A monitor is proposed based on ultrasonic production when ionizing radiation passes through a medium. The recording element is a 0.2 mm aluminum plate mounted in a ceramic acoustic converter AC in the form of a wedge of thickness 2 mm. The low plate thickness minimizes the beam parameter distortion, while special technology used in the AC provides high sensitivity. The device has been calibrated in the proton beam from the ITEP accelerator at 200 MeV with 2·109–6·1010 particles in a pulse and a pulse length of 70 nsec. 相似文献

The kinetics of electronic processes in vidicon phototargets based on semiconductor-insulator structures with a narrow-gap semiconductor is considered taking into account charge drain in the insulator layer and relaxation of the nonequilibrium depletion region in the semiconductor layer. Using the method of pulse introduction of labeled precursors the authors studied metabolism of rat liver mitochondrial phospholipids. The animals received high-protein diets (36% protein) containing 20% (diet II) and 36% (diet III) of fat as compared with the control (I) diet (18% protein and 20% fat). It appeared that the increase of protein in the diet (diet II) led to a reduction in the efficacy of 14C-palmitic acid incorporation into mitochondrial phospholipids, to a fall in the rate of metabolism of mitochondrial phospholipids and to a rise of their half-life within mitochondrial membranes, with the half-life of phospholipids labeled with 14C-palmitic acid in the fatty acid part being increased to a far greater degree as compared with that of phospholipids labeled with 3H-glycerin in the polar part of the molecules. However, in the presence of a high protein quota in the diet the fat/protein ratio agreed with the control level (diet III), whereas the metabolism of mitochondrial phospholipids remained close to the control values. 相似文献

The exploding-wire method, the photochemical method of irradiation with a light flux from a high-pressure mercury lamp, a high-intensity spark discharge, and irradiation by a CO2 laser are used to reduce plutonium hexafluoride and to separate it from uranium hexafluoride. The dependence of the reduction of plutonium hexafluoride on the wire material, the mass of the reduced product, and the amount of input energy is investigated.It is shown that the methods presented for reducing plutonium hexafluoride and separating it from uranium hexafluoride can be used under static and dynamic conditions for preparative purposes and on a large scale. 相似文献
