Lithiation MXene Derivative Skeletons for Wide-Temperature Lithium Metal Anodes

Lithium (Li) metal, as an appealing candidate for the next-generation of high-energy-density batteries, is plagued by its safety issue mainly caused by uncontrolled dendrite growth and infinite volume expansion. Developing new materials that can improve the performance of Li-metal anode is one of the urgent tasks. Herein, a new MXene derivative containing pure rutile TiO₂ and N-doped carbon prepared by heat-treating MXene under a mixing gas, exhibiting high chemical activity in molten Li, is reported. The lithiation MXene derivative with a hybrid of LiTiO₂-Li₃N-C and Li offers outstanding electrochemical properties. The symmetrical cell assembling lithiation MXene derivative hybrid anode exhibits an ultra-long cycle lifespan of 2000 h with an overpotential of ≈30 mV at 1 mA cm⁻², which overwhelms Li-based anodes reported so far. Additionally, long-term operations of 34, 350, and 500 h at 10 mA cm⁻² can be achieved in symmetrical cells at temperatures of −10, 25, and 50 °C, respectively. Both experimental tests and density functional theory calculations confirm that the LiTiO₂-Li₃N-C skeleton serves as a promising host for Li infusion by alleviating volume variation. Simultaneously, the superlithiophilic interphase of Li₃N guides Li deposition along the LiTiO₂-Li₃N-C skeleton to avoid dendrite growth.     

Control of the particle microstructure during the synthesis of bulk-polymerized transparent methacrylate-acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin

A series of methacrylate-acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (MABS) resins was prepared using bulk polymerization. The polarity of the continuous phase and the compatibility of two phases were changed by adjusting the methyl methacrylate (MMA) content, choosing values that were close to styrene-butadiene rubber solubility value. The possibility of controlling the microstructure of the MABS resin by changing the polarity of the components and the compatibility of two phases was assessed. The dynamic mechanical analysis shows that the compatibility of two phases varies with the MMA content. The morphological analysis shows that increasing MMA contents results in a gradual decrease in the sub-inclusion structure with a network skeleton of rubber particles, and that all the particles become solid rubber when the MMA content reaches 75%. The sub-inclusion structure reappears but does not have a network skeleton when the MMA content is 90%. The impact strength and morphological analysis indicate that the solid rubber particles and the sub-inclusion structure with a network skeleton provide excellent toughness, while the sub-inclusion structure without a network skeleton does not. In contrast, the transmittance of the ABS resin first increased and then decreased with increasing MMA content.

小像元红外探测器读出电路设计研究

介绍了基于SMIC 0.18 μm 3.3 V工艺设计研究的第一款小像元红外探测器读出电路,间距10 μm,规模1024×1024。文章详细介绍了像素输入级以及列级、输出级运放的设计,为提高线性摆伏,设计选用了低阈值NMOS管nmvt 33,仿真分析证明低阈值管nmvt 33的噪声性能优于普通管n 33；版图设计对关键信号线和敏感点采取隔离处理措施,对像元间串扰进行了仿真分析,有效控制了信号串扰。电路经测试使用各项功能正常,最大电荷处理能力达到4.3 Me-,动态范围≥65 dB,读出速率达到10 MHz,性能指标满足设计要求。     

黑匣子高温测试仪的开发

NUMERICAL INVESTIGATION ON MUD BED-GENERATION AND IMPACTING A WALL ALONG A SLOPE

In this paper mud was treated as the Bingham fluid. In staggered grids, two-dimensional incompressible Navier-Stokes equations for non-Newtonian fluid was solved by the MAC method. Numerical simulations were conducted on mud bed-generating phenomenon and mud impacting a wall along a slope. The distributions of free surface, pressure and velocity of mud and water were obtained. The results indicate that the computed layer thickness of mud bed almost equals the theoretically predicted value. Because of the differences in constitutive relationship, the distributions of free surface are different for water and mud. The distortion of water free surface is much more complicated.

研究了两种比活度的１３１Ⅰ－ＭＩＢＧ在正常及利血平抑制后在鼠体内的分布，结果表明：注射后４ｈ，正常鼠心肌对３．２２ＴＢｑ／ｇ的ＭＩＢＧ摄取为９．０８％ＩＤ／ｇ，明显高于对１８．５ＧＢｑ／ｇ的摄取（４．８７％ＩＤ／ｇ）。计算表明，比活度主要影响了鼠心肌交感神经囊泡内摄取，而与囊泡外摄取无关．当ＭＩＢＧ用于心肌显像时，高比活度的ＭＩＢＧ有利于诊断。     

Incoloy 800H合金的应用和性能分析

通过对耐热耐蚀合金Incoloy 80 0H的性能分析 ,指出它与普通奥氏体不锈钢相比具有较优的抗氧化性能、耐蚀性和高温蠕变强度。针对催化裂化装置同轴式沉降再生器内部所用Incoloy 80 0H焊件易出现裂纹的问题进行分析 ,认为在施焊过程中由于合金凝固时有低熔点金属或化合物的液态膜残留在晶界区 ,该合金具有高的焊接热裂纹敏感性 ,若焊材选择不当 ,焊丝填充不充分、缺少保护气等将导致晶间裂纹产生。提出了该合金采用TIG焊接防止热裂纹产生的措施。
