This study was designed to test the hypolipidemic properties and antioxidative activities of sardinelle (Sardinella aurita) protein hydrolysates (SPHs) obtained by treatment with crude enzyme preparations from Bacillus pumilus A1(SPHA1), Bacillus mojavensis A21(SPHA21) and crude enzyme extract from sardinelle viscera (SPHEE).Wistar rats were fed during 7 weeks a standard laboratory diet, a cholesterol-enriched diet (1%) or a cholesterol SPH-enriched diet. The hypercholesterolemic diet induced the elevation of total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C). Supplementing cholesterol-enriched diet with SPHs or whole sardinelle protein (WSP) at a concentration of 5% (w/w) increased the serum level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and HDL-C/TC ratio and decreased the serum levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and LDL-C/HDL-C ratio significantly.The thiobarbituric acid-reactive substances (TBARS) level, as an indicator of lipid peroxidation, and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GPx) and catalase (CAT) were examined. The hepatic antioxidant enzymes activities were significantly decreased and the malondialdehyde (MDA) level was increased in rats fed a cholesterol-enriched diet compared to those fed a standard diet. The treatment of hypercholesterolemic (HCD) diet rats with SPHs reduced the MDA concentration and increased the antioxidant enzyme activities.These results suggested that the hypolipidemic effect of SPHs might be due to their abilities to lower serum TC, TG, and LDL-C levels as well as to their antioxidant activities preventing the lipid peroxidation process.  相似文献

An alkaline trypsin was purified from the viscera of zebra blenny (Salaria basilisca) by ammonium sulphate (40?80% saturation) precipitation, Sephadex G-100, Mono Q-Sepharose and ultrafiltration. A yield of 12% with a purification-fold of 4.2 was obtained. The trypsin had an apparent molecular weight of 27 kDa. Soybean trypsin inhibitor and phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride showed a strong inhibitory effect on the purified trypsin. Trypsin had maximal activity at pH 9.5 and 60 °C for the hydrolysis of -benzoyl-dl-arginine-p-nitroanilide (BAPNA). It was stable at low temperatures and in the pH range of 7.0?12.0. The N-terminal amino acid sequence of the first 12 amino acids of the purified protease was IVGGRECTEPSQ. S. basilisca trypsin, which showed high homology with other fish trypsins, had a charged Arg residue at position 5, where Tyr is common in marine vertebrates and mammalian trypsins. The trypsin kinetic constants, Km and kcat for BAPNA, were 0.6 mM and 1.38 s?1, respectively.  相似文献

Over the last years, various methodologies and techniques have been elaborated and proposed to improve one or many aspects related to the software development life cycle. However, despite the great effort in this research field, the production of clearly understood and modifiable systems still an ambitious goal and far from reached. This is due, on one hand, to the complexity and the subtlety of software themselves and, on the other hand, to the limitations of the current methodologies. Recently, a new and very promising methodology, called Lyee, has been proposed. Intended to deal efficiently with a wide range of software problems related to different field, Lyee allows the development of software by simply defining their requirements.

Nevertheless, since both the semantics of Lyee generated software together with the process of automatic generation of software from requirements are described using informal language, difficulties and confusions may arise when trying to understand and study this methodology.

The main purpose of this paper is to formalize, using a process algebra, the process of automatic generation of softwares together with the semantics of Lyee generated softwares. Actually, process algebra naturally supports many concepts of the Lyee methodology and consequently formalize them simply and elegantly. It offers to the Lyee methodology an abstract machine more suitable than the Von-Newman one. In fact, this new abstract machine consider a program as chemical solution when molecules (different vectors of the lyee methodology) interact together to reach a collective goal.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the thallium selenate tellurate Tl2SeO4·Te(OH)6 (TlSeTe) was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system with P21/c space group. The following parameters are: a = 12.358(3) Å; b = 7.231(1) Å; c = 11.986(2) Å; β = 111.092(2)°; Z = 4.The structure can be regarded as being built of isolated TeO6 octahedra and SeO4 tetrahedra. The Tl+ cations are intercalated between these kinds of polyhedra. The main feature of this structure is the coexistence of two different and independent anions (SeO42− and TeO66−) in the same unit cell. The structure is stable due to OH···O hydrogen bonds which link tetrahedral and octahedral groups.Crystals of Tl2SeO4·Te(OH)6 undergo three endothermal transitions at 373, 395 and 437 K. These transitions are detected by DSC and analyzed by dielectric measurements with impedance spectroscopy. The evolution of conductivity versus temperature showed the presence of a protonic conduction phase transition at 437 K. The phase transition at 373 K can be related to a structural phase transition, whereas the one at 395 K is ascribed as likely due to a ferroelectric-paraelectric phase transition.  相似文献

The Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm is an innovative and promising optimization technique in evolutionary computation. The Essential Particle Swarm Optimization queen (EPSOq) is one of the recent discrete PSO versions that further simplifies the PSO principles and improves its optimization ability. Hybridization is a principle of combining two (or more) approaches in a wise way such that the resulting algorithm includes the positive features of both (or all) the algorithms. This paper proposes a new heuristic approach such that various features inspired from the Tabu Search are incorporated in the EPSOq algorithm in order to obtain another improved discrete PSO version. The implementation of this idea is identified with the acronym TEPSOq (Tabu Essential Particle Swarm Optimization queen). Experimentally, this approach is able to solve optimally large-scale strongly correlated 0–1 Multidimensional Knapsack Problem (MKP) instances. Computational results show that TEPSOq has outperforms not only the EPSOq, but also other existing PSO-based approaches and some other meta-heuristics in solving the 0–1 MKP. It was discovered also that this algorithm is able to locate solutions extremely close and even equal to the best known results available in the literature.  相似文献

Gelatin was extracted from alkali-pretreated skin of zebra blenny (Salaria basilisca) using commercial pepsin with a yield of 18 g/100 g of skin sample. The polypeptides pattern, gel strength, viscosity, textural parameters and functional properties of the zebra blenny skin gelatin (ZBSG) were investigated. Amino acid analysis revealed that ZBSG contained almost all essential amino acids, with glycine being the most predominant one. ZBSG was identified as a type I gelatin, containing α1 and α2-chains as the major constituents. Its gel strength and viscosity were 170.2 g and 5.95 cP, respectively. Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) spectra showed helical arrangements in its structure. Its solubility and functional properties were concentration-dependent. While foam expansion (FE) and foam stability (FS) increased with the increase of concentration, emulsifying activity index (EAI) and emulsion stability index (ESI) were noted to decrease. ZBSG also showed strong clarification ability particularly for apple juice, without affecting nutritional value.  相似文献

It is well known that for the AISI 304 austenitic stainless steel some parameters such as temperature, strain rate, material anisotropy and loading path are the main factors which strongly affect the kinetic of transformation induced plasticity (TRIP) in this material. In literature, tensile and compression tests represent the commonly experimental tools studied on this material. Under such type of loading, dissymmetry plastic behavior was obtained due to the martensitic kinetic evolution.The aim of the present work is to highlight the role of the TRIP phenomenon on the initial material anisotropy of the AISI 304 material using appropriate experimental framework. The cross-coupled effect of the phase transformation on initial anisotropy is studied through special loading test (simple shear test (SST)) conducted at various temperatures.  相似文献
