本文研究了一种埋入式MEMS(微电子机械系统)无线应变片性能的实验标定方法,通过引入一个当量应变片,遵照标准应变片的标定规定,本文设计了实用有效的实际标定步骤,分别对标准应变片和MEMS试样进行完全相同的拉伸实验,从而得到埋入MEMS应变片的应变片系数(灵敏度)为13,同时获得在实验试样的制作条件下,测量应变与实际应变之比为2。  相似文献

Vibration analysis is widely used in machinery diagnosis, and wavelet transform and envelope analysis have also been implemented in many applications to monitor machinery condition. Envelope analysis is well known as a useful tool for the detection of rolling element bearing faults, and wavelet transform is used in research to detect faults in gearboxes. These are applied for the development of the condition monitoring system for early detection of the faults generated in several key components of machinery. Early detection of the faults is a very important factor for condition monitoring and a basic component to extend CBM (Condition-Based Maintenance) to PM (Prediction Maintenance). The AE (acoustic emission) sensor has a specific characteristic on the high sensitivity of the signal, high frequency and low energy. Recently, AE technique has been applied in some studies for the early detection of machine fault. In this paper, a signal processing method for AE signal by envelope analysis with discrete wavelet transforms is proposed. Through the 15 days test using AE sensor, misalignment and bearing faults were observed and early fault stage was detected. Also, in order to find the advantage of the proposed signal processing method, the result was compared to that of the traditional envelope analysis and the accelerometer signal.  相似文献

The mechanical properties of the Ni−Fe-based Alloy 718 depend very much on grain size, as well as the strengthening phases, γ’ and γ. The grain structure of the superalloy components is mainly controlled during thermo-mechanical processes by the dynamic, meta-dynamic recrystallization and grain growth. In this investigation, the evolution of the grain structure in the process of two-step blade forging was experimentally and numerically dealt with. The evolution of the grain structure in Alloy 718 during blade forging was predicted using a 2-DFE simulator with implemented constitutive models on dynamic recrystallization and grain growth. The comparison of the simulated microstructure with the actual grain structure of the forged parts validated the prediction of the grain structure evolution. The effect of dynamic recrystallization on the evolution of grain structure is highlighted in this article.  相似文献

The possibility of iron-containing glasses as thermoseeds for hyperthermia of bone tumor was reported previously. There is, however, no report about the effect of iron state on the crystallization of magnetite and the resultant properties. The iron states were determined by Mo¨ssbauer spectroscopy in Fe2O3-CaO-SiO2 system. It was found that the higher CaO content interrupts the crystallization of magnetite crystallites as well as the oxidation of iron, that is, the transformation from Fe3+ to Fe2+. A sample containing large amounts of Fe2+ showed the faster increment of temperature when the alternating magnetic field was applied. In order to use the thermoseed for a hyperthermia, we can say that the composition with low CaO content is most useful.  相似文献

Herein we report the first synthesis of 1,5- di-(ethylphenyl)-1,5-dimethyl-3,3,7,7-tetraphenylcyclotetrasiloxane using a new ‘One Pot’ procedure as recently reported for the preparation of strictly alternating 1,1,5,5-tetramethyl-3,3,7,7-tetraphenylcyclotetrasiloxane by the heterofunctional condensation of diphenylsilanediol with (phenylethyl)methyldichlorosilane in the presence of the ter tiary amine, triethylamine (Nguyen et al. Silicon 6:21–26 2014). The prepared 1,5-di-(ethylphenyl)-1,5-dimethyl-3,3,7,7-tetraphenylcyclotetrasi loxane was fully characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, 1H, 13C and 29Si nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, elemental analysis, mass spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calori metric studies.  相似文献
