In a polyethylene boat, a transom pod is subjected to repeated thrust forces generated by an outboard motor. The structural design of the transom pod for the outboard motor must be considered because it is subjected to cyclic bending moments causing thrust forces of the outboard motor. We designed a transom pod reinforced with aluminum alloy plate inside the transom pod in a polyethylene boat and obtained an optimal thickness of the Al alloy plate to ensure the transom pod durability. We then performed a structural analysis for the transom pod reinforced with Al alloy plate and estimated the fatigue life using modified Goodman diagram. The optimal thickness of Al alloy plate was 7 mm.  相似文献

The effects of steaming time (6, 8, and 10 min), freezing storage period, and re-steaming for thawing on the textural properties of non-glutinous rice cakes (baekseolgi) were investigated. As the steaming time increased, the rice cakes softened. In particular, the sample that was steamed for 10 min showed lower hardness than those steamed for shorter periods. A short period of steaming was insufficient for water bound to the surface of the starch granules to penetrate the granules in the dough. During the re-steaming process of the frozen non-glutinous rice cake samples, the retrogradation of starch and water syneresis contributed to the increased hardness of non-glutinous rice cakes.  相似文献

In this article, we described an innovative design technology of active matrix organic light emitting diode (AMOLED) display, to provide a bezel free design. We designed gate driver circuit of amorphous indium‐gallium‐zinc oxide thin‐film transistors (TFTs) not on the bezel area but within the active array. Although we applied challengeable design, no degradation of electrical/optical properties of panel was observed. Because we effectively prevented capacitive coupling and interference between the emission circuit and integrated gate driver circuit in active array, finally, we successfully demonstrated a bezel free designed AMOLED display of 18.3″ HD (1366 × 768) driven by a‐InGaZnO TFTs.  相似文献

An protease from Actinidia arguta for improving meat tenderness was purified, characterized from wild A. arguta fruit by ammonium sulfate precipitation, Sephdex G-25 gel filtration chromatography, and DEAE Sepharose Fast Flow ion exchange chromatography, and its activity was investigated. The purified protease was subjected to sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis to obtain a single band of protease. The protease was purified successfully, and found to have a molecular weight of 23.8 kDa (mass spectrometry). The specific activity of the purified protease reached 53,428 U/mg with a 25.5-fold purification factor and 9% activity recovery. Based on N-terminal sequencing results, the A. arguta protease was derived from the class of actinidia proteases that have an N-terminal sequence of VLPDY VDWRS AGAVV. The protease was effective for tenderizing beef and decomposing actomyosin, suggesting the potential application for improving meat tenderness.  相似文献

Various designs of high speed EMU (electric multiple units) operating at maximum speed of 400 km/h or above are under active development in many countries. Driving at such extreme high speed, the EMUs that are equipped with multiple power units and non articulated bogies normally experience severe level of vibration. Noting one of the primary design issues of the vertical EMU vibration, the present work tries an optimization of vehicle suspension system using ten degree of freedom analytical EMU model. The objective function for the work is consisted of the rail power spectral density (PSD), transfer function of car body, and frequency dependent weighting function which may represent human riding comfort. The transfer function is formulated using an autocorrelation of the model in frequency domain. For the enhanced reliability of the optimization work, both the US FRA (Federal Railway Administration) rail PSD and the actual rail PSD acquired from Kyeong-bu high speed rail in Korea on which the particular EMU will be driven are used. The well proven BFGS (Broyden-Fletcher-Goldfarb-Shanno) method is adopted for the optimization. The optimized design is verified using a commercial dynamic system simulation code at various operating conditions.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a new integrated gate driver circuit for random sensing operation of external compensated organic light‐emitting diode (OLED) display using oxide thin‐film transistor (TFT). Using this technology, we successfully launched 55‐inch and 65‐inch ultrahigh definition OLED TVs with gate in panel (GIP) circuit. The structure of the existing OLED TVs implemented gate signals through the gate integrated circuits (ICs) attached to the left and right sides of the panel. The structure using the gate IC was inferior to the panel structure using the GIP in terms of process and product design and cost. Thus, we propose a new oxide GIP circuit for OLED TV. Like the previous gate IC model, the proposed GIP circuit successfully implemented the random sensing function during the display operation. This GIP circuit is also designed to overcome the problems caused by the negative Vth characteristics of the oxide device.  相似文献
