介绍了在研制气流式加速度传感器过程中,为对气流式加速度传感器进行建模,作者对气流式加速度传感器的工作机理进行了理论性探讨。在分析过程中以流体力学、传热学和惯性理论为基础并结合实验结果,建立了适合于气流式加速度传感器的气体运动方程和能量方程。同时还讨论了热线测量加速度的方法及根据实验分析了输入加速度对腔体内温度及传感器输出电压的影响,从而为进一步研究一系列气流式传感器的工作机理提供了方法。 相似文献

Quantitative phase imaging(QPI)with its high-contrast images of optical phase delay(OPD)maps is often used for label-free single-cell analysis.Contrary to other imaging methods,sensitivity improvement has not been intensively explored because conventional QPI is sensitive enough to observe the surface roughness of a substrate that restricts the minimum measurable OPD.However,emerging QPI techniques that utilize,for example,differential image analysis of consecutive temporal frames,such as mid-infrared photothermal QPI,mitigate the minimum OPD limit by decoupling the static OPD contribution and allow measurement of much smaller OPDs.Here,we propose and demonstrate supersensitive QPI with an expanded dynamic range.It is enabled by adaptive dynamic range shift through a combination of wavefront shaping and dark-field QPI techniques.As a proof-of-concept demonstration,we show dynamic range expansion(sensitivity improvement)of QPI by a factor of 6.6 and its utility in improving the sensitivity of mid-infrared photothermal QPI.This technique can also be applied for wide-field scattering imaging of dynamically changing nanoscale objects inside and outside a biological cell without losing global cellular morphological image information. 相似文献

The goal was to manufacture carbon/carbon (C/C) composites through a unique procedure with improved biocompatibility and reduced
debris release. C/C composites were prepared by chemical vapor deposition, and their biological properties were analyzed.
With regard to mechanical properties, compressive strength/modulus was 219.1 MPa/9.72 GPa, flexural strength/modulus was 121.63 MPa/21.9 GPa,
and interlaminar sheer was 15.13 GPa. Biocompatibility testing revealed: (1) the extract liquid from the C/C composites had
no effect on cell proliferation; (2) the extract had no impact on micronucleus frequency as compared with the control groups
(P > 0.05); (3) in vivo, there was mild tissue inflammation after implantation within the first 2 weeks, but there was no significant
difference compared with the control group (P > 0.05); (4) the implants were well integrated into the host tissue, and debris was limited. The tested samples have excellent
biocompatibilities and reduced release of debris. The demonstrated changes in manufacturing procedures are promising. 相似文献
