The creep behaviors of Pt-RE alloys have been studied at 1200℃ and 1400℃.The results show that asmall amount of RE elements improves the creep behaviors of platinum greatly.The creep behaviors of PtGd0.5,PtLa0.5 and PtLa0.3 Gd0.2,are best among all the alloys studied.As far as the creep behaviors are concerned,the traditional heat-resistance alloy PtGd10 can be replaced by PtGd0.5.Particularly,the properities of PtGd0.5are near to those of PtRb10.For most of the Pt-RE alloys,long-time,static,super high-temperature treatment inair is of no advantage to the creep rupture life.The mechanisms of the effects of rare-earths on high-temperaturecreep properties of platinum are discussed. 相似文献

采用X射线衍射,示差热分析和金相等方法研究了Nd-Pd系相图中含0—50at-%Nd的区域。发现在该区域内存在6个金属间化合物:NdPd_5,NdPd_3,NdPd_2,Nd_2Pd_3,Nd_1Pd_5和NdPd。其中,NdPd_3,Nd_4Pd_5和NdPd是固液共熔化合物。还测出NdPd_5为SmPt_5型结构,NdPd_?为AuCu_3型结构,低于708±4℃的NdPd为CrB型结构。在该区域内共有3个共晶反应和3个包晶反应。 相似文献

The influence of rare-earth elements,La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Dy,Ho,Er and Yb onthe thermal stability of PdSi_(16.5) glass was studied systematically by means of DSC.Allrare-earth elements,especially heavy ones,increase obviously the thermal stabilityparameters,including T_θ(T_g ,T_x ,T_g),T_(rg) and ΔE etc.The crystallization temperaturesT_(p1) and T_(p2) increase linearly with the lanthanide constriction increasing,but Eu shows ananomalous influence:Pd-Si-Eu metallic glass possesses the highest thermal stability and thelowest concentration limit of glass forming among Pd-Si-R glasses. 相似文献

根据合金的力学和电学性能, 利用XRD,TEM 和SEM 技术研究了Cu5Ni4Sn3Al 合金的时效强化。结果表明:350 ℃下时效时, 力学性能增加; 边带分析有边带效应, 且随时效时间的增加调幅波长增加。电镜下观察到调幅结构, 说明该合金是调幅分解强化的合金。同时, 铝的加入没有改变合金的相结构, 但是, 对合金的强化起着重要作用。实验结果还表明, 合金在时效过程中, 调幅分解的同时还形成DO22(TiAl3) 型结构的Ni3Sn 化合物相 相似文献

The splat folis of Al-RE(RE=Y,La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Er and Yb)binary alloys of 0.04—0.06 mm thickness were made by are-melting and hammer-anviltechnique,the.cooling rate is in 10~6 K/s order of magnitude.The metastable extendedsolid solubilities of these RE elements have been evaluated by measurements of the latticespacings of the rapidly solidified(RS)Al-RE alloys,they are 0.4,0.15,0.21,0.21,0.3,0.5,0.1,0.6,0.65,0.7,0.75,0.2 at.-% for above individual RE clements,respectively.Thesecondary phase in RS Al-RE alloys were identified to be Al_4RE for alloys containinglight RE and Eu elements and Al_3 RE for alloys containing heavy RE and Y elements.Some factors influencing the extension of solid solubility of Al-RE alloy were discussed. 相似文献

The 0,05—0.08 mm thick splat foils of Ag-Tb alloy,containing Tb up to 10 at.-%,were made by the hammer-anvil technique.The cooling rate was in order of 10~6 K/s.The metastable extension of solid solubility of Tb in the alloy was measured to be up to 5 at.-% by lattice parameter method.The secondary phase in metastable eutectic structure was identi- fied as Ag_3Tb from diffraction pattern.The microstructure and micro-defect in as-quenched Ag-Tb splat foil were also observed. 相似文献
