Electrical, electrooptical, mechanical, and microstructural characterizations explain why the leakage currents in advanced Cu/ultralow-interconnects can change from bulk (3-D) to mostly interfacial (2-D) above 150degC. A physical model consistent with all these results is proposed.  相似文献

Summary Graft copolymers of atactic polypropylene (aPP) and polystyrene (PS) were synthesized and characterized by 13C NMR analysis. The 13C NMR spectra of the grafts exhibited changes with respect to physical blends of identical compositions. The most important occurred in the meso sequences of the aPP blocks of the copolymer. These changes suggest that some grafting took place during the synthesis. SEM micrographs indicate greater interfacial interaction between phases in the copolymers than in the physical blends. Thermal Analysis showed that the Tg of the copolymers is higher than that of the PS homopolymers prepared under the same conditions. This could be the result of an apparent increased in molecular weight caused by the grafting of the aPS into the aPP chains. TGA results indicated that the thermal stability of the copolymer decreases as the aPP content in the copolymer increases.  相似文献

While Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) Performance Enhancing Proxy (PEP) solutions have long been undisputed to solve the inherent satellite problems, the improvement of the regular end‐to‐end TCP congestion avoidance algorithms and the recent emphasis on the PEPs drawbacks have opened the question of the PEPs sustainability. Nevertheless, with a vast majority of Internet connections shorter than ten segments, TCP PEPs continue to be required to counter the poor efficiency of the end‐to‐end TCP start‐up mechanisms. To reduce the PEPs dependency, designing a new fast start‐up TCP mechanism is therefore a major concern. But, while enlarging the Initial Window (IW) up to ten segments is, without any doubt, the fastest solution to deal with a short‐lived connection in an uncongested network, numerous researchers are concerned about the impact of the large initial burst on an already congested network. Based on traffic observations and real experiments, Initial Spreading has been designed to remove those concerns whatever the load and type of networks. It offers performance similar to a large IW in uncongested network and outperforms existing end‐to‐end solutions in congested networks. In this paper, we show that Initial Spreading, taking care of the satellite specificities, is an efficient end‐to‐end alternative to the TCP PEPs. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This article presents a new end-to-end architecture model that will enable the deployment of a plethora of different multimedia services from diverse suppliers competitively coexisting over a common access and home networking environment. The model is focused on personal multimedia communication services and terminals. The proposed model is a segmentation of the end-to-end multimedia chain into several business segments. The interfaces among segments and functional entities inside each segment are identified and defined in the work. In order to study the impact level of the results achieved, a comparison with the approximation to NGN provided by current standardization bodies in the field (3GPP and TISPAN) is also included in the article. This comparison highlights the advantages of using this model as a solution to offer PMC services.  相似文献

A 32 nm node BEOL integration scheme is presented with 100 nm metal pitch at local and intermediate levels and 50 nm via size through a M1-Via1-M2 via chain demonstrator. To meet the 32 nm RC performance specifications, extreme low-k (ELK) porous SiOCH k = 2.3 is introduced at line and via level using a Trench First Hard Mask dual damascene architecture. Parametrical results show functional via chains and good line resistance. Integration validation of ELK porous SiOCH k = 2.3 is investigated using a multi-level metallization test vehicle in a 45 nm mature generation.  相似文献

Persimmon fruit cv. “Rojo brillante” were harvested at commercial maturity and kept in atmospheres with CO2 or N2 at 25°C for 18 or 27 h and evaluated after a simulated retail stage of 3 d at 15 °C, 80% RH. Soluble solids and polyphenol oxidase activity were not affected by CO2‐ or N2‐enriched atmospheres or length of treatment. Exposure time affected fruit firmness and color. Carbon dioxide treatment resulted in fruits that were lower in astringency. The greatest levels of ethanol and acetaldehyde were found in the fruits treated with CO2 for 27 h.  相似文献

Systemic sclerosis (SSc; scleroderma) results in the excessive deposition of extracellular matrix components in affected organs. This is partly due to enhanced synthesis; however, the role of degradative processes in this disease is still poorly understood. Sera of 32 patients with SSc (22 with the diffuse, 10 with the limited form) and of six patients with morphoea were assessed using radioimmunoassays for the cross-linked carboxy terminal telopeptide of type I collagen (ICTP) and for the amino terminal propeptide of type I procollagen (PINP) reflecting type I collagen degradation and synthesis, respectively. In 27 of the 32 patients with SSc, the concentration of ICTP was above the upper limit of the normal value (4.6 micrograms/L) and the mean level was clearly elevated at 7.92 micrograms/L. The ICTP concentration correlated with the skin score measuring the extent of the lesions, whereas no such correlation was found for PINP. The ICTP antigen in serum, studied by immunoblotting, had a molecular weight of about twice that of the trypsin-generated fragment isolated from human bone collagen. The mean concentration of serum PINP was 43.9 micrograms/L and no patient exceeded the upper limit of the normal range (80 micrograms/L). We report here for the first time that the concentration of the type I collagen degradation product ICTP in serum shows a close correlation with the extent of skin fibrosis in patients with SSc. We conclude that the increased deposition of type I collagen in this disease is accompanied by an increased turnover of this molecule, indicating a more complex derangement of synthetic and degradative processes than previously acknowledged.  相似文献

In a synoptic schema are presented the percentiles curves of the biparietal diameter, the sum of the sagittal and transversal thoracic diameter and the fetal weight (Lubchenco modif.). To attain the percentiles curves of the ultrasonic parameters we applied 5400 mensurations of the biparietal diameter and 1300 mensurations of the thorax. In the diagram are published the percentiles P 10, P 25, P 50, P 75, P 90. It is possible to diagnose a divergence between the cephalic and thoracic growth (dystrophia, hypertrophia) and estimate the gestation weeks.  相似文献

Radioimmunotherapy (RIT) seems to be a realistic option for eradication of minimal residual squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (HNSCC), although uptake levels of radiolabelled monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) in tumour tissue vary strongly. The aim of this study was to obtain greater insight into the factors influencing the accumulation of MAbs in HNSCC. Twenty-seven HNSCC patients were injected with radiolabelled MAb E48 or U36 and underwent surgery 2 days after injection. Radioactivity was measured in tumour biopsies taken from the surgical specimen. Uptake levels were correlated with various patient, tumour and MAb characteristics, including age, sex, site, TNM stage, volume as assesssed by computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging, degree of differentiation, antigen expression of the tumour, the particular MAb that had been injected and the MAb dose. A stepwise regression multivariate analysis showed that tumour volume is the most significant prognostic factor (P=0. 01) for MAb uptake. In conclusion, a significantly higher MAb uptake is found in small tumours as compared to larger tumours. Therefore, RIT may be particularly effective in head and neck cancer patients when used in an adjuvant setting.  相似文献
