This article presents a new electronically tunable single‐element‐controlled current‐mode quadrature sinusoidal oscillator circuit using current differencing transconductance amplifiers (CDTAs). The proposed oscillator is consisted of two CDTAs, two grounded capacitors and one grounded resistor, which is beneficial to monolithic integrated circuit implementation both in CMOS and bipolar technologies. The condition of oscillation and the frequency of oscillation are independently controllable. The frequency of oscillation can also be electronically controlled by adjusting the bias current of CDTA. The circuit provides four quadrature current outputs and two quadrature voltage outputs. The current output terminals possess high impedance level. PSPICE simulation results are used to verify the performance of the proposed circuit implemented at the transistor level. The measurement results support the computer simulations.  相似文献

Atomic clusters of metals are an emerging class of extremely interesting materials occupying the intermediate size regime between atoms and nanoparticles. Here we report the nonlinear optical (NLO) characteristics of ultrasmall, atomically precise clusters of gold, which are smaller than the critical size for electronic energy quantization (~2 nm). Our studies reveal remarkable features of the distinct evolution of the optical nonlinearity as the clusters progress in size from the nonplasmonic regime to the plasmonic regime. We ascertain that the smallest atomic clusters do not show saturable absorption at the surface plasmon wavelength of larger gold nanocrystals (>2 nm). Consequently, the third-order optical nonlinearity in these ultrasmall gold clusters exhibits a significantly lower threshold for optical power limiting. This limiting efficiency, which is superior to that of plasmonic nanocrystals, is highly beneficial for optical limiting applications.  相似文献

Priority rules are widely used in jobshop scheduling to determine the sequence in which jobs are to be processed. The research in this area has been directed at developing generally applicable priority rules. This paper presents a method for determining an effective priority rule specific to the jobshop scheduling problem to be solved. First, a generalized objective function is formulated which is the sum of costs of tardiness, carrying in-process inventory and machine idleness. Second, a multifactor priority rule is developed which is a weighted average of four factors used in simple priority rules. Third, a method is presented for using a computer search technique to determine the best weights to use in the priority rule. Finally, a computer simulation for testing this approach versus using other priority rules is described and the experimental results are reported.  相似文献

The effects of storage temperature (4, 20, 30, 40, 50 °C) and atmospheric conditions in packages (vacuum, atmospheric) on degradation kinetics of monacolin K, an antihypercholesterolemic agent, in red yeast rice powder were investigated using multiresponse modeling approach. Storage of red yeast rice powder at 4 °C under vacuum package was found to enhance retention of monacolin K. Multiresponse modeling revealed degradation path of monacolin K acid form into their dehydromonacolin K and unknown product under vacuum package, while oxidized product was also formed under atmospheric package. Monacolin K lactone form and precursor were degraded into dehydromonacolin K lactone form, while degradation of dehydromonacolin K lactone form to unknown was more pronounced at temperature higher than 30 °C. Oxidized product was also generated from monacolin K lactone form in atmospheric package. High activation energy of monacolin K degradation in acid form indicated that degradation of monacolin K to their dehydromonacolin K was more susceptible to temperature change as compared to lactone form.  相似文献
