疏勒河流域常规节水潜力分析

甘肃省疏勒河灌区的常规节水技术具有简单实用和成本低的特点,但是近年来高效节水灌溉技术的迅速发展和推广,对常规节水技术的发展产生了影响。文章基于SWOT模型,对常规节水的外部环境和内部条件进行了分析,并根据模型的结果分析了常规节水在疏勒河灌区的发展前景。     

基于农村土地承包经营权AutoCAD二次开发技术的研究

针对目前全国开展的农村土地承包经营权调查的主要生产环节,包括数据采集、图形制作、属性录入等工序,基于Auto CAD平台,采用C++语言进行了二次开发,实现了对承包地块、界址点、界址线等要素属性值的自动提取、批量赋值和修改,方便了外业生产,提高了工作效率,有一定的实用价值。
