In this paper, a new methodology of evolutionary computations - An Adaptive Evolutionary Algorithm (AEA) is proposed. AEA
uses a genetic algorithm (GA) and an evolution strategy (ES) in an adaptive manner in order to take merits of two different
evolutionary computations : global search capability of GA and local search capability of ES. In the reproduction procedure,
the proportions of the population by GA and ES are udaptively modulated according to the fitness. AEA is used for designing
fuzzy logic controller (FLC) for a high-angle-of-attack flight system for a super-maneuverable version of F-18 aircraft. AEA
is used to determine the membership functions and scaling factors of an FLC. The computer simulation results show that the
FLC has met both robustness and performance requirements. 相似文献

Audible noise (AN) produced by corona discharges from high voltage transmission lines is one of the more important considerations in line design. Therefore, line designers must predetermine the AN using prediction formulas. This paper presents the results of applying evolutionary computation techniques using AN data from lines throughout the world to develop new highly accurate formulas for predicting the A-weighted AN during heavy rain and stable rain from overhead AC lines. This paper proposed the real-time tracking algorithm in the active camera system, which is based on the intelligent method.
To separate the object from background, the similarity of the color is analyzed through the fuzzy inference engine. And after
segmentation, the local difference method between the continuous images is used to track the moving object. The experiment
is performed using the developed embedded camera system with an ARM processor.

A threshold-voltage (Vth) shift of sub-100-nm NAND flash-memory cell transistors was modeled systematically, and the modeling was verified by comparing with the data from measurement and 3-D device simulation. The Vth shift of the NAND flash-memory cell was investigated by changing parameters such as gate length, width, drain voltage, dielectric material between cells, space between cells, lightly doped-drain depth, and adjacent-cell bias. The proposed model covers two dominant device physics: capacitance coupling effect between adjacent cells and short-channel effect. Our model showed an accurate prediction of the Vth shift of NAND flash-memory array and a good agreement with the data from simulation and measurement. 相似文献
