The doping effects of La^3+, Gd^3+ and Lu^3+ on the crystal structure and luminescence properties of (Yo96-x LnxCe0.04)3Al5O12(Ln = Gd, La, Lu) phosphors were studied. The X-ray diffraction patterns presented that with the inerease of the doping concentrations of La^3+ and Gd^3+ ions, the d-value of (Y0.96-xLnxCe0.04)3Al5O12 (Ln = Gd, La) inereased and the larger the doping ion, the stronger the effect would be. The doping amount causing phase transition in (Y0.96-xLnxCe0.04)3Al5O12 decreased with the inerease of the ionic radii of the doping lanthanide ions (La^3+: 0.106 nm, Gd^3+: 0. 094 nm, Lu^3+ : 0.083 nm). The bigger doping ion of Gd^3+ made the emission of (Y0.96-xGdxCe0.04)3Al5O12 move to red spectral region, but the smaller one of Lu^3+ made it blue. 相似文献

A series of W-type ferrites with the composition ofBal-xLaxCo2Fe16O27(where, x =0.0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20 and 0.25) were prepared by solid-state reaction method. The structure transformations of the ferrites were examined by XRD, DTA-TG and XPS, and the microwave-absorbing properties were investigated by evaluating the permeability and permittivity of materials(μτ,ετ, ). The results showed that the phase-transition temperature increased with the addition of La^3+ content, and a single-phase was formed at 1250℃ at last. Microwave properties were obviously improved as a result of the substitution of La^3+ for Ba^2+ at the frequency range of 0.5 - 18.0 GHz. 相似文献

A novel green-emitting phosphor,Eu2+-doped Ca2-x/2 Si1-x Px O4(0.25≤x≤0.30),was prepared through a conventional solidstate reaction.X-ray diffraction(XRD),photoluminescence(PL) and decay studies were employed to characterize the sample,which was assigned to P63mc space group in the hexagonal system.The effect of P-doping on the α-Ca2 SiO4 was studied and P2 O5 broken down by the raw material of(NH4)2 HPO4 played an important role in stabilizing α-Ca2 SiO4 which can only be stable at high temperature.The XRD patterns of the Ca2-x/2 Si1-x Px O4 host were found pure and optimized when the mole fraction of P2 O5 was 14.5%.The diffuse reflectance spectra of the Ca1.855 Si0.71 P0.29 O4 and Ca1.845 Si0.71 P0.29 O4 :0.01Eu2+covered the spectral region of 230-400 nm,implying that the phosphor was suitable for UV or near-UV LED excitation.The phosphor could be effectively excited in the near UV region with the maximum at 372 nm.The emission spectrum of the Ca1.845 Si0.71 P0.29 O4 :0.01Eu2+phosphor showed an asymmetrical single intensive band centered at 513 nm,which corresponded to the 4f65d1→4f7transition of Eu2+.Eu2+ions might occupy two types of Ca2+sites in the Ca1.855 Si0.71 P0.29 O4 lattice and form two corresponding emission centers,which led to the asymmetrical emission of Eu2+in Ca1.855 Si0.71 P0.29 O4.The effects of Eu2+-doped concentration in Ca1.855-x Si0.71 P0.29 O4 :xEu2+on the PL were also discussed,the optimum doping concentration of Eu2+was 1 mol.% and the critical distance of the energy transfer was also calculated by the concentration-quenching method.The non-radiative energy transfer between Eu2+seemed to be caused by the multipole-multipole interaction.The fluorescence lifetime of Eu2+was found to be 0.55711 μs.The results suggested that these phosphors might be promising candidates used for near UV light excited white LEDs. 相似文献

The inexpensive and moisture-stable Lewis-acidic ionic liquids were prepared and applied for transesterification of soybean oil to biodiesel.The influences of molar ratio of methanol to soybean oil,reaction temperature and amount of ionic liquids were investigated.The transesterification of soybean oil to biodiesel catalyzed by choline chloride·xZnCl2 ionic liquids showed many advantages such as mild conditions and lower cost.On the other hand,the non-ideal yield and complicated separation between biodiesel and soybean oil were also investigated and analyzed.The improvement on the systems of choline chloride·xZnCl2 was proposed for further investigation. 相似文献

