锁紧机构防脱落保持架设计与分析

针对锁紧机构保持架在恶略环境下,反复振动过程中保持架上钢球脱落问题,提出了一种新型防脱落保持架设计方案,重点介绍了锁紧机构中保持架的工作形式,通过ANSYS进行有限元仿真分析,得出新型保持架结构满足刚强度要求以及热变形要求,且在随机振动6.06 g条件位移小,能有效免锁紧机构直线运动时钢球从外部脱落的可能,提高了锁紧机构工作过程中的可靠性与安全性.     

基于图像分割技术的图像数字水印算法研究

针对数字图像水印技术,通过对闭运算得到的图像再进行开运算,使实验得到的图像区域较为完整,采用4×4的正方形结构元素,使得图像区域有更多的白色像素被置为黑色,对图像进行取反操作,能够对图像区域的非连通区域进行填充.希望能够利用精确的图像分割算法,实现对复杂版面的文档图像的有效切割,在一定程度上对图像数字水印的推广起到促进作用.     

陕南山地烟田不同植烟年限土壤养分的变化

为给陕南山地烟草生产布局及有针对性的施肥措施提供依据,分析了陕南山地烟田不同植烟年限(0~15年)与土壤养分含量的关系。结果表明:随着植烟年限延长,有机质线性下降,全氮和速效钾显著上升,有效磷先上升后下降;氯、有效铁、有效锰、有效硼和有效铜无显著变化或变化很小,有效锌则在第1年急剧下降,之后保持稳定,10年后再次显著下降。认为陕南山地烟区烟叶生产中应适当增加有机肥的施用而合理控制氮肥、磷肥和钾肥的施用,并要注意锌肥的补充。     

125I粒子条联合胆道支架植入治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸22例疗效分析

【摘要】　 　目的 研究和探讨125I粒子条联合胆道支架植入治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸的临床疗效。方法 2011年6月—2013年9月收治恶性梗阻性黄疸患者40例。行胆道支架植入术治疗患者18例，为对照组；采用125I粒子条联合胆道支架植入患者22例，为观察组。两组均采用经皮肝穿刺胆道引流（PTCD）并胆道支架植入。结果 观察组与对照组的平均胆道开通时间分别为（8.7 ± 0.7）和（6.2 ± 0.4）个月，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。观察组与对照组术后平均生存时间分别为（11.4 ± 0.8）和（8.7 ± 0.5）个月，生存时间的差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。术后近期疗效及并发症两组之间的比较无明显差异（P > 0.05），但是远期疗效有显著差异（P < 0.05）。结论 与对照组相比，观察组的术后生存时间及胆道开通时间明显延长，对于125I粒子条联合支架治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸值得进一步临床研究。
     

移动边缘计算环境下的动态资源分配策略

在通讯设备爆炸式增长的时代,移动边缘计算作为5G通讯技术的核心技术之一,对其进行合理的资源分配显得尤为重要。移动边缘计算的思想是把云计算中心下沉到基站部署(边缘云),使云计算中心更加靠近用户,以快速解决计算资源分配问题。但是,相对于大型的云计算中心,边缘云的计算资源有限,传统的虚拟机分配方式不足以灵活应对边缘云的计算资源分配问题。为解决此问题,提出一种根据用户综合需求变化的动态计算资源和频谱分配算法(DRFAA),采用"分治"策略,并将资源模拟成"流体"资源进行分配,以寻求较大的吞吐量和较低的传输时延。实验仿真结果显示,动态计算资源和频谱分配算法可以有效地降低用户与边缘云之间的传输时延,也可以提高边缘云的吞吐量。     

Fluoride-mediately solvothermal synthesis and tunable photocatalytic selectivity of urchin-like ZrO2 hollow microspheres

Photocatalysts often show excellent performances on the basis of their surface state of exposed faces with high reactivity, but unfortunately surfaces of this type are usually concealed into the interior of crystals for their high surface energy. We report here a possibility that for fluorine-terminated surfaces of monoclinic ZrO₂, these higher-energy surfaces could be retained and exposed. Urchin-like ZrO₂ hollow microspheres (UZHS) composed of nanoribbons with exposed (010) facets are obtained through a fluoride mediately solvothermal method. We prove the stabilization effect of fluorine adsorption on (010) facets by density functional theory calculations. More interestingly, UZHS exhibit tunable photocatalytic selectivity in dye degradation. The fluorinated UZHS exhibit good performances both on decomposing Congo red (CR) and methylene blue, while the surface-modified UZHS by calcination only favor decomposition of CR.     

A Potent Mimetic of the Siglec-8 Ligand 6’-Sulfo-Sialyl Lewisx

Siglecs are members of the immunoglobulin gene family containing sialic acid binding N-terminal domains. Among them, Siglec-8 is expressed on various cell types of the immune system such as eosinophils, mast cells and weakly on basophils. Cross-linking of Siglec-8 with monoclonal antibodies triggers apoptosis in eosinophils and inhibits degranulation of mast cells, making Siglec-8 a promising target for the treatment of eosinophil- and mast cell-associated diseases such as asthma. The tetrasaccharide 6’-sulfo-sialyl Lewis^x has been identified as a specific Siglec-8 ligand in glycan array screening. Here, we describe an extended study enlightening the pharmacophores of 6’-sulfo-sialyl Lewis^x and the successful development of a high-affinity mimetic. Retaining the neuraminic acid core, the introduction of a carbocyclic mimetic of the Gal moiety and a sulfonamide substituent in the 9-position gave a 20-fold improved binding affinity. Finally, the residence time, which usually is the Achilles tendon of carbohydrate/lectin interactions, could be improved.
