In compressive sampling theory, the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) is a representative problem. Nevertheless, the non-differentiable constraint impedes the use of Lagrange programming neural networks (LPNNs). We present in this article the -LPNN model, a novel algorithm that tackles the LASSO minimization together with the underlying theory support. First, we design a sequence of smooth constrained optimization problems, by introducing a convenient differentiable approximation to the non-differentiable -norm constraint. Next, we prove that the optimal solutions of the regularized intermediate problems converge to the optimal sparse signal for the LASSO. Then, for every regularized problem from the sequence, the -LPNN dynamic model is derived, and the asymptotic stability of its equilibrium state is established as well. Finally, numerical simulations are carried out to compare the performance of the proposed -LPNN algorithm with both the LASSO-LPNN model and a standard digital method.  相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of the bronze (Cu-8Sn in wt%) was investigated in 3% NaCl aqueous solution, in presence and in absence of a corrosion inhibitor, the 3-phenyl-1,2,4-triazole-5-thione (PTS). The inhibiting effect of the PTS was evidenced for concentrations higher than 1 mM for the cathodic process whereas its effect was clearly seen with a concentration as low as 0.1 mM for the anodic process. A significant positive shift of the corrosion potential was also observed, and its inhibiting effect increased with both its concentration and the immersion time of the sample. From voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy experiments, the inhibiting efficiency of the PTS was found to be in the 94-99% range for 1 mM concentration. Scanning electron microscopy and X-ray energy dispersion analysis of the specimen surface show the presence of sulphur on the surface. Raman micro-spectrometry study confirms the protective effect of the PTS in aqueous solution through three types of interactions with the electrode, namely the adsorption of the inhibitor in a flat configuration, the formation of copper-thiol molecules, and when copper is released, the formation of a polymeric complex.  相似文献

In this study, the formation and characterization of conversion coatings modified by a sol-gel TiO2 deposit were investigated as a way to develop a new photocatalyst for water and air depollution. The conversion coating, characterised by strong interfacial adhesion, high roughness and high surface area facilitates the sol-gel deposition of titania and enhances its adhesion to the substrate. The conversion treatment is carried out in an acid solution. Observation by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) reveals a rough surface with pores and cavities. According to SIMS measurements, the thickness of the initial conversion layer is evaluated at about 1.5 μm. On this pre-functionalised support, the titanium dioxide was deposited by the sol-gel method. The roughness measurements coupled with SIMS analysis allowed a precise evaluation of the surface state of the final layers. The coating consists of two layers: a TiO2 outer layer and an inner layer containing iron chromium oxides. Characterization by X-ray diffraction (XRD) showed the existence of the TiO2 anatase structure as the main compound.  相似文献

This paper proposes a new method for control of continuous large-scale systems where the measures and control functions are distributed on calculating members which can be shared with other applications and connected to digital network communications.At first, the nonlinear large-scale system is described by a Takagi-Sugeno(TS) fuzzy model. After that, by using a fuzzy LyapunovKrasovskii functional, sufficient conditions of asymptotic stability of the behavior of the decentralized networked control system(DNCS),are developed in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs). Finally, to illustrate the proposed approach, a numerical example and simulation results are presented.  相似文献

This paper aims to design a controller to robustly stabilize uncertain nonlinear systems with time‐varying delay and norm bounded uncertainties via Takagi–Sugeno (T‐S) fuzzy model. The stabilization conditions are given in the form of linear matrix inequalities using a single Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional (LKF) combining the introduction of some relaxation matrices and only one tuning parameter. In comparison with the existing techniques in the literature, the proposed approach has two major advantages. The first is the reduction of computational complexity when the number of IF‐THEN rules, r, is big. The second concerns the conservatism reduction. This study aims to describe the procedures and practices used in local production of raw milk butter. The demand for local products is increasing; hence, there is a need to describe the practices used in the artisanal production of raw milk butter. Therefore, a survey of 147 raw milk butter producers was carried out. The results from the survey indicate that there is not one single way to produce butter at artisanal level. In terms of maturation, six temperature sequences were distinguished. Attention is required at every step of production starting from breeding.  相似文献

Many processing parameters can be adjusted to optimize the fused filament fabrication (FFF) process, a popular and widely used additive manufacturing techniques for plastic materials. Among those easily adjusted parameters are the nozzle temperature, printing speed, raster orientation, and layer thicknesses. Using poly(ether ether ketone) (PEEK) as the base material, a design of experiments analysis was performed on the main FFF parameters. A response surface methodology was applied to analyze the results and to maximize the output responses. Results have shown that the nozzle temperature is the most influential parameter on tensile properties and the crystallinity degree of printed PEEK by FFF process. Parts produced with optimized FFF parameters were then subjected to an annealing treatment to induce a relaxation of residual stress and to enhance crystallinity. The best properties for 3D printed PEEK parts were achieved with annealed parts prepared at 400°C with a printing speed of 30 mm/s, 0.15 mm layer thickness and raster orientation of [0°/15°/−15°]. The resulting parts have mechanical properties comparable to those of injected PEEK.  相似文献

This paper deals with sufficient conditions of asymptotic stability and stabilization for nonlinear discrete‐time systems represented by a Takagi–Sugeno‐type fuzzy model whose state variables take only nonnegative values at all times t for any nonnegative initial state. This class of systems is called positive systems. The conditions of stabilizability are obtained with state feedback control. This work is based on multiple Lyapunov functions. The structural stability of the pigment was investigated using X-ray diffraction coupled with SEM and UV–vis–IR analysis, as a function of the relative Co content and calcination temperature. A standard formulation prepared from commercial reagents was also prepared and characterized for the sake of comparison. The pigment was added to a transparent glaze and to a porcelain stoneware body. Since the relative amount of cobalt was low and the sintering temperature of the pigment was not too high (1350–1400 °C), the new pigment system offers an interesting alternative to spinel, olivine and willemite commercial blue pigments. Moreover, the use of several wastes in the pigment formulation does not diminish its colouring performance.  相似文献
