Stability of large-scale coal-fired MHD channels is studied by (1) linearized stability analysis, and (2) time-dependent 1-D analysis. The channel length is 15 m with 600 electrode pairs, and the output power ranges from 220.6 MW through 258.7 MW. Linearized stability analyses show that the Faraday channels operated with fixed loading resistance are stable, whereas the two waves of u and u–a (u, a: gas and sound velocity) become unstable in the Faraday channel with fixed loading factor. Two waves of u and u–a are unstable in the diagonal channel with fixed loading current and the u + a wave becomes unstable in the diagonal channel with fixed electrode current. Time-dependent one-dimensional analyses indicate that the Faraday channels with fixed load resistance are smooth without growth of fluctuation. The diagonal channels with fixed electrode current are smooth with no fluctuation, though the linear theory indicates that the u + a wave is unstable. The diagonal channel with fixed load current suffers large disturbance along the latter half of the channel, being consistent with the linearized analysis which indicates that the u - a and u waves are unstable.  相似文献

Infection by Shiga toxin (Stx)-producing Escherichia coli of non-O157 and O157 serotypes are rare in China, but infection by O157 serotype was found in Shandong Province and three other provinces in China. To understand the reason for these rare infections and to determine the safety of retail meats in Shandong Province, we examined the distribution of Shiga toxin gene (stx)-bearing E. coli in retail meats and characterized the isolated stx-bearing strains. We used hybridization with DNA probes and isolated stx1- and/or stx2-positive E. coli from 31 (58%) of 53 retail meat samples, with beef showing the highest frequency (68%). Of 42 stx-positive isolates, none belonged to O157. Using the O157-specific immunomagnetic bead technique, we isolated E. coli O157 carrying the eae and stx2 genes from eight beef samples (26%). These strains produced little or no Stx2 and carried a unique q gene. Replication of the stx2 phages was detected in these strains, whereas stx2 phage replication was not detected in our previous study in which we examined similar stx2-bearing E. coli O157 strains from other Asian countries. Analysis of E. coli C600 lysogenized with the stx2 phages found in this study suggests that the lack of Stx2 production is due to changes in non-q gene region(s) of the phage genome or chromosomal mutation(s) in the host. Our data and reports by other workers suggest it is necessary to determine if various stx2-bearing E. coli O157 strains producing Stx2 to varying degrees are distributed in meats in various locations in China.  相似文献

采用电子束-物理气相沉积法(EB-PVD)制备了6个厚度为15-62nm的铂薄膜,研究了纳米薄膜的晶粒尺寸及其对热导率的影响规律.当薄膜厚度小于30nm时,晶粒平均尺寸接近于薄膜的厚度;晶粒尺寸随着薄膜厚度的增加而增大并趋于定值;当薄膜厚度大于30nm时,晶粒尺寸约为20nm.受薄膜的表面和内部晶界的综合影响,铂纳米薄膜的热导率大大低于体材料的值,并且纳米薄膜的热导率随着薄膜厚度的增加而增大并趋于一个低于体材料热导率的值.  相似文献

We propose a new tactile sensor utilizing piezoelectric vibration. This tactile sensor has a high sensitivity, wide measurement range, pressure resistance, flexibility, and self-sensing function. This tactile sensor comprises two piezoelectric materials. One is used for the vibration of the sensor element and the other is used for the measurement of the change in mechanical impedance induced by an external force. We achieved the wide measurement range by implementing two ideas. One was to apply the external force to the sensor element through an elastic body and the other was to use two or more modes of vibration. Moreover, for the elastic body, it is preferable to use a material whose elasticity and viscosity are easily changed by an external force, such as a gel. In this study, first, this tactile sensor was analyzed, and then its characteristics were derived. The analytical results qualitatively corresponded to the experimental results. Next, a prototype tactile sensor was fabricated and evaluated. The evaluation results showed that this tactile sensor can measure a pressure of 2.5 Pa or less and a pressure of 10 kPa or more and its pressure resistance is 1 MPa or more.  相似文献

