Background
Preoperatively acquired diffusion tensor image (DTI) and blood oxygen level dependent (BOLD) have been proved to be effective in providing more anatomical and functional information; however, the brain deformation induced by brain shift and tumor resection severely impairs the correspondence between the image space and the patient space in image-guided neurosurgery.Method
To address the brain deformation, we developed a hybrid non-rigid registration method to register high-field preoperative MRI with low-field intra-operative MRI in order to recover the deformation induced by brain shift and tumor resection. The registered DTI and BOLD are fused with low-field intra-operative MRI for image-guided neurosurgery.Results
The proposed hybrid registration method was evaluated by comparing the landmarks predicted by the hybrid registration method with the landmarks identified in the low-field intra-operative MRI for 10 patients. The prediction error of the hybrid method is 1.92 ± 0.54 mm, and the compensation accuracy is 74.3 ± 5.0%. Compared to the landmarks far from the resection region, those near the resection region demonstrated a higher compensation accuracy (P-value = .003) although these landmarks had larger initial displacements.Conclusions
The proposed hybrid registration method is able to bring preoperatively acquired BOLD and DTI into the operating room and compensate for the deformation to augment low-field intra-operative MRI with rich anatomical and functional information. 相似文献2.

A method based on simultaneous distillation extraction (SDE) coupled with gas chromatography–mass spectrometry/olfactometry (GC-MS/O) was developed for the analysis of volatile profiles in soy sauce. Its optimum operating conditions were as follows: 100 mL soy sauce plus 100 mL saturated brine; 2 h extraction using 50 mL dichloromethane. Eighty-eight volatile compounds were identified. Of these, 26 aroma-active compounds were detected by GC-O including 3-(methylthio)propanal, 2-methoxy-4-vinylphenol, 2-methoxyphenol, 2-methylbutanoic acid, 2,3-butanedione, phenylacetaldehyde, 2-ethyl-6-methylpyrazine, 3-methylbutanal, 2-methylbutanal, 3-methyl-1-butanol, and 2-methyl-1-butanol (which occurred at a high odor intensity in both high-salt liquid-state fermentation soy sauce (HLFSS) and low-salt solid-state fermentation soy sauce (LSFSS). SDE analysis of the odorless soy sauce indicated 12 volatiles (mainly Strecker aldehydes and α-dicarbonyl compounds). Thus, the proportions of these compounds (1.94–54.07 %) shown in previous GC-MS results could result from thermal degradation of non-volatile compounds in soy sauce. Especially, the contribution of 3-methylbutanal, 2-methylbutanal, phenylacetaldehyde, 3-(methylthio)propanal, and 2,3-butanedione to the aroma of soy sauce could be overestimated by conventional SDE-GC-O. With a full consideration of such limitations, this study will improve the application of SDE on aroma analysis of complex food matrix. 相似文献

In this paper, the effect of testing temperature on the performance of fixed carrier membrane for CO2 separation were studied. The blend composite membranes were developed respectively with a blend of PEI-PVA (polyetheleneimine-polyvinyl
alcohol) as separation layer and PS (polysulfone) ultrafiltration membranes as the substrates. The permselectivity of the
membranes was measured with CO2/CH4 mixed gas. The effect of testing temperature on membrane separation performance was investigated. The results showed that
both the permeances of CO2 and CH4 decreased with the increase of temperature, and the permeances decreased more quickly under low pressure than those under
high pressure. At the feed pressure of 0.11 MPa, the CO2/ CH4 selectivity of PEI-PVA/PS blend composite membrane reduced along with temperature increment. Under the feed pressure of 0.21
