糖化酶制剂辐照性能研究

研究了工业糖化酶制剂经辐照处理后各项性能的变化。结果表明,经2kGy以下剂量的γ射线处理后,可提高其贮存稳定性,改善卫生品质,不影响其正常使用。     

An enzymeimmunoassay for total thyroxine using avidin-biotin separation system and thyroxine-peroxidase conjugate

An avidin-biotin enzymeimmunoassay for total thyroxine in serum is described. Avidin was adsorbed to biotinylated bovine serum albumin coated tubes prepared with glutaraldehyde as coupling agent. In the enzymeimmunoassay, affinity purified biotinylated anti-thyroxine IgG, sample or standards, and thyroxine-horseradish peroxidase were simultaneously added to the avidin coated tubes. The bound enzymatic activity was then measured with o-phenylenediamine and H2O2. Results showed that the assay has good precision (within-assay CV% less than 10% and between assay 11.7% in hypo- and 6.9% in hyperthyroid range), good assay range (0-800 nmol/L), good sensitivity (4 nmol/L), and can be performed in 2.5 hours. The results obtained correlate well (r = 0.93) with those of an RIA.

Characterization of cationic water-soluble polyacrylamides

Copolymers of poly(acrylamide-co-acryloyloxyethyltrimethylammonium chloride or AM–CMA) and poly(acrylamide-co-methacryloyloxyethyltrimethylammonium chloride or AM–CMA) prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization were characterized by different analytical techniques. The chemical composition of the copolymers was estimated by elemental analysis and by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR). NMR spectroscopy and computer simulation were further used for investigating the polymers' sequence distribution. The poly(AM–CMA) copolymers are chemically more homogeneous than are the poly(AM–CMA). The configurational propagation of dyads and triads for the homopolymers obeys Bernouilli's statistics. For the copolymers, the chemical sequences distribution is governed by Markov's first-order statistics.     

Polypropylene photostabilization by hindered amines in the presence of acidic species

Some volatile acids were found to dramatically reduce the effectiveness of additives based on 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine as photostabilizers for polypropylene films. Strong acids such as HCl, HBr, and HNO₃ had the largest effect with sulfurous acid somewhat less detrimental. Weak organic acids did not impair the effectiveness of the hindered amine light stabilizers. The role of acid concentration and contact time were explored for the HCl–piperidyl additive system. Secondary and tertiary amines were included in the study as well as oligomeric additives and an N-oxyl derivative. The latter is less basic than the free amines, and it was correspondingly less effected by acid exposures. The possibilities for acid exposure during the compounding, fabrication, and use of stabilized polyolefin articles is discussed as well as the effects of acids in terms of proposed stabilization mechanisms for the hindered amines.     

煤矿调度电话录音上传及远程回放的实现

文章介绍了煤矿现有的调度电话录音系统,设计了调度电话监控上传系统来实现录音文件的上传和调度电话查询系统实现录音文件的查询和远程回放。系统通过输入查询取代了传统的人工查询的工作方式,大大节约了生产调度成本,同时为煤矿人员考勤和定位也提供了准确依据。由于其配置容易、操作方便、实用性高,因此具有很好的维护性和推广性。     

基于JMS的安全通信模型研究与设计

面向消息中间件(MOM)的安全性是目前的一个研究热点,目的是设计确保数据传输完整性的安全机制.通过分析JMS的两种消息通信模型,针对它在安全性方面存在的不足,引入了数字签名和加密技术,提出了一个基于身份验证和混合加密的可扩展安全通信模型,并详细介绍了模型的各个组成部分.模型的基本思想是使用数字签名的信息进行双向身份认证,并且在消息传输的过程中,利用双方协商的会话密钥和非对称加密技术对消息进行加密.最后构建了原型系统对模型进行了验证,实验结果表明此模型提高了基于JMS的系统的安全性.     

飞机分布式配电系统总线监控器的设计

对基于MIL-STD-1553B多路传输数据总线先进飞机的分布式配电系统的结构和功能进行了分析,重点论述了总线监控器的功能及应用软件的设计及实现;配电系统的消息数量多而且传输频率高,因此如何实现实时监控消息是软件设计的关键;采用Windows消息驱动机制和多线程概念,并结合实时内存数据库技术,很好地解决了实时问题;总线通信试验表明,系统运行可靠,达到了功能要求,具有很好的监控效果,可用于分布式配电系统中。     

A Two‐Stage Annealing Strategy for Crystallization Control of CH3NH3PbI3 Films toward Highly Reproducible Perovskite Solar Cells

The solvent‐engineering method is widely used to fabricate top‐performing perovskite solar cells, which, however, usually exhibit inferior reproducibility. Herein, a two‐stage annealing (TSA) strategy is demonstrated for processing of perovskite films, namely, annealing the intermediate phase at 60 °C for the first stage then at 100 °C for the second stage. Compared to conventional direct annealing temperature (DHA) at 100 °C, using this strategy, MAPbI₃ films become more controllable, leading to superior film uniformity and device reproducibility with the champion device efficiency reaching 19.8%. More specifically, the coefficient of variation of efficiency for 49 cells is reduced to 5.9%, compared to 9.8% for that using DHA. The TSA process is carefully studied using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, and UV–vis absorption spectroscopy. It is found that in comparison with DHA the formation of hydrogen bonding and crystallization of perovskite are much slower and can be better controlled when using TSA. The improvements in film uniformity and device reproducibility are attributed to: 1) controllable MAPbI₃ crystal growth stemming from the progressive formation of hydrogen bonding between methylammonium and halide; 2) suppression of intermediate phase film dewetting, which is believed to be due to its decreased mobility at the initial low‐temperature annealing stage.
