研究了存放时间对小麦蛋白膜、大豆蛋白膜以及小麦-大豆复合膜机械性能、通透性等性能的影响。结果表明,随着存放时间的延长,蛋白膜的机械性能、透湿性和吸湿率也随之发生变化。并通过电镜扫描分析,发现不同蛋白膜的横截面微观结构有所不同。  相似文献

准确预测光伏发电功率有利于并网后电网调度管理,现阶段光伏发电功率预测存在精度较低和对不同天气类型的适应性弱的问题。探索了一种相似日与免疫遗传神经网络(IGA-BP)结合的预测方法:基于天气类型、温度及风速,结合灰色关联度和余弦相似度指标构建气象相似日判别模型;以相似日气象特征向量为输入,建立IGA-BP功率预测模型。利用实测数据对比分析所提IGA-BP模型与GA-BP、BP模型的预测精度,结果为:在不同天气类型下IGA-BP模型具有较高精度,其RMSE平均值为14.142%,TIC平均值为0.017 58,均优于其他对比模型。表明IGA-BP模型能够提高功率预测精度,且具有较高的适应性。  相似文献

As the population ages,more and more people are suffering from osteoarthritis (OA),resulting in an increasing requirement for joint implants.Surface modification to improve the topology and compo-sition of the implants has been proved to be an effective way to improve the primary stability and long-term success rate of joint implants.In this work,a bionic micro/nano-structure accompanied with a strontium-substituted hydroxyapatite (SrHA) coating was fabricated on titanium (Ti) surface via elec-trochemical corrosion,ultrasonic treatment,and hydrothermal deposition methods.The in vitro study demonstrated that the bionic structure and the bioactive apatite could synergistically increase the expres-sions of integrin-related gene (ITG α5β1) and osteoblastic genes (Col-I and OCN),and thus promote osteoblast growth.In addition,owing to the anti-bone resorption property of Sr2+,the coating could effectively inhibit osteoclast differentiation and proliferation.In a word,the prepared samples not only promoted osteogenesis but also inhibited osteoclastogenesis.The in vivo experiment via a rabbit model found that the bionic structured surface provided the pore for new bone ingrowth,which was beneficial to the mechanical interlocking between the implant and bone.Moreover,the bionic structure and bioactive SrHA coating had a synergistic effect on promoting bone formation,osseointegration,and bone-implant bonding strength.This study therefore presented a new strategy to fabricate bio-functionalized Ti-based implants for potential application in orthopedics field.  相似文献

2-(4-Methoxyphenyl)ethylamine imprinted polymers were obtained from seven functional monomers in four porogens, and their properties were tested. Binding experiments revealed the highest selectivity towards a template for the polymer prepared from methacrylic acid in toluene (MIP1). The binding capacities and the imprinting factors were different for the stationary and the dynamic evaluation procedures. For MIP1, the binding capacities were 6.991 ± 0.081 or 18.247 ± 0.005 μmol g? 1, and the imprinting factors were 1.97 or 3.84, for stationary and dynamic procedures, respectively. The Scatchard analysis of MIP1 showed two classes of binding sites with values of the dissociation constants Kd equal to 16.2 and 192 μmol L? 1. Composition of polymers was supported by 13C CP/MAS NMR, FTIR and SEM-EDS analyses. The binding abilities of MIP1 towards the structurally related compounds showed that the ethylamine group together with steric effects governed the recognition mechanism. Finally, the high affinity of MIP1 towards dopamine or serotonin, but low towards norepinephrine and epinephrine was demonstrated.  相似文献

该文利用大豆糖蜜发酵制备酒精,研究了发酵时间、发酵温度、糖蜜浓度、接种量、pH对发酵酒精的影响,并通过正交试验对糖蜜发酵生产酒精工艺条件进行优化,确定其最佳发酵条件为:糖蜜浓度55g/L,发酵温度32℃,发酵时间72h,接种量9%,pH5.0.在最佳条件下,大豆糖蜜发酵酒精得到的酒精度为7.3%vol.  相似文献

绝缘子缺陷严重影响输电线路安全,航拍图像绝缘子缺失的有效识别是无人机线路巡检。提出一种轻量级网络的绝缘子缺失检测模型,使用轻量级网络MobileNetV3替换YOLOv4模型的CSPDarknet53网络。以分割性能和计算速度为判据,综合分析比较了YOLOv4模型和使用轻量型网络对其主干网络替换后的模型在绝缘子缺失检测上的性能,实验结果表明:筛选的YOLOv4-MobileNetV3轻量级网络绝缘子缺失检测模型能够准确定位图像中单、多目标绝缘子;改进后YOLOv4-MobileNetV3检测模型比原模型的体积减少了78%,FPS提升了4.85 f/s,而mAP仅降低0.6%。提出的绝缘子缺失检测方法能够满足无人机电力线路巡检的需求。  相似文献

Delving deeper is possible in whole-body in vivo imaging using a super-bright membrane-targeting BODIPY dye ( BD ). The dye was used to monitor homing of ex vivo fluorescently labelled neutrophils to an injured liver of dark-pigmented C57BL/6 mice. In vivo imaging system (IVIS) data conclusively showed an enhanced signal intensity and a higher signal-to-noise ratio in mice receiving neutrophils labelled with the BD dye relative to those labelled with a gold standard dye at 2 h post in vivo administration of fluorescently labelled cells. Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) confirmed that BD is nontoxic, and an exceptional cell labelling dye that opens up precision deep-organ in vivo imaging of inflammation in mice routinely used for biomedical research. The origin of enhanced performance is identified with the molecular structure and the distinct localisation of the dye within cells that enable remarkable changes in its optical parameters.  相似文献

本文根据Lacoste-Romberg(G)型重力仪(简称LCR(G)型重力仪)读数系统的结构特征,首次导出了LCR(G)型重力仪的相对重力公式和格值公式。并根据文[3]中提供的格值表,用本文导出的公式进行最小二乘曲线拟合,得到有关参数,利用所求参数计算了相应的格值,与文[3]中提供的格值符合得很好。  相似文献
