目的 研究国内分离的4株狂犬病街毒的免疫学特性。方法 采用免疫力试验及中和试验进行抗原性及免疫原性检测。结果4株街毒抗原性存在一定差异,应用aG株疫苗免疫小鼠能保护4株街毒的攻击。结论aG疫苗与4株街毒具有良好的交叉免疫性。  相似文献

In the present paper, a strategy for solving transient thermoviscoplastic problems is described. The general thermal and mechanical coupling phenomena are discussed by assuming material properties to be temperature-dependent and accounting for the mechanical terms in the non-stationary heat conduction equation. Time integration is carried out with an implicit scheme. An interesting version of the three-field approach is presented to obtain an accurate solution for the stress field. Finally, a global product coupling algorithm, in which the unknown nodal velocities and temperatures are solved with a two-step solution procedure is suggested. The proposed fractional step method partitions the initial coupled problem into an isothermal viscoplastic problem followed by a purely heat conduction problem at fixed configuration. Applications in metal forming analyses involving full thermomechanical coupling conclude the paper.  相似文献

The possibility to fill cavities of finite geometry could be described using an analytical model of the hot-embossing process of viscoelastic polymers. This model is based on the volume conservation during the forming process which allows to predict data concerning the geometrical evolution of the material on one hand, and on the other hand the filling time of cavities in the mould. A particular attention was drawn on the necessary time to fill the cavities depending on their shape or a scale factor for a given cavity shape.  相似文献

The aim of this work is to perform experimental investigations related to the different injection moulding conditions required for the proper replication of glass structures. The paper investigates the thermal and rheological characterisations of the feedstock. This study demonstrates that the structured shapes could be successfully injected in the structured metallic mould with pyramidal shapes, with suitable forming parameters. After sintering, the experiment results confirm that the components exhibit anisotropic shrinkage in range from 10 to 20?%.  相似文献

Well crystallised aluminium borate Al18B4O33 has been synthesised from alumina and boric acid with a BET area of 18 m2/g after calcination at 1100 °C. Afterwards, 2 wt.% Pd/Al18B4O33 was prepared by conventional impregnation of Pd(NO3)2 aqueous solution and calcination in air at 500 °C. The catalytic activity of Pd/Al18B4O33 in the complete oxidation of methane was measured between 300 and 900 °C and compared with that of Pd/Al2O3. Pd/Al18B4O33 exhibited a much lower activity than Pd/Al2O3 when treated in hydrogen at 500 °C or aged in O2/H2O (90:10) at 800 °C prior to catalytic testing. Surprisingly, a catalytic reaction run up to 900 °C in the reaction mixture induced a steep increase of the catalytic activity of Pd/Al18B4O33 which became as active as Pd/Al2O3. Moreover, the decrease of the catalytic activity observed around 750 °C for Pd/Al2O3 and attributed to PdO decomposition into metallic Pd was significantly shifted to higher temperatures (820 °C) in the case of Pd/Al18B4O33. The existence of two distinct types of PdO species formed on Al18B4O33 and being, respectively, responsible for the improvement of the activity at low and high temperature was proposed on the basis of diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and temperature-programmed desorption of O2.  相似文献

为描述金属粉末注射成形坯件在烧结过程中的收缩和变形行为,基于连续介质力学原理建立了符合粘塑性本构关系的宏观烧结模型。该模型通过有限元软件Abaqus的用户子程序实现,进行烧结过程的数值模拟。分析了由于坯件重力、非均匀初始密度分布以及坯件支承体之间的摩擦力等因素而引起的非均匀收缩和变形。通过与试验结果的比较,验证了烧结模型和数值方法的正确性。  相似文献

In this paper, the manufacturing of metallic microfluidic mould inserts is studied based on the hot embossing process. The feedstocks are prepared and analysed. The quality of the feedstock resulting from the mixing process is found to depend on numerous parameters, such as the mixing time, the mixing temperature, the shear rate and the powder loading. The present mixing study is conducted with copper powders. The thermal and rheological properties of the selected feedstock under various mixing conditions are determined and used to establish the necessary conditions for mixing, hot embossing and debinding to obtain the copper microfluidic mould inserts. Sintering at different temperatures is conducted under vacuum. The effects of the sintering temperatures are evaluated based on the sintered microstructures. In this work, the dimensional variations in the microfluidic samples, in particular the dimensional shrinkage, global warpage and surface roughness at each stage of the process, are quantified and compared in detail.  相似文献
