应用非平衡磁控溅射离子镀技术在6204轴承钢球、45JHJ钢片及单晶硅片的表面制备出CrcN复合镀层,对CrCN复合镀层的表面粗糙度和摩擦学性能进行了测试,并对CrCN复合镀层钢球轴承和无镀层钢球轴承的温升性能进行了试验和对比分析.研究结果表明,制备的CrCN复合镀层具有较低的表面粗糙度(Ra为7.526 nm)和摩擦系数(约为0.11~ 0.12);CrCN复合镀层钢球轴承有良好的温升性能. 相似文献

采用闭合场非平衡磁控溅射技术,固定碳靶电流参数,调节铬靶电流参数,在GCr15轴承钢球、45#钢和单晶硅基体上制备出自润滑Cr/C复合镀层。用XRD对镀层相结构进行分析,测试了镀层的摩擦系数、磨损率、结合强度、硬度和韧性,用光学显微镜观察镀层磨损形貌。结果表明,镀层相结构为非晶态,随铬靶电流变大逐渐向晶态转变;与未镀层的基体相比,镀层有良好的摩擦磨损性能和载荷承载能力;镀层随铬靶电流增加,硬度逐渐降低,韧性逐渐提高。所获铬电流为0.1和0.3A镀层有很好的自润滑性能,且后者有良好的综合机械性能。 相似文献

Using closed field unbalanced magnetron sputtering ion plating technique, Cr7C 3 multilayer graded composite coatings was preparated by adjusting sputtering process parameters. The microstructure of the coatings was analyzed by a X-ray diffraction. Surface and cross-sectional morphologies were observed by the transmission electron microscopy. Adhesion, hardness, and friction and wear behaviors were tested. Wear scars was observed by the optical microscope. Results indicate that the Cr7C 3 coatings microstructrue is amorphous phase structrue, mainly consists of primary Cr7C 3 particles, a small amount of Cr3C 2 and others particles, and is fine, dense and uniform. The coatings has good adhesion and high hardness, good payload carrying capacity and life reliability, excellent friction coefficient and wear resistance performance, and the sliding dry friction coefficient is stabilized in the range 0.15~0.10, the wear rate is about 2.26×10-16 m3 /(N·m) in air. 相似文献

利用定容燃烧装置研究了高电压作用下浓/稀天然气火焰的燃烧特性,并探讨了以自由电子为主的阴离子对火焰燃烧的作用机理。试验中加载电压为0kV、5kV和10kV,浓/稀混合气的过量空气系数λ分别为0.8和1.4。在加载电场作用下,球形膨胀火焰在与电场相反方向上的火焰传播明显加快,火焰传播速度和火焰拉伸率随加载电压的增强而增大,稀燃混合气的火焰传播的增强程度最为明显。加载10kV电压时,λ为0.8和1.4火焰的平均速度比没有电场作用时分别增加了36.4%和49.5%。火焰传播速度的增强,促进了燃烧过程的进行,使得混合气燃烧的滞燃期缩短,压力升高率增加,且压力峰值时间提前。稀燃混合气的燃烧压力峰值有较大提高,而浓燃混合气的压力峰值变化不大。试验中加载电场对球形膨胀火焰燃烧的作用机理可用火焰中的阴离子,尤其是O_2~-主导的离子风效应来说明。同时,电场在一定程度上也促进了火焰燃烧化学反应的进行。 相似文献