Photoluminescence properties of Tb3+ and Ce3+ co-doped Sr2MgSi2O7 phosphors for solid-state lighting
Sr2Mg Si2O7:Tb3+,Ce3+ phosphors were synthesized by solid-state reaction and placed in a muffle furnace in a reducing atmosphere at 1300 oC for 3 h. Photoluminescence properties and energy transfer were investigated. The Ce3+/Tb3+ energy transfer was thoroughly investigated by their emission/excitation spectra and photoluminescence lifetime, there was shortened lifetime of Ce3+(from 51.31 to 50.06 ns) which could support evidence of energy transfer from Ce3+ to Tb3+ in the host. The varied emitted color of Sr1.97–yMg Si2O7:0.03Tb3+,y Ce3+ phosphors could be achieved by altering the concentration of Ce3+, the chromaticity coordinates(x, y) varied from(0.225, 0.376) to(0.172, 0.231). In Sr1.96 Mg Si2O7:0.03Tb3+,0.01 Ce3+ phosphors, the results indicated that Sr2 Mg Si2O7:Tb3+,Ce3+ might be useful as tunable phosphors for ultraviolet white-light-emitting diodes. 相似文献

Effect of configuration (structure of electrode, interelectrode gap, positions of inlet and outlet, volume of the cell and additional nets) on mass transfer characteristic of a filter-press type electrochemical cell has been studied. The mass transfer coefficients on the electrodes were obtained by using the well-known technique based on the determination of limiting diffusion current. It is found that mass transfer coefficients with mesh electrode are greater than that of with plate electrode. Mass transfer coefficient is decreased with interelectrode gap. While interelectrode gap achieved a certain value (7 ram), mass transfer coefficient is steady, no more declining. Mass transfer characteristic for different positions of inlet and outlet are different and dimensionless number groups correlated equations are obtained by experiment. Mass transfer characteristic is the best when inlet located on the top and outlet on the bottom of the cell respectively. While magnified the volume of the cell to eight times, mass transfer characteristic changes little. Mass transfer characteristic without nets is lower than that of with additional nets in the exit region, but higher than that of with additional nets in the entry region. 相似文献

利用油页岩灰渣、不饱和聚酯树脂为主要原料,辅助加入固化荆和促进荆,室温固化合成一种新型人造大理石装饰材料.运用实验系统研究原料配比、固化剂和促进剂用量、固化时间、树脂类型与填料粒度等因素对材料性能的影响,并确定了大理石制备的最佳配方.基层最佳配方(质量分数):不饱和树脂1号为20%~27%、引发剂0.5%~2.25%、促进剂0.5%~1.5%、油页岩灰渣50%~70%、碳酸钙粉5%~20%;表层最佳配方(质量分数):不饱和树脂1号为25%~30%、引发剂0.5%~2.0%、促进剂0.5%~2.0%、氢氧化铝40%~50%、碳酸钙粉20%~30%.采用该方法制备的人造大理石外形平整美观,压缩强度为79 MPa,弯曲强度为7.4 MPa,放射性比活庹IRa和Ir分别为0.67、0.45,质量符合国家标准. 相似文献

The phase-transformation in sol-gel preparation of barium hexaferrite and the formation of barium hexaferrite doped with La3 ~ were studied by chemical phase analysis, X-ray diffraction and infrared spectrometry analysis. The experimental results show that phase transformation reactions of FeCO3, Fe2O3 and BaFe2O4, barium hexaferrite and γ-Fe2O3 take place in the heat treatment of gel. While the doping lanthanide ion replace barium ion, an equivalent quantity of Fe^3 are reduced to Fe^2 to maintain the eharge equilibrium. 相似文献
