A digital system for recording quasi-direct currents that arise in neutrals of autotransformers under the action of magentospheric disturbances (frequency range is 0–2 Hz) intended to perform synchronous measurements on several power substations is described. Methods of measuring, primary handling, and transmitting the measuring information from data acquisition stations to a remote central server by using a cellular channel are considered. Schematic diagrams of the units and examples of measurement results, compared with variations of the geomagnetic field, are given.  相似文献

The distinction of malignant mesothelioma from tumors metastatic to the serosal membranes can often be made based on the results of histochemical or immunohistochemical studies. However, in some cases, these techniques are inadequate to make a firm diagnosis. In these instances, electron microscopic studies with the observation of a constellation of characteristic ultrastructural findings may permit an unequivocal diagnosis of mesothelioma.  相似文献

The electronic band structure of InN, InAs and InSb has been investigated by ETB. The ETB method has been formulated for sp3d2 basis and nearest neighbor interactions of the compounds and its energy parameters have been derived from the results of the present first principles calculations carried on InN, InAs and InSb. It has been found that the present ETB parameters can produce the band structure of the compounds successfully.  相似文献

Two experiments were used to test whether selective adaptation for speech occurs automatically or instead requires attentional resources. A control condition demonstrated the usual large identification shifts caused by repeatedly presenting an adapting sound (/wa/, with listeners identifying members of a /ba/-/wa/ test series). Two types of distractor tasks were used: (1) Subjects did a rapid series of arithmetic problems during the adaptation periods (Experiments 1 and 2), or (2) they made a series of rhyming judgments, requiring phonetic coding (Experiment 2). A control experiment (Experiment 3) demonstrated that these tasks normally impose a heavy attentional cost on phonetic processing. Despite this, for both experimental conditions, the observed adaptation effect was just as large as in the control condition. This result indicates that adaptation is automatic, operating at an early, preattentive level. The implications of these results for current models of speech perception are discussed.  相似文献

Polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMNs) isolated from peripheral blood and synovial fluid of patients with rheumatoid arthritis and from peripheral blood of volunteers were stimulated with 12-phorbol-13-myristate acetate (PMA). No significant differences in luminol-amplified chemiluminescence were found between different patients and control groups. However, two distinct patterns of native chemiluminescence were observed. Type I showed no, or only a small, increase in native chemiluminescence with integral counts over 30 min less than 3 x 10(5) cpm, and the majority of samples from volunteers were of this type. Type II was characterized by a burst of native chemiluminescence starting 8 to 15 min after cell stimulation. It was found in most PMN samples from patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Integral counts over 30 min were always higher than 10(6) cpm and as high as 10(8) cpm in some cases. A strong inhibition of the Type II native chemiluminescence was caused by desferal, catalase, thiourea, and glutathione. However, the luminol-amplified chemiluminescence remained unchanged or was only slightly decreased under the same experimental conditions. Sodium azide strongly inhibited both kinds of luminescence. Hydroxyl radicals, formed in a Fenton reaction, may be important intermediates in the Type II native chemiluminescence.  相似文献

The green algae Scenedesmus quadricauda was immobilized in alginate gel beads. The immobilized active (IASq) and heat inactivated S.quadricauda (IHISq) were used for the removal of Remazol Brilliant Blue R (CI 61200, Reactive Blue 19, RBBR) from aqueous solutions in the concentration range 25-200 mg L− 1. At 150 mg L− 1 initial dye concentration the IASq and IHISq exhibited the highest dye uptake capacity at 30 °C, at the initial pH value of 2.0. At the same initial dye concentration in the batch system the adsorption capacity was determined for IASq as 44.2; 44.9 and 45.7 mg g− 1 in 30, 60 and 300 min, respectively. After 300 min the adsorption capacity hardly changed during the adsorption time. The IHISq of adsorption capacity was observed as 47.6; 47.8 and 48.3 mg g− 1 in 30, 60 and 300 min, respectively. After 300 min the adsorption capacity was not changed for 24 h. The Langmuir, Freundlich, Temkin, Dubinin-Radushkevich and Flory-Huggins isotherm models were used to fit the equilibrium biosorption data. The Langmuir, Freundlich and Dubinin-Radushkevich equations have better coefficients than Temkin and Flory-Huggins equation describing the RBBR dye adsorption onto IASq and IHISq. The monomolecular biosorption capacity of the biomass was found to be 68 and 95.2 mg g− 1 for IASq and IHISq, respectively. From the Dubinin-Radushkevich model, the mean free energy was calculated as 6.42-7.15 kJ mol− 1 for IASq and IHISq, indicating that the biosorption of dye was taken place in physical adsorption reactions. The experimental data were also tested in terms of kinetic characteristics and it was determined that the biosorption process of dye was well explained with pseudo-second-order kinetics.  相似文献

This fully digital beam position measurement instrument is designed for beam position monitoring and machine research in Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility. The signals received from four position-sensitive detectors are narrow pulses with a repetition rate up to 499.654 MHz and a pulse width of around 100 ps, and their dynamic range could vary over more than 40 dB in machine research. By the employment of the under-sampling technique based on high-speed high-resolution A/D conversion, all the processing procedure is performed fully by the digital signal processing algorithms integrated in one single Field Programmable Gate Array. This system functions well in the laboratory and commissioning tests, demonstrating a position resolution (at the turn by turn rate of 694 kHz) better than 7 μm over the input amplitude range of -40 dBm to 10 dBm which is well beyond the requirement.  相似文献
