A recommender system is an approach performed by e-commerce for increasing smooth users’ experience. Sequential pattern mining is a technique of data mining used to identify the co-occurrence relationships by taking into account the order of transactions. This work will present the implementation of sequence pattern mining for recommender systems within the domain of e-commerce. This work will execute the Systolic tree algorithm for mining the frequent patterns to yield feasible rules for the recommender system. The feature selection's objective is to pick a feature subset having the least feature similarity as well as highest relevancy with the target class. This will mitigate the feature vector's dimensionality by eliminating redundant, irrelevant, or noisy data. This work presents a new hybrid recommender system based on optimized feature selection and systolic tree. The features were extracted using Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), feature selection with the utilization of River Formation Dynamics (RFD), and the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm. The systolic tree is used for pattern mining, and based on this, the recommendations are given. The proposed methods were evaluated using the MovieLens dataset, and the experimental outcomes confirmed the efficiency of the techniques. Gas diffusion layer (GDL) is subjected to compressive stress at high temperature along with polymer electrolyte membrane in the fabrication process and in assembling the fuel cell stacks. Compressive stress decreases the thickness of GDL, electrical conductivity, permeability, and affects the pores. Carbon cloth based GDL withstands higher strain level when compared to carbon paper and the pore structure is also disrupted to a greater extent in cloth based GDL. In the present paper, we have addressed the effects of stress on pore structure of cloth based GDL. An optimum GDL must offer low mass transport resistance in an operating PEM fuel cell. The pore size analysis of pristine GDL and GDLs pressed at different pressure levels (200, 600 & 1000 kg cm−2) and their characteristics are evaluated using capillary flow porometry. The compressive stress affects the three types of pores in GDL called bubble point pore, mean flow pore and smallest pore. The change in electrical resistance, wetting behavior and surface morphology is also examined as a function of compressive stress. The fuel cell performances using these GDLs pressed at different compressive stresses are also evaluated and presented. The highest PEMFC performance is achieved at a compressive stress of 200 kg cm−2, which could be attributed to the combined effect of reduced ohmic resistance and optimized pore structure. The order of increasing performance in terms of current density is observed to be j200 > jPristine > j600 > j1000 at 0.15 V. The thicknesses and pore sizes of custom made GDL for optimum fuel cell performance are recommended. 相似文献

An analytical method has been developed to differentiate the electrical and thermal resistance of the PEM fuel cell assembly in the fuel cell operating conditions. The usefulness of this method lies in the determination of the electrical resistance based on the polarization curve and the thermal resistance from the mass balance. This method also paves way for the evaluation of cogeneration from a PEMFC power plant. Based on this approach, the increase in current and resistance due to unit change in temperature at a particular current density has been evaluated. The metabolism of 3H-testosterone by the epididymis and accessory organs of adult male rats exposed continuously to microdoses of cyproterone acetate from subcutaneous capsules were studied. The major metabolite of 3H-testosterone in the epididymis, vas deferens and ventral prostate of control rat was dihydrotestosterone while the formation of androstanediol by these tissues was low. The highest percentage of DHT was formed by the ventral prostate and cauda epididymis. In rats exposed to cyproterone acetate for four months, the conversion of testosterone to DHT was inhibited in all the tissues but maximally in the ventral prostate and cauda epididymis. In these rats, the secretory function of the ventral prostate was normal while that of the epididymis was markedly decreased. These data are discussed based on the differential thresholds of androgens required to regulate the functions of the accessory organs. 相似文献

Cheap production of hydrogen (H2) from eco-friendly routes is preeminent for solving future energy challenges. This study explores the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) activity of nickel (Ni) nanoparticles and nitrogen doped carbon nanotubes (NiNCNTs), which are fabricated by a cheap and one-step pyrolysis method. The most active catalyst synthesized at 800°C exhibits an overpotential of 0.244 V to reach a current density of 10 mA cm−2, Tafel slope of 93.3 mV dec−1 and a satisfactory 10 hours stability. Low resistance and large ECSA value of the sample also favor the competent response for HER in alkaline media. The robust HER activity of the catalyst is as a result of the nickel nanoparticles which are the active spots of reaction; while the presence of well-developed nitrogen containing carbon nanotubes with large content of pyridinic and graphitic nitrogen may provide high-electron density and feasible routes for its transportation to deliver an outstanding HER performance. 相似文献

In recent days, providing security to data is a crucial and critical task in many image processing applications. Specifically, video security is an important and demanding concept. For this purpose, some of the embedding, encoding and decoding techniques are mentioned in existing works, but it has some drawbacks such as increased time complexity, computational complexity and memory consumption. Moreover, it does not provide high security during video transmission. To overcome all these issues, a new technique, namely, Zero Level Binary Mapping (ZLBM) is proposed in this paper for video embedding scheme. The motivation of this paper is to provide high security during video transformation by using the video steganography technique. At first, the cover and stego videos are given as the inputs and it will be converted into the video frames for further processing. Here, the Fuzzy Adaptive Median Filtering (FAMF) technique is employed to remove the impulse noise in the video frames. Then, the pixels in the filtered frames are grouped by using the block wise pixel grouping technique. After that, the frames are embedded with the help of ZLBM technique and encoded based on the patch wise code formation technique. On the receiver side, the inverse ZLBM and block wise pixel regrouping techniques are applied to get the original cover and stego videos. The novel concept of this paper is the use of ZLBM and patch wise code formation techniques for video embedding and compression. The main advantages of the proposed system are high security, good quality and reduced complexity. The experimental results evaluate the performance of the proposed video embedding technique in terms of Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR), Mean Squared Error (MSE), Compression Ratio (CR), Bits Per Pixel (BPP) and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). 相似文献

Proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) performance degrades when impurities are present in the anode fuel gas, referred to as catalyst poisoning. This paper investigates the effect of carbon dioxide and ammonia as impurities in the anode gas of the PEMFC, and found that the presence of CO2 decreases the performance of the fuel cell by up to 10%. The performance loss depends on the CO2 concentration and the exposure time. The voltage loss is recoverable on passing pure hydrogen gas, indicating that a permanent poisoning of the catalyst layer has not taken place. Exposure of the fuel cell to ammonia beyond 20 ppm, even for a short duration, causes permanent PEMFC failure, probably due to the deterioration of the membrane. 相似文献
