Sensor Fusion System Using Recurrent Fuzzy Inference   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
In robotic and manufacturing systems, it is difficult to measure the state of systems accurately because of many uncertain factors and noise, and it is very important to estimate the state of systems. We must measure the phenomena of systems by multiple sensors and estimate the state of systems by acquiring information of sensors. However, we can not acquire all of sensor information synchronically, because each sensor has particular sensor information and measuring time. For estimating the state of systems by multiple sensors, a multi-sensor fusion system fusing various sensory information is needed. In this paper, we propose a Recurrent Fuzzy Inference (RFI) with recurrent inputs and apply it to a multi-sensor fusion system for estimating the state of systems. The membership functions of RFI are expressed by Radial Basis Function (RBF) with insensitive ranges. The shape of the membership functions can be adjusted by a learning algorithm. The learning algorithm is based on the steepest descent method and incremental learning which can add new fuzzy rules. The effectiveness of the multi-sensor fusion system using RFI will be shown through a numerical experiment of moving robot and estimation of surface roughness in grinding process.  相似文献

Caviars represent the most consumed form of fish roe products. Due to high demand, ingredient roes of fish are often susceptible to illegal substitution with those of related fish. This study developed a simple and inexpensive protocol enabling the rapid extraction of DNA of acceptable quality and amount to PCR amplification from both cod caviars and their ingredient pollack roes. The protocol was based on extracting total genomic DNA from eggs using urea and a Chelex 100 chelating resin, and could be completed in less than 15 min. Approximately 8 µg of DNA were reproducibly obtained from single eggs of cod caviars and pollack roes in eight individual experiments, and the quality and amount of DNA were sufficient to serve as template for hundreds of PCR reactions of polymorphic DNA markers for phylogenetic analysis. Being applicable to various caviars, this protocol can be useful to detect illegal substitution among ingredient roes of related fishes in PCR‐based food inspection. Incident neutron energy dependence of delayed neutron yields of uranium and plutonium isotopes is investigated. A summation calculation of decay and fission yield data is employed, and the energy dependence of the latter part is considered in a phenomenological way. Our calculation systematically reproduces the energy dependence of delayed neutron yields by introducing an energy dependence of the most probable charge and the odd–even e?ect. The calculated fission yields are assessed by comparison with JENDL/FPY-2011, delayed neutron activities, and decay heats. Although the fission yields in this work are optimized to delayed neutron yields, the calculated decay heats are in good agreement with the experimental data. Comparison of the fission yields calculated in this work and JENDL/FPY-2011 gave an important insight for the evaluation of the next Japanese evaluated nuclear data library (JENDL) .  相似文献

In this study, bacteriophages were isolated from activated sludge and their host range was studied. Bacterial isolates were obtained from an activated sludge process treating urban sewage, and bacteriophages were obtained by plaque assay using the bacterial isolates obtained in this study as the host. Out of 15 bacteria isolated, 9 supported plaque formation. The host range test was conducted with a combination of 8 bacteriophage isolates and 9 bacterial isolates. All of the 8 bacteriophages tested were found to form plaques on more than 1 host, and 4 of them formed plaques on both gram-positive and gram-negative bacterial isolates. Three of the 8 bacteriophages failed to form plaques on their original bacterial host. The experimental result indicates that bacteriophages are an active part of the activated sludge microbial ecosystem, having a very close ecological relationship with their host bacteria.  相似文献

ABSTRACT: Spicy pollack roe products are a popular seafood item made from fish eggs that should be made with salt-cured mature roes of walleye pollack Theragra chalcogramma . Because of high demand and poor catch of walleye pollack, however, spicy pollack roe products are often susceptible to substitution with roes of closely related codfish. In this study, a simple method identifying the ingredients of commercial spicy pollack roe products was developed to differentiate walleye pollack from codfish substitutes such as gray cod Gadus macrocephalus using PCR-RFLP (Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism) analysis. PCR amplification of the mitochondrial cytochrome b gene yielded single fragments commonly from pollack and cod. Direct digestion of the PCR products with Mph 11031 restriction enzyme showed an unique restriction fingerprint only in pollack. This PCR-RFLP analysis enabled the reliable identification of commercial spicy pollack roe products made by only pollack roes from products padded with cod roes. It thus can be useful to expose substitution of pollack roes with lower valued codfish roes in commercial spicy pollack roe products.  相似文献

In recent years, we have experienced mega‐flood disasters in Japan due to climate change. In the last century, we have been building disaster prevention infrastructure (artificial levees and dams, referred to as “grey infrastructure”) to protect human lives and assets from floods, but these hard protective measures will not function against mega‐floods. Moreover, in a drastically depopulating society such as that in Japan, farmland abandonment prevails, and it will be more difficult to maintain grey infrastructure with a limited tax income. In this study, we propose the introduction of green infrastructure (GI) as an adaptation strategy for climate change. If we can use abandoned farmlands as GI, they may function to reduce disaster risks and provide habitats for various organisms that are adapted to wetland environments. First, we present a conceptual framework for disaster prevention using a hybrid of GI and conventional grey infrastructure. In this combination, the fundamental GI, composed of forests and wetlands in the catchment (GI‐1) and additional multilevel GIs such as flood control basins that function when floodwater exceeds the planning level (GI‐2) are introduced. We evaluated the flood attenuation function (GI‐1) of the Kushiro Wetland using a hydrological model and developed a methodology for selecting suitable locations of GI‐2, considering flood risk, biodiversity and the distribution of abandoned farmlands, which represent social and economic costs. The results indicated that the Kushiro Wetland acts as a large natural reservoir that attenuates the hydrological peak discharge during floods and suitable locations for introducing GI‐2 are concentrated in floodplain areas developing in the downstream reaches of large rivers. Finally, we discussed the network structure of GI‐1 as a hub and GI‐2 as a dispersal site for conservation of the Red‐crowned Crane, one of the symbolic species of Japan.  相似文献

The electronic structural analysis of the conductive transparent films was carried out using bulk sensitive hard X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (HAXPES). The In2O3-ZnO film has amorphous structure before and after annealed, and the conduction band spectrum around Fermi level showed the similar spectra with that of as-deposited amorphous In2O3 film. In these amorphous films, the conduction band minimum locates at the deeper level than the crystalline In2O3 film. The electronic state which comes from randomness of amorphous structure possibly exists around this level or below. These electrons are expected to act as scattering center. We concluded that the electron mobility depends on the density of this electronic state.  相似文献

We developed a method for the optimization of dissolution properties of solid oral dosage forms manufacturing using high shear wet granulation (HSWG) by using near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) with chemometrics in small-scale experiments. The changes in rheology and NIR spectra of the granules were monitored to verify the granulation mechanism and determine the suitable water amount for model formulation during the HSWG. Tablets were manufactured by altering the added water amount to investigate the impact of the granulation mechanism on drug product qualities. Model formulation granules were prepared with 10–20% w/w water in a funicular state, corresponding to the plateau region in score plots obtained by principal component analysis (PCA). The dissolution rate of model formulation tablets manufactured with more than 20% w/w of water was significantly delayed while tablets manufactured with 15% w/w water showed 100% dissolution at 15?min. NIRS and PCA are applicable to the optimization of dissolution properties via the process understanding of HSWG at the early formulation development stage and could facilitate drug development.  相似文献
