Directed delivery and distribution of anaesthetics (novocaine, lidocaine, trimecaine) immobilized on finely dispersed iron powders under the influence of an external magnetic field in body tissues of test animals have been studied. The data of emission spectral analysis relating to concentration of iron in soft and bone tissues of animals influenced by constant and alternating magnetic field on front and reverse sides over a period from 0 to 180 min are given.  相似文献

Recent studies show that emotion is a mechanism for fast decision-making in human and other animals. Mathematical models have been developed for describing emotion in mammals. These models, similar to other bioinspired models, must be implemented in embedded platforms for industrial and real applications. In this paper, brain emotional learning based intelligent controller, which is based on mammalian middle brain, is designed and implemented on field-programmable gate arrays, and this emotional controller is applied for controlling of laboratorial overhead traveling crane in model-free and embedded manner. The main features of this controller are leaning capability, providing a model-free control algorithm, robustness and the ability to respond swiftly. By designing appropriate stress signals, a designer can implement a proper trade among control objectives.  相似文献

In this paper, fuzzy threshold values, instead of crisp threshold values, have been used for optimal reliability-based multi-objective Pareto design of robust state feedback controllers for a single inverted pendulum having parameters with probabilistic uncertainties. The objective functions that have been considered are, namely, the normalized summation of rising time and overshoot of cart (SROC) and the normalized summation of rising time and overshoot of pendulum (SROP) in the deterministic approach. Accordingly, the probabilities of failure of those objective functions are also considered in the reliability-based design optimization (RBDO) approach. A new multi-objective uniform-diversity genetic algorithm (MUGA) is presented and used for Pareto optimum design of linear state feedback controllers for single inverted pendulum problem. In this way, Pareto front of optimum controllers is first obtained for the nominal deterministic single inverted pendulum using the conflicting objective functions in time domain. Such Pareto front is then obtained for single inverted pendulum having probabilistic uncertainties in its parameters using the statistical moments of those objective functions through a Monte Carlo simulation (MCS) approach. It is shown that multi-objective reliability-based Pareto optimization of the robust state feedback controllers using MUGA with fuzzy threshold values includes those that may be obtained by various crisp threshold values of probability of failures and, thus, remove the difficulty of selecting suitable crisp values. Besides, the multi-objective Pareto optimization of such robust feedback controllers using MUGA unveils some very important and informative trade-offs among those objective functions. Consequently, some optimum robust state feedback controllers can be compromisingly chosen from the Pareto frontiers.  相似文献

Flavonoids play an important role in pharmaceutical and biomedical sciences. Various flavonoids, especially Morin, have potential to interact with DNA. Their prospective clinical and pharmacological utilities have attracted researchers?? attention in last two decades. Due to their interaction with DNA and their anticancer effects, a lot of investigations have been carried out all over the world. In this paper, we will review the properties of Morin and its different metal complexes as well as their interactions with DNA that have been reported by several research groups. Also, further details have been provided about binding mechanisms of these materials with DNA using analytical techniques such as UV?CVisible and fluorescence spectroscopies, viscosity and voltammetry. Structural analysis showed Morin binds to DNA through non-intercalation mode, but its metal complexes interact with DNA via intercalation mode and binding mode of Morin, and its metal complexes with DNA will be helpful in the determination of anticancer drugs binding mechanism to DNA. The aim of this project was to check reproducibility of results obtained using NOCS (no connection to the substrate) arrangement of the electrochemical noise method (ENM). NOCS involves taking measurements from three nominally identical areas on the coated surface. Thus, no electrical connection to substrate is required. In practice the areas are not identical and various arrangements for connection of the three cells were tried to see if the individual areas could be separated out and whether the individual resistances could be computed. Also different ways of calculating the Rn (noise resistance) and Rsn (spectral noise resistance) parameters were attempted to see which one gave the best comparison with the more standard EIS measurements. The maximum entropy method was recognized to be the most useful for comparison with EIS, as well as for graphic evaluation of results. Regarding distinguishing three areas using different connection arrangements, it was possible to identify the situation when one of the three values was different to the other two. However further experiments are needed before it will be possible to confidently assign an Rn value to each individual area.  相似文献

Influence of the deposition duration and electrolyte concentration on the structural and morphological features of the ZnO thin films, grown by cathodic electrodeposition on zinc substrate followed by annealing in air at 400 °C, have been investigated. The surface morphology of the as-synthesized films shows two distinct features, presence of ‘2-dimensional nanosheets’ on the area near the electrolyte-air interface and ‘granular’ nanostructures, below the interface region. However, upon annealing, the formation of ZnO nanowires, possessing length of several microns and diameter less than 20 nm, on the entire substrate is observed. The X-ray and selected area electron diffraction patterns clearly confirm the polycrystalline nature of the ZnO nanowires.  相似文献

Abstract

A learned model obtained from a data set can be used for prediction, simulation, optimization, and analysis of the system. The local linear model tree used for the TSK-fuzzy system has been successful in predicting the permeability of a typical Iranian oilfield rock. The methodology involves the heuristic search to choose the space of the input partitions by axis-orthogonal splits and also automatic permeability estimation from digitized data (well logs) obtained from oil wells. The results show that the local linear model tree is incurred to the smallest error on the unseen data when compared to similar algorithms. On the other hand, the limited flexibility of the local estimation reduces the variance error due to the bias/variance dilemma. Consequently, the local estimation approach has a regularization effect on the estimation.  相似文献

Abstract

Fault localization is an important part in communication networks. Faults are unwanted and unavoidable in communication systems, and hence, their quick detection and localization is essential for sustaining the health of the network. This paper proposes an end-to-end approach that uses passive measurements for fault localization in communication networks. We formulate the fault localisation issue as an optimisation problem and then employ the genetic algorithm technique to solve it. Extensive simulation results show that although our algorithm needs to test only a small set of network components to localise all faults, it can infer the faulty nodes in at least 97% of cases. This simulation shows that the proposed algorithm, called genetic algorithm-based fault localisation is superior to the other approaches to localise all faults in a network.  相似文献

In present work, the concentrations of toxic elements, aluminium (Al), cadmium (Cd), nickel (Ni) and lead (Pb) were measured in different solid baby foods (BFs), primarily to evaluate whether the intakes comply within permissible levels of these toxic elements (TEs). The BFs were evaluated for total contents of TEs, using a simple and fast ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) method. The accuracy of the proposed UAE method was ensured by using certified reference materials and results obtained by conventional wet acid digestion method on same CRM, at 95% confidence level. The range of the investigated TEs in different BFs were 4770–35,200, 25.6–88.3, 124–332 and 52.5–90.6 μg/kg for Al, Cd, Ni and Pb, respectively. The results indicated that BFs including rice cereals have high level of all four TEs. The daily intakes of TEs for children through BFs have also been estimated, and are well below the recommended tolerable levels.  相似文献
