Shuttle-based storage and retrieval systems (SBS/RSs), which are designed to increase throughput capacity and flexibility, are a type of automated storage and retrieval system used for lightweight loads. SBS/RSs can increase throughput capacity by using multiple shuttles and elevators as storage and retrieval machines (SRMs). They can also facilitate improvements in flexibility since they are able to adjust the number of SRMs according to transaction demands. Thus, determining the number of shuttles is an important issue in tier-to-tier SBS/RSs. In this paper, a decision model to determine the number of shuttles is proposed. The model is based on the travel time model, and it considers parameters such as the physical configuration, velocity profile and the probability that the shuttle operates a dual command. Finally, the throughput capacity from the travel time model is compared with that from a simulation-based approach in order to verify the effects of the model. In addition, a critical discussion regarding the characteristics of the tier-to-tier system is provided. 相似文献

Total soluble phenolic acids (free and esterified forms) from 15 Korean rice cultivars (Oryza sativa L.) were characterized to determine the total soluble phenolic acid contents and the diversity among the phenolic acids. The individual phenolic acids were identified by GC coupled to time-of-flight MS (TOFMS) including tertbutyldimethylsilyl (TBDMS) derivatization. This method requires only 13 min for the GC-TOFMS run. Total soluble phenolic acid contents were higher in pigmented rice (168–368 μg/g) than nonpigmented rice (146–172 μg/g). Freeform phenolic acids accounted for less than 10% of the total soluble phenolic acids. The dominant compounds were ferulic and sinapic acid, which were detected as cisand trans-isomers. The content of salicylic acid in rice grain varied, ranging from 7.95 to 29.61 μg/g. The quantitative results of this study indicate that the black rice ‘Josengheugchalbyeo’ could facilitate development of phenolic-rich rice or food. 相似文献

An explosive increase of information and demand for inter-contents association knowledge has made clear the need for integrated contents management. With contents being managed in various ways, the issue of maintaining interoperability among data also has been a consistent concern. This paper proposes possible solutions for the integration of contents management and the unification of the management processes. Understanding the team climate to enhance creativity is important in academia and industry given the need for organizations to respond to the changing environment. Research on team creativity is a relatively recent trend, but most studies have been conducted from a variable‐centered perspective. Despite the contributions of this type of research, there are limitations in understanding subgroups based on individuals' perceptions. To address the limitations, the purposes of this person‐centered study are firstly to identify individual‐level latent profiles and team‐level latent classes based on the climate for creativity, and secondly to examine the differences in individual‐ and team‐level outcomes between the identified profiles and classes. This study used multilevel latent profile analysis (MLPA) with 238 individuals in 26 project teams. We identified two individual profiles, high impediments and high stimulants, and two team classes, low impediments teams and mixed impediments teams. Low impediments teams included mostly high stimulants, and mixed impediments teams included half high stimulants and half low impediments. We further determined that high stimulants and low impediments teams showed higher individual‐ and team‐level outcomes than the other profile and class. This study theoretically and practically contributes to team creativity management from a person‐centered perspective. 相似文献

Compositional analysis of genetically modified (GM) rice (OsCK1), non‐GM comparator and reference rice as commercial rice was conducted for the safety assessment. The tolerance intervals (TI) of commercial rice were also set to illustrate compositional variability. GM rice, non‐GM rice and reference rice were compared using principal component analysis (PCA) and partial least squares‐discriminant analysis (PLS‐DA) to assess the impact of genetic modification vs. environmental influence on the rice component. Seventeen components in forty‐six analysed components were significantly different between GM rice and non‐GM rice. But, the mean ranges of the seventeen components were all within those of the reference TIs. These results demonstrate that the nutrition components of GM rice (OsCK1) fell within the range of natural variability and were biologically equivalent to non‐GM rice. In addition, multivariate analysis by PCA and PLS‐DA revealed that environmental factors such as growing locations were important due to the variability of the rice metabolite profiles. These comparisons lead to the conclusion that disease‐resistant transgenic rice (OsCK1) is compositionally equivalent to and as safe and nutritious as conventional rice varieties grown commercially. 相似文献
