In this paper, an online delay identification approach of continuous-time linear systems with unstructured entries is achieved via a new algebraic technique. The arbitrary input and output trajectories are chosen with close and abundant crossing zero. Initial conditions and static disturbances are taken into account in the design of the identification approach. The proposed method is based on a distributional algebraic technique and a convolution approach. A proposed theorem is hence enounced to identify a single time-delay of such systems. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is demonstrated by an illustrative example. The obtained results show the high performances of the proposed time-delay identification approach in severe operation conditions of the considered system.  相似文献

Nanoscaled materials are attractive building blocks for hierarchical assembly of functional nanodevices, which exhibit diverse performances and simultaneous functions. We innovatively fabricated semiconductor nano-probes of tapered ZnS nanowires through melting and solidifying by electro-thermal process; and then, as-prepared nano-probes can manipulate nanomaterials including semiconductor/metal nanowires and nanoparticles through sufficiently electrostatic force to the desired location without structurally and functionally damage. With some advantages of high precision and large domain, we can move and position and interconnect individual nanowires for contracting nanodevices. Interestingly, by the manipulating technique, the nanodevice made of three vertically interconnecting nanowires, i.e., diode, was realized and showed an excellent electrical property. This technique may be useful to fabricate electronic devices based on the nanowires' moving, positioning, and interconnecting and may overcome fundamental limitations of conventional mechanical fabrication.  相似文献

A new debate on the potential impact of oil price changes on the value of firms was initiated in this paper. Using a stochastic frontier approach, an attempt was made to derive the optimal value Q* of firms and calculate the Q value observed. Then the shortfall (Q*–Q) which represents the inefficiency term was explained. Starting from 19 industrial Tunisian firms listed on the Tunis Stock Exchange between 2007 and 2011, the fact that variation of oil prices can largely explain distortions in the value of firms was empirically demonstrated.  相似文献

Soil conservation strategy in the semi-arid areas of central Tunisia has focused on the construction of numerous hill reservoirs. However, limited rainfall combined with severe soil erosion is jeopardizing the usefulness of hill reservoirs such that there is an urgent need to undertake further studies into the location and efficiency of small dams. The paper reports investigations into the relationship between location of the dam and the underlying lithology of the catchment areas with the dam efficiency. A gully erodibility factor has been proposed for nine groups of lithological formations identified and a watershed lithologic number was computed as the product of seven watersheds for which 1:50,000 scale lithological maps were available. A significant linear relationship was determined between the watershed lithologic number and the efficiency of the small dams, indicating that an accurate lithological survey prior to small dam planning can be used to indicate the dam's likely efficiency and to plan any necessary soil and water conservation works in the catchment areas.  相似文献

Potassium manganese(III) monohydrogentriphosphate KMnHP3O10 was synthesized by flux method and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, crystallizes in the monoclinic system with centric space group C2/c. The parameters of the unit cell are a = 12.104(1), b = 8.287(1). c = 9.150(1) Å, β = 110.97(1)° and Z = 4. The structure was solved at 296 K using 893 independent reflections and refined until R(F) = 0.022; wR(F2) = 0.045. The atomic arrangement of the title compound consists of MnO6 octahedra linked by hydrogentriphosphate anions to form a three-dimensional framework containing tunnels parallel to the c-axis where the K+ cations are inserted. The structure of KMnHP3O10 contains a single Mn site which is surrounded by typical Jahn-Teller [2 + 2 + 2] distorted octahedron. The title material has been also characterized by different physico-chemical techniques: powder X-ray diffraction, IR, NMR and CI spectroscopies and DTA-TGA-DSC thermal analysis.  相似文献

Cooperative localization has attracted great attention in recent years. However, in some scenarios, localization precision is challenging and does not meet the application requirements. In this paper, Kalman and Particle filters (KF and PF) are considered for cooperative localization scenarios purpose. We propose to apply these techniques to cooperative localization approaches that we investigated in previous papers: Evolved Variational Message Passing algorithm (E‐VMP) and Cooperative Robust Geometric Positioning Algorithm (C‐RGPA). The main added value of distributed tracking filters is to guarantee dynamic versions of these two algorithms. The proposed techniques are evaluated and compared by means of real heterogeneous measurements carried out using ZigBee and OFDM devices and where location‐dependent parameters such as RSSI and RTD are exploited. Experiments and realistic simulations reveal that the proposed techniques exhibit better localization accuracy for very low complexity and cost. Moreover, the comparative study shows that distributed particle filter (DPF) provides better performance than KF in terms of positioning accuracy and root‐mean square error.  相似文献

This paper presents a new design procedure to tune the fractional order PIλDμ controller that stabilizes a first order plant with time delay. The procedure is based on a suitable version of the Hermite–Biehler Theorem and the Pontryagin Theorem. A Theorem and a Lemma are developed to compute the global stability region of the PIλDμ controller in the (kp,ki,kd) space. Hence, this Theorem and Lemma allow us to develop an algorithm for solving the PIλDμ stabilization problem of the closed loop plant. The proposed approach has been verified by numerical simulation that confirms the effectiveness of the procedure.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Three annual Atriplex species—A. hortensis var. purpurea, A. hortensis var. rubra and A. rosea—growing on soil with various levels of the heavy metals copper, lead, nickel, and zinc, have been investigated. RESULTS: Metal accumulation by Atriplex plants differed among species, levels of polluted soil and tissues. Metals accumulated by Atriplex were mostly distributed in root tissues, suggesting that an exclusion strategy for metal tolerance widely exists in them. The increased concentration of heavy metals in soil led to increases in heavy metal shoot and root concentrations of Ni, Cu, Pb and Zn in plants as compared to those grown on unpolluted soil. Accumulation was higher in roots than shoots for all the heavy metals. None of the plants were suitable for phytoextraction because no hyperaccumulator was identified. However, plants with a high bioconcentration factor and low translocation factor have the potential for phytostabilization. Similarly, the correlation between metal concentrations and translocations in plants (BCFs and TFs) using a linear regression was also statistically significant. CONCLUSION: Among the plants studied, var. purpurea was the most efficient in accumulating Pb and Zn in its shoots, whereas var. rubra was most suitable for phytostabilization of sites contaminated with Cu and Ni. Time-stamping is a technique used to prove the existence of a digital document prior to a specific point in time. Today, implemented schemes rely on a centralized server model that has to be trusted. We point out the drawbacks of these schemes, showing that the unique serveur represent a weak point for the system. We propose an alternative scheme which is based on a network of servers managed by administratively independent entities. This scheme appears to be a trusted and reliable distributed time-stamping scheme.  相似文献

A new insight on the behavior of metal contact-insulating interfaces in SiGe heterojunction bipolar transistor is given by high-performance aberration-corrected scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM) analysis tools equipped with sub-nanometric probe size. It is demonstrated that the presence of initial defects introduced during technological processes play a major role in the acceleration of degradation mechanisms of the structure during stress. A combination of energy-filtered transmission electron microscopy analysis with high angle annular dark field STEM and energy dispersive spectroscopy provides strong evidence that migration of Au-Pt from the metal contacts to Ti/Si3N4 interface is one of the precursors to species interdiffusion and reactions. High current densities and related local heating effects induce the evolution of the pure Ti initial layer into mixture layer composed of Ti, O, and N. Local contamination of Ti layers by fluorine atoms is also pointed out, as well as rupture of TiN thin barrier layer.  相似文献
