The viscosity and thermal conductivity of ZnO nanofluids with nanoparticle shapes of nearly rectangular and of sphere, were experimentally investigated under various volume concentrations of the nanoparticles, ranging from 0.05 to 5.0 vol.%. The viscosity of the nanofluids increased with increases in the volume concentration by up to 69%. In addition, the enhancement of the viscosity of the nearly rectangular shape nanoparticles was found to be greater by 7.7%, than that of the spherical nanoparticles. The thermal conductivity of the ZnO nanofluids increased by up to 12% and 18% at 5.0 vol.% for the spherical and the nearly rectangular shape nanoparticles, respectively, compared to that of the base fluid (water). The shape of the particles is found to have a significant effect on the viscosity and thermal conductivity enhancements. 相似文献

Schizophrenic patients have been shown to have a moderate excess of winter births in the areas where seasonal variations in weather are large. In this report, we examined the seasonality of schizophrenic births in Taiwan, which has a subtropical climate. Using nationwide hospitalization data (2429 male and 1320 female schizophrenic patients), we applied the life table method to compare the risk of schizophrenia among 12 cohorts of month-of-birth for males and females, respectively. Differences among the risks of the 12 cohorts were tested using the logrank test. The samples were further stratified by family history and age at onset. There was a significant association between the risk of being admitted as a schizophrenic and month of birth for both males and females. The cohorts born in November and January had the highest risks. After stratification, the association was significant only for non-familial, male, and early onset schizophrenic patients. The results indicate that seasonally varying factors might increase the risk of schizophrenia, especially in those without a family history of the disease. Men are more vulnerable to such factors than women, and the schizophrenics resulting from such insults tend to be early onset. 相似文献

为提高羊尾巴的利用价值,运用真空抽提法从苏尼特羊羊尾巴中提取羊尾油,并对其进行理化性质的测定。另外,将羊尾油进行干法分提,分为固脂、液油两部分,采用气相色谱-质谱法对原油、固脂与液油脂肪酸组成进行分析。结果表明:苏尼特羊尾油的水分及挥发物含量为8.63%,酸值(KOH)为0.67 mg/g,皂化值(KOH)为180.1 mg/g,碘值(I)为45.48 g/100 g; 3种油样都检测出16种脂肪酸,主要含有棕榈酸、油酸和硬脂酸,液油的不饱和脂肪酸含量较原油和固脂的高。 相似文献

为了解决益生菌在贮藏和摄食过程中的活性损失,及2种以上益生菌混合使用可能出现的竞争和拮抗等问题,更好地发挥双菌或多菌分步释放、协同增效作用,以青春双歧杆菌FS2-3(B.adolescens FS2-3)为内芯微球,枯草芽孢杆菌SN15-2(B.subtilis SN15-2)为外壳微球,对2种益生菌进行分隔包埋。采用海藻酸钠为壁材,同时添加巯基化羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-SH)加强益生菌在肠道内的黏附性,利用内源乳化法和挤压法制备益生菌双菌多核微胶囊。将微胶囊的包埋率作为评价指标,通过单因素实验和响应面试验确定益生菌双菌微胶囊制备的优化条件。结果表明,当内芯海藻酸钠质量分数为1.82%,CMC-SH在菌液中的质量分数为0.9%,水相油相体积比为 1.0∶2.9, 外层海藻酸钠质量分数为2.9%时,益生菌双菌微胶囊的包埋率可达72.93%。该工艺条件下的益生菌双菌微胶囊具有良好的耐酸性和肠溶性。在人工肠液中,微胶囊180min时释放率达到86.3%,基本完全崩解,达到了理想效果。研究旨在为混合益生菌微生态制剂普遍存在的活性保持与协同作用技术开发提供参考。 相似文献

L.plantarum FS5-5是一株筛选自东北传统发酵大酱、具有耐盐特性的植物乳杆菌。该研究利用蛋白组学双向电泳技术,比较了其在Na Cl质量浓度分别为0、3 g/d L的MRS培养基中生长至对数生长中期的蛋白组学表达差异情况。结果表明,有16个蛋白质点的表达发生了明显的变化,经过基质辅助激光解吸/电离飞行时间质谱鉴定,其中有12个蛋白质点鉴定出来,包括10个表达增强的蛋白质,分别为UDP-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖二磷酸化酶、6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶、半胱氨酸氨基肽酶、UDP-N-乙酰胞壁酰丙氨酸-D-谷氨酸连接酶、前噬菌体蛋白、ABC转运蛋白(铁硫聚类组装蛋白)、胆盐水解酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶、6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶、Xaa-蛋白二肽酶;还有2个表达减弱的蛋白质,分别为腺苷酸琥珀酸合成酶,丙酮酸激酶。盐胁迫可诱导乳酸菌产生复杂的盐应激反应,涉及不同的代谢调控途径。 相似文献
