The effect of ethanol on the fatty acid desaturation by rat liver has been studied using liquid diets of different composition. Acute ethanol administration increased triacylglycerols of total liver lipids, but did not modify significantly the lipidic composition of microsomes. The Δ6 and Δ5 desaturases were inhibited by ethanol whereas the Δ9 desaturase and fatty acid synthetase were apparently modified only by diet composition. NADH-cytochrome (cyt.) c reductase was partially inhibited, whereas NADH-cyt. b5 reductase remained practically unaltered and NADPH-cyt. c reductase activity was enhanced. Decreased electrons supplied by the microsomal cyt. b5 electron transport chain would not be the reason for the inhibition of Δ6 and Δ5 desaturases by ethanol.  相似文献

The iron carbonyl complexes with C60 and C70 fullerenes were synthesized in high yield by photochemical irradiation of solutions of C60 and C70 in presence of Fe(CO)5. The resulting complexes were studied by FT-IR, Raman and electronic absorption spectroscopy. All the data are consistent with the structures [Fe(CO)42C60)] and [Fe(CO)42C70)]. The thermal stability and decomposition reaction of the two complexes were studied by TGA-FTIR and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC). Both complexes decompose at moderate temperatures releasing CO and Fe(CO)5 in the vapor phase leaving a residue of metallic iron and free C60 or C70 fullerenes that can be recovered by solvent extraction of the decomposition residue.  相似文献

It is shown that graphite oxide (GO) and both heavily ozonized C60 and C70 fullerenes, known as “fullerene ozopolymers,” are paramagnetic materials with a very strong electron spin resonance (ESR) signal at room temperature. When thermally annealed, the paramagnetic centers are gradually lost in large part. This occurs at 350°C in the case of GO, while for fullerene ozopolymers, a higher temperature is required, reaching the same results in the end. The half-width of ESR signal is linked to the distribution of paramagnetic centers. Once again, striking analogies were found in the half-width of the ESR signal measured on GO and fullerene ozopolymers, at least in the temperature range of 25–450°C. Similarly, the same g-factor values, which are diagnostic for understanding the chemical nature of paramagnetic centers, were found on both GO and fullerene ozopolymers in all ranges of temperature considered.  相似文献

This paper presents the ground control station developed for a platform composed by multiple unmanned aerial vehicles for surveillance missions. The software application is fully based on open source libraries and it has been designed as a robust and decentralized system. It allows the operator to dynamically allocate different tasks to the UAVs and to show their operational information in a 3D realistic environment in real time. The ground control station has been designed to assist the operator in the challenging task of managing a system with multiple UAVs, trying to reduce his workload. The multi-UAV surveillance system has been demonstrated in field experiments using two quadrotors equipped with visual cameras.  相似文献

The problem of primary and secondary frequency regulation of a multi-machine power system is analysed with a Liapunov function method based on a quadratic performance index. The main purpose is to determine the best set of parameters of primary and secondary regulation according to an optimisation criterion. The objective consists of achieving a settling time as short as possible which is relevant in a longitudinal system, whose structure includes long transmission lines with a reduced number of loops.  相似文献

Suspension and centrifugation of crude microsomes of rat liver in low ionic strength solution separated a soluble protein fraction that is necessary for the full activity of the linoleic acid desaturase. The fraction partially purified through Sephadex G-150 still retains lipids which are mainly constituted by phosphatidylcholine. Linoleic acid predominates in the fatty acid composition. By NaCl gradient centrifugation and electrophoresis in gelatinized cellulose acetate, the factor behaves like a lipoprotein. The factor binds linoleic acid and linolyl-CoA that are desaturated to γ-linolenic acid when incubated with washed microsomes. Albumin does not replace the factor.  相似文献

Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus was dried under vacuum at different temperatures and its preservation evaluated analyzing the evolution of three parameters throughout the process: lag time, percentage of membrane damage and zeta potential. Microorganisms were dehydrated at 30, 45 and 70 degrees C in a vacuum centrifuge for different times. The aw achieved for each time of drying was correlated with the cell recovery at all the temperatures assayed. The recovery of microorganisms was evaluated by means of: a) kinetics of growth in milk after drying, as a measure of the global damage; b) quantification of the membrane damage using the fluorescent dyes SYTO 9 and PI; c) determination of changes in the superficial charges (zeta potential) as measured of the increase in the hydrophobic residues exposed in the bacterial surface after dehydration. These changes correlate well with the bacterial damage occurred during the dehydration process. The Page's equation allowed fitting of aw and time of drying, thus making possible the determination of the appropriate dehydration conditions (time-temperature ratios) for which no cell damage occurs. The evaluation of three parameters (lag time, percentage of membrane damage and zeta potential) allowed us to conclude that at the lowest temperature of dehydration, the first target of damage is the cell membrane. However, this damage is not decisive for the bacterial recovery after rehydration, as are the increase in the lag time and the changes in the zeta potential, as was observed for L. bulgaricus dehydrated at 45 and 70 degrees C for larger times.  相似文献

In this paper a two-dimensional (2-D) dynamic model, based on a tensor formulation and solved numerically by combining finite elements and finite differences, is proposed and used for analyzing nematic liquid crystal (LC) test cells with interdigital electrodes. We compare theoretical and experimental results concerning the switching behavior, response mechanism, and viewing angle characteristics of nematic LC pixel structures which use the in-plane-switching (IPS) mode. The good agreement observed between theory and experiment in terms of electro-optical properties validates our modeling and demonstrates its potential for design optimization. We show that the proposed LC test cells, using the in-plane-switching mode, ensure switching-ON and -OFF response times of 22 and 28 ms, respectively, and excellent viewing angle characteristics  相似文献
