本文提出了一种新的层次版图连接关系提取算法,其利用投影法和版图倒序树(Inverse Layout Tree,简记为ILT)构建同一原始图形在不同层次单元之间的关联,并在基于边的扫描线算法的基础上利用组合器的方法建立版图数据的正确连接.此算法能够极好的保持版图中原有的层次,在此算法基础上进行的层次网表提取能够使层次LVS得到最大程度的支持;同时,算法具有很高的效率,只需占用很少的资源.目前,九天EDA系列工具中的层次版图验证工具已经采用此算法.  相似文献

为了实现石英玻璃基板的高效、高质量加工,进一步改善光掩模设备的性能,进行了石英玻璃化学机械磨削(CMG)加工技术的研究。通过在磨削过程中主动增强磨粒、结合剂以及磨削液与工件的化学反应,并使化学反应与机械去除作用形成动态平衡,从而消除因材料脆性去除而造成的表面损伤等,实现了大口径玻璃工件的高表面质量、高形状精度的加工。针对石英玻璃CMG加工的特点,开发了CMG专用砂轮及磨削液,利用正交实验法优化了石英玻璃CMG加工工艺参数,分析了CMG加工过程中磨削压力、砂轮转速、磨削液流量、pH值等因素对加工表面粗糙度及加工效率的影响,并利用优化后的工艺参数加工得到了Ra为0.795nm的石英玻璃表面。加工后基板的光学性能和化学机械抛光(CMP)加工基板的光学性能相同,能够满足光掩模设备的性能需求。  相似文献

Three bacterial proteases were selected for their activity on casein per unit cost. Conditions for inactivation were determined. Fish protein was hydrolyzed without water addition. Protein was solubilized faster with Pescalase 560 than with HT-200 or Protease N. Increase of protease concentration was associated with a quadratic increase in soluble nitrogen. Yields of 13 to 15% in terms of whole fish were obtained at the pilot plant. Products contained 83 to 86% protein of which 70 to 80% was soluble. Reactive lysine was 70 to 85%. Nutritional evaluation with rats indicated hydrolysates had 10 to 15% lower nutritional value than casein. Results suggest fish protein hydrolysates can be used in the food industry for their solubility and nutritional value.  相似文献

Three bean ( Phaseolus vulgaris ) cultivars were selected to study some of the physical properties of the seeds, hydration capacity, cooking time, phytic acid content, digestibility, colour changes as a function of soaking and cooking, and sensory properties. These cultivars were bayocel, canario 101 and flor de mayo. The water uptake was much lower for the cultivar with larger seeds. Some slight losses of phytic acid were found due to the cooking treatment; cooking improved the protein digestibility. The cultivar flor de mayo exhibited the most desirable sensory attributes.  相似文献

Palladium membranes were prepared on an a-alumina support by metal-organic compound chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) method from palladium(Ⅲ) acetate precursor. Permeation properties of hydrogen and helium gas were studied as a function of the number of times of deposition of palladium on the peeling off phenomenon of palladium, which is common in electroless plated membrane, was observed. Silica was introduced into the pores to prevent the palladium grain from peeling off. The palladium-silica conjugated membrane does not show the peeling off phenomenon and can withstand the high temperature up to 800℃ which is the upper limit of our apparatus.The separation factor for hydrogen gas over carbon dioxide gas was improved with the increase of number of times of silica coating by sacrificing the H2 permeation and finally increased to four times. The improvement on the separation of hydrogen gas over carbon dioxide for pulladium-silica conjugated membrane was evaluated and a model of permeation pattern (palladium and silica) was proposed. This model suggests that the separation factor for hydrogen over carbon dioxide could be improved by introducing silica layer because the silica layer fills the pores and reduces the gas permeation without sacrificing the hydrogen permeation through the palladium region. These results indicate that the introduction of silica into the palladium grain is a promising means to improve the hydrogen separation performance of palladium based composite membranes.  相似文献

