In this study, graphene was synthesized from graphite. Graphite was oxidized via modified Hummer’s method and sonicated to form graphene oxide (GO). Infrared spectroscopy revealed the successful oxidation of graphite by the emergence of oxygen functionalities. The spectrum of GO showed peaks at 3270, 1629, 1227 and 1096 cm?1, indicating O–H, C=O, C–OH and C–O–C functional groups, respectively. Graphene hydrogels were prepared by the addition of L-ascorbic acid to GO suspensions and subsequent heating at 90°C. Composite hydrogels of graphene and titanium (IV) oxide (TiO2) were synthesized with various TiO2 to GO mass ratios. Composites were applied to photocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and the hydrogen gas produced was analysed by gas chromatography with thermal conductivity detector. This paper introduces a design for agile manufacturing worked Is intended for light mechanical assembly of products made from similar components (i.e., parts families). We define agile manufacturing as the ability to accomplish rapid changeover from the assembly of one product to the assembly of a different product. Rapid hardware changeover is made possible through the use of robots, flexible part feeders, modular grippers, and modular assembly hardware. The division of assembly, feeding, and unloading tasks between multiple robots is examined with prioritization based upon assembly time. Rapid software changeover will be facilitated by the use of a real-time, object-oriented software environment utilizing graphical simulations for off-line software development. An innovative dual VMEbus controller architecture permits an open software environment while accommodating the closed nature of most commercial robot controllers. These agile features permit new products to be introduced with minimal downtime and system reconfiguration. 相似文献

Kinetic parameters for heat-induced denaturation of lactoferrin under different conditions were determined over a temperature range 72–85°C. Denaturation of lactoferrin could be described by first-order reaction kinetics. Lactoferrin is denatured more rapidly in its apo form than in the iron-saturated form. Both apolactoferrin and iron-saturated lactoferrin are more heat-sensitive when treated in milk than in phosphate buffer. Values of change in enthalpy of activation of lactoferrin denaturation are high which indicates that a large number of bonds are broken. The association of lactoferrin with β-lactoglobulin does not significantly influence the change in enthalpy of activation of lactoferrin denaturation. 相似文献

The effect of different heat treatments on the antimicrobial activity of bovine lactoferrin against Escherichia coli O157:H7, Salmonella enteritidis and Listeria monocytogenes has been studied. We have observed that the heat treatments lower than 85°C for 10 min did not affect the antibacterial activity of the protein. Hydrolysates of bovine lactoferrin were found to be more active than the native protein against the three pathogens. Moreover, the antibacterial effect of bovine lactoferrin was also assayed in milk and whey, and although we found a reduction in the number of viable cells, this reduction was lower than in culture media. 相似文献
