the pure and indium-doped (IZO) ZnO films with a facile composition control spray pyrolysis route. The substrate temperature (Ts) and In-doping effects on the properties of as-grown films are investigated. The X-ray pattern confirms that the as-synthesized ZnO phase is grown along a (002) preferential plane. It is revealed that the crystalline structure is improved with a substrate temperature of 350 ℃. Moreover, the morphology of as-grown films, analyzed by AFM, shows nanostructures that have grown along the c-axis. The (3 × 3μm2) area scanned AFM surface studies give the smooth film surface RMS < 40 nm. The UV-VIS-IR measurements reveal that the sprayed films are highly transparent in the visible and IR bands. The photoluminescence analysis shows that the strong blue and yellow luminescences of 2.11 and 2.81 eV are emitted from ZnO and IZO films with a slight shift in photon energy caused by In-doping. The band gap is a bit widened by In-doping, 3.21 eV (ZnO) and 3.31 eV (IZO) and the resistivity is reduced from 385 to 8 Ω ·m. An interesting result is the resistivity linear dependence on the substrate temperature of pure ZnO films.  相似文献

This study involves the copper selective chromogenic response of 5, 11, 17, 23-Tetrakis (N-pyrrolidinomethyl)-25, 26, 27, 28-tetrahydroxycalix[4]arene based mannich base (3). Complexation ability of (3) was explored by examining the effect of a series of various metal ions, such as Li+, Na+, K+, Ag+, Ba2+, Ca2+, Mn2+, Mg2+, Sr2+, Ni2+, Cd2+, Co2+, Cu2+, Hg2+, Pb2+, Zn2+, Fe2+, Fe3+, and Al3+, by using UV-visible spectroscopy. Ligand (3) exhibited pronounced selectivity toward Cu2+ even in the presence of various co-existing ions. The stoichiometric analysis, i.e., Job's plot revealed that (3) form 1:1 complex with Cu2+ ion in DMF-H2O system. The complexation phenomenon was confirmed by FT-IR spectroscopy that favors the selective nature of (3) with Cu2+.  相似文献

ZnS thin films were prepared by spray pyrolysis technique using aqueous of zinc chloride and thiourea at molar ratio of 1:1, 1:2, and 2:1. The depositions were carried out on substrates heated from 400 to 520 °C The films were then annealed under sulphur atmosphere for 90 min at 450 and 550 °C. The crystallites exhibit preferential orientation along the [002]α or [111]β directions. The films were characterized by XRD and SEM. The structure and morphology of sprayed films are controlled by both, the substrate temperature and the precursors molar ratio in the solution. The values of optical bandgap have been determined from the absorption spectra.  相似文献

An organic-inorganic heterojunction based on a BODIPY dyes has been produced by forming dye thin film on n-Si. The electrical parameters of the structure have been investigated by current-voltage (I-V) and capacitance-voltage (C-V) measurements. The ideality factor, the barrier height and the series resistance values of the diode have been calculated as 2.43, 0.84 eV, and about 1.3 kΩ, respectively. The diode behaves as a non-ideal diode because of the series resistance and interface layer. The barrier height value obtained from I-V measurement has been compared with one from C-V measurement. Moreover, it has been seen that the diode is highly sensitive to the light and the reverse bias current increases about 1 × 104 times at −1 V under 100 mW/cm2 and AM1.5 illumination condition. The short photocurrent density (Jsc) and the open circuit voltage (Voc), the fill factor (FF) and power conversion efficiency (η) have been determined as 3.78 mA/cm2, 327 mV, 0.28 and 0.48 %, respectively.  相似文献
