Aiming at the problems of traditional music sentiment classification due to the difficulty of feature extraction, the model classification accuracy is not high and the manual workload is large, this paper proposes a multi-modal music sentiment classification method based on an optimized deep residual network. This method first uses multi-modal translation to convert difficult-to-extract feature music audio modalities into easy-to-operate image modalities; at the same time, based on the deep residual network, the convolution kernel size of the network input layer and the speed of the residual block, the connection has been optimized and improved, which reduces the information loss and shortens the calculation time. In addition, in order to alleviate the shortcomings of Softmax classifiers such as intra-class dispersion and inter-class aggregation, this paper introduces a variant of the Center loss function to improve the Softmax classification function performance. The experimental results prove the effectiveness and robustness of the optimized residual network model in this paper. Compared with the original residual network, the accuracy rate of music emotion classification is improved by 4.27 percentage points. 相似文献

为解决目标跟踪中目标遮挡、背景复杂等问题,提出一种基于多模态数据的目标跟踪算法。首先对各个模态数据进行像素级融合,以减少单模态数据中信息不足对跟踪结果的影响。然后对融合后的图像提取不同的特征进行滤波,接着将滤波得到的响应图进行决策级融合,以解决因单个模型漂移导致的模型跟踪失败问题。最后根据融合后的响应图的峰值得到跟踪结果。此外,在跟踪过程中加入遮挡检测模块,进一步增强模型鲁棒性。在普林斯顿跟踪基准上对算法进行评估,结果表明,与其他主流算法相比,基于多模态数据的目标跟踪算法在目标遮挡类视频上跟踪精度提升了8.4%,重合成功率提升了3.3%,具有较好的抗遮挡效果。 相似文献

本文采用了激光片光照明,对伞喷喷注与HL喷注高速照相,进行宏观特性对比分析研究。启喷压力24.5MPa,高压容器背压分别是0.098MPa、0.98MPa和1.96MPa,一次喷油量28.5mg,喷射频率8.3Hz。用分散率来评价喷注的分散特性,由摄影对比表明,在低背压时伞喷与HL喷注都呈空心锥状体,在高背压时HL喷注贯穿距离与伞状喷注相比增长25%。 相似文献
