In this study, the anti-atherosclerotic properties of three marine phospholipids (MPLs) extracts from fishery by-products including codfish roe, squid gonad, and shrimp head are verified. Their effects on key factors involved in atherosclerosis are examined and compared to explore whether the differences in their constitutions lead to the differences in the function. All three MPLs dampen oxidation of low- density lipoproteins (LDL) in vitro. Treating RAW264.7 macrophages and HUVECs endothelial cells with each MPLs ranging 10–100 µg mL−1 does not decrease cell viability, yet ox-LDL caused cytotoxicity of both cells are alleviated by 50 or 100 µg mL−1 MPLs treatment. In addition, the three MPLs reduce ox-LDL induced macrophage foam-like transition, mainly through inhibition of lipid uptake. Of the three MPLs, the one from squid gonad exhibits the best effect. On the other hand, all three MPLs modulate inflammatory responses, equally, by inhibiting the adhesion of monocytes to endothelial cells, and decreasing secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and MCP-1. Using a high-cholesterol diet induced zebrafish model, it is found that all three MPLs, especially the one from squid gonad, alleviates cholesterol accumulation in early plaques, and decreases total cholesterol as well as lipid peroxide in vivo. Practical Applications: As a way of making the best of the increasingly scarce marine resources, valuable lipid components can be recovered from by-products and wastes from the fishery industry. Here, we tested the anti-atherosclerotic effects and the mechanisms of three MPLs extracted from codfish roe, squid gonad, and shrimp head. Our study provides further evidence that marine phospholipids extracted from fishery by-products could protect against atherosclerosis, and helps to elucidate the structure-function relationship of MPLs.  相似文献

采用双氧水标记法和氯胺 -T法进行13 1I -epidepride标记 ,考察标记物的纯度及稳定性 ,并进行SD大鼠体内分布特性研究。实验结果表明 ,双氧水法和氯胺 -T法标记率分别为 97.4 %和 5 2 .9%。标记物的生理盐水溶液室温放置 4h ,放化纯大于 90 %。大鼠静脉注射13 1I -epide pride的生理盐水溶液后 ,纹状体与小脑比值在注射后 32 0min时高达 2 37:1。13 1I -epidepride进入血液后很快被组织摄取 ,其中以肺的早期摄取最高 (2 .11± 1.0 5 ) %ID·g- 1,各脏器的清除均较快 (T1/2 <4h) ,甲状腺的摄取率随时间的延长而增加。  相似文献

For the existing jamming discrimination methods for multistation radar systems,only the single feature of target echo space correlation is utilized as the metric,which leads to insufficient comprehensiveness of feature extraction,so that effectiveness and universality are insufficient for the discrimination algorithm.In this paper,an identification method in multistatic radar systems based on the deep neural network is proposed.This method combines the characteristics of multistatic radar systems cooperative detection technology,which has many available resources and strong scheduling ability in space,time and frequency domain,with the strong model learning and feature representation ability in the process of information processing on the deep neural network,so that it can effectively apply to the field of anti-deception jamming.Full use is made of unknown information about echo data to obtain more multi-dimensional,more comprehensive,more complete and deeper feature differences besides correlation,so as to achieve a better jamming discrimination effect.Simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the influence of noise and pulse number on the jamming discrimination performance.At the same time,the limitation of the target echo correlation coefficient on anti-jamming technology under nonideal conditions is alleviated,which broadens the boundary conditions of the application process.  相似文献

Refractory materials such as mullite, andalusite, forsterite, and cordierite are generally used to prepare saggers for the calcination of Li-ion battery Li(NixCoyMnz)O2 (LNCM) cathode material. However, these compounds are prone to be attacked by the LNCM materials, thereby leading to short life spans and contamination of the Li-ion battery cathode materials. To improve the corrosion resistance of refractory sagger materials, the most clear cut-way is enhancing the corrosion resistance of matrix using a new refractory component. Potassium aluminate (K2O·11Al2O3, KA11) with an excellent corrosion resistance against alkaline oxide was synthesized via solid-state method using potassium carbonate (K2CO3) and industrial alumina powder (Al2O3). Interactions between KA11 and LNCM cathode materials at 800°C–1100°C were characterized by refractory-LNCM precursor laboratory-scale tests to understand the corrosion behavior of KA11. The microstructure and phase composition of synthesized KA11 and the calcined KA11-LNCM mixture cylinders were analyzed with SEM and XRD. The observations reveal that KA11 shows a better corrosion resistance to LNCM materials compared with mullite, cordierite, and forsterite. The addition of synthesized KA11 also favors the thermal shock resistances of mullite-based sagger materials.  相似文献

Two-dimensional (2D) carbon fiber reinforced silicon carbide (C/SiC) composites with different initial strength were prepared by chemical vapor infiltration (CVI). After tensile property testing, results exhibited that as the heat-treatment temperature (HTT) increases to 1900°C, the tensile strength and toughness of the low strength specimen (LSS) increased by 110% and 530%, while the high strength specimen (HSS) increased by 5.4% and 550%, respectively. As observed from morphologies, the heat treatment increases the graphitization of the amorphous PyC interphase, which leads to the weakening of interfacial bonding strength (IBS). Meanwhile, the defects arising from heat treatment cause thermal residual stress relaxation. Therefore, the tensile strength and toughness of LSS with relatively high initial IBS increase significantly as HTT increases. For HSS with moderate initial IBS, the heat treatment slightly improves the tensile strength, but significantly improves the toughness. Consequently, the post-heat-treatment tensile properties of 2D C/SiC composites can be regulated by varying HTTs and different initial strength.  相似文献

对4个高强钢筋高韧性混凝土框架中节点进行低周往复加载试验,对比不同范围采用高韧性混凝土进行增强的节点与同条件下未增强的节点的承载能力、变形能力、滞回特性、刚度退化、耗能能力等抗震性能指标。结果表明,在节点中采用高韧性混凝土进行增强,可以改善节点破坏形态,提高试件的承载能力和变形能力,提高构件的抗震性能,由节点核心区延伸至1倍有效梁高范围内采用高韧性混凝土进行增强的节点对变形性能、刚度退化、延性和耗能能力增强效果最佳。  相似文献