奥氏体不锈钢众所周知有良好的耐蚀性,但是在工业上没有用于承受摩擦的工件上,因为它的硬度低,摩擦磨损性能差。奥氏体不锈钢经低温等离子体渗氮或渗碳能生成一层特殊的氮化物或碳化物层,称为S相,它具有高的硬度和优良的耐蚀性。这项研究中各种奥氏体不锈钢都经低温等离子体渗氮或渗碳,用各种分析技术研究了添加合金元素对S相特性的影响,用了光学显微镜和电子显微镜观察,做了X射线衍射分析,在5%H2SO4溶液中测量阳极极化,用球对平面摩擦装置做摩擦磨损测试。氮化物或碳化物层厚度随处理温度增加而加厚,AISI316钢上生成的渗层厚度是所有的基体钢材中最厚的。超过临界温度,由于氮化铬工碳化铬沉淀使耐蚀性降低。临界温度由渗氮的基材决定。另一方面,在渗碳层中临界温度不随基材变化。大部分样品上S相层的耐蚀性比没有处理的不锈钢的低。但是,AISI316和JIS-SUS304J3钢在400℃渗碳后都有和未处理钢一样优良的耐蚀性。每种不锈钢经渗氮或渗碳后耐磨性都有明显的改进。  相似文献

A transient short‐hot‐wire method has been proposed to simultaneously measure the thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity of liquids. The method has been applied to the refrigerant HCFC‐22, alternative refrigerants HFC‐32, HFC‐125, HFC‐134a and refrigerant mixtures HFC‐32/125 [35/65, 50/50 (HFC‐410A), 68/32 wt%], HFC‐32/125/134a [23/25/52 (HFC‐407C) wt%]. From the present study, it is shown that the measured results agree well with the literature values on thermal conductivity and those on thermal diffusivity obtained from NIST's thermophysical property database, REFPROP Ver. 6.0. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The purpose of this investigation was to quantitatively describe the time courses of dopamine, 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC) and homovanillic acid (HVA) concentrations in the striatum after L-dopa injection using a constructed dopamine metabolism model. The time courses of dopamine, DOPAC and HVA concentration in the striatum of rats was determined before and after the rapid i.v. injection of 10, 50 and 100 mg/kg using the same animals as in the previous report. The endogenous dopamine, DOPAC and HVA concentrations in the striatum before L-dopa administration were 5.9 +/- 0.7 micrograms, 3.6 +/- 0.4 micrograms and 1.0 +/- 0.2 micrograms/g, respectively. The dopamine concentration in the striatum increased immediately after L-dopa injection, with the peak concentration (15.9 +/- 0.5 micrograms/g) occurring at 3 min; then it returned to the pre-medication level until 2 h at 100 mg/kg dosing. The time course of dopamine concentration in the striatum was analyzed on a constructed dopamine metabolism model which has a zero-order production rate for the production of dopamine (i.e. release from the dopamine neuronal terminals) and two apparent first-order clearance terms, one from L-dopa to dopamine, which was estimated in the previous report, and the other from dopamine to dopamine metabolites (DOPAC and HVA). The morphology and crystalline state of h-BN powder after one-stage or two-stage baking process were investigated extensively. The particles are scale-shaped and the flat surfaces have a (001) habit plane of hexagonal close-packed structure. The side shape of particles after one-stage baking is round, while that after two-stage baking is dodecan, a twelve-faced prism, with the side habit of (100), (110) or their variants. Lattice image observation shows that the side surface of a one-stage baked particle is wavy and thin, while that of a two-stage baked particle is straight and thick. Many particles after one-stage baking are composed of overlapped grains contacting with each other at (001) flat surfaces forming a twist boundary. These grains have relative rotation angles ranging from 5 ° to 26 ° around the common [001] axis and have a coincidence lattice relation with respect to (001) flat planes. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis shows that both C and O segregate onto the surface of one-stage baked particles, while only C segregates onto the surface of two-stage baked particles. Formation of coincidence lattice grain boundary and impurity segregation both restrict the growth of diameter and thickness in scale-shaped particles. It is concluded that two-stage baked particles, having side surface habits, are stable against various environments.  相似文献