Sensory Evaluation of Tempeh Produced by Fermentation of Common Beans   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A tempeh fermented product was prepared from fresh and hard-to-cook (HTC) common beans with the mold Rhizopus oligosporus. Fresh samples fermented for 0, 24 and 48 hr were used to prepare fried tempeh, atoles and cookies at various substitution levels. Atoles were also prepared with fermented hardened beans. A panel evaluated samples for the sensory variables: appearance, odor, color, flavor, texture, and acceptability. For fried tempeh, flavor and acceptability were the sensory variables most affected by fermentation. Atoles, supplemented with fermented fresh and HTC seeds, had significantly lower (P<0.05) flavor and color than controls, respectively. Interestingly, acceptability of atoles, from both fresh and HTC samples, and of cookies was not significantly different (P>0.05) from the controls.  相似文献

In fluorescence microscopy imaging, the segmentation of adjacent cell membranes within cell aggregates, multicellular samples, tissue, organs, or whole organisms remains a challenging task. The lipid bilayer is a very thin membrane when compared to the wavelength of photons in the visual spectra. Fluorescent molecules or proteins used for labelling membranes provide a limited signal intensity, and light scattering in combination with sample dynamics during in vivo imaging lead to poor or ambivalent signal patterns that hinder precise localisation of the membrane sheets. In the proximity of cells, membranes approach and distance each other. Here, the presence of membrane protrusions such as blebs; filopodia and lamellipodia; microvilli; or membrane vesicle trafficking, lead to a plurality of signal patterns, and the accurate localisation of two adjacent membranes becomes difficult. Several computational methods for membrane segmentation have been introduced. However, few of them specifically consider the accurate detection of adjacent membranes. In this article we present ALPACA (ALgorithm for Piecewise Adjacent Contour Adjustment), a novel method based on 2D piecewise parametric active contours that allows: (i) a definition of proximity for adjacent contours, (ii) a precise detection of adjacent, nonadjacent, and overlapping contour sections, (iii) the definition of a polyline for an optimised shared contour within adjacent sections and (iv) a solution for connecting adjacent and nonadjacent sections under the constraint of preserving the inherent cell morphology. We show that ALPACA leads to a precise quantification of adjacent and nonadjacent membrane zones in regular hexagons and live image sequences of cells of the parapineal organ during zebrafish embryo development. The algorithm detects and corrects adjacent, nonadjacent, and overlapping contour sections within a selected adjacency distance d, calculates shared contour sections for neighbouring cells with minimum alterations of the contour characteristics, and presents piecewise active contour solutions, preserving the contour shape and the overall cell morphology. ALPACA quantifies adjacent contours and can improve the meshing of 3D surfaces, the determination of forces, or tracking of contours in combination with previously published algorithms. We discuss pitfalls, strengths, and limits of our approach, and present a guideline to take the best decision for varying experimental conditions for in vivo microscopy.  相似文献

In this study, various sage applications were examined on oxidative stability of sunflower oil during accelerated storage. There are three applications: (1) direct sage leaves (S); (2) deodorized sage leaves (DeS); and (3) essential oil of sage leaves. The main compounds of essential oil were identified as α -thujone (35.87%), β -thujone (14.41%), 1,8-cineol (10.59%) and camphor (10.09%). Oxidative stability of these three applications was tested by Schall Oven test at 60C applying peroxide value and conjugated dienes, and Rancimat at 110C. Whereas the highest antioxidants activity was found for 2% S followed by 0.5% S and 2% DeS, all sage treatments statistically retarded the oxidation compared with the control sample. The most appealing result was that the residue can be used as a natural antioxidants. That means the reuse of residue may decrease economic losses and health risk in comparison with synthetic antioxidants and extracts because it is completely natural and contains no residual solvent.

PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS


While almost all of previous studies were concentrated on the use of herb extracts, our study investigates the results of direct application of sage on oxidation. Especially with this study, we have evaluated a possible application area for sage residue leftover after the deodorization process.  相似文献
