Conclusions The use of jointless assembly of the stator considerably complicates installation of the unit. It is far faster and simpler to assemble the stator from individual ready-made sectors. It is impossible to create on the assembly floor conditions for providing the required quality of assembling a jointless stator. The entire assembly process was performed in temporary structures — tents — in which it is difficult, and at times impossible in the case of combined assembly of the stator and turbine, to maintain a constant temperature and to keep out dust and precipitation.So far the advantages of a jointless stator have not been determined since at present the assembled units have 50–60% of the rated load. It is impossible to make any practical conclusions about an increase of core life. The test engineers of Elektrosila repeatedly measured vibrations and other characteristics of the stator. The results are positive, they are being generalized. The extrinsic photoconductivity of n-type GaAs thin-film structures under backgating was studied. It is shown that the change of the spatial inhomogeneity of the substrate under illumination is responsible for a new mechanism of extrinsic photoconductivity under backgating. This mechanism occurs through an illumination-induced variation in the backgating threshold voltage and may result in a transition from positive to negative photoconductivity even if all deep levels in the substrate are electron traps. Experiments have shown that the onset of backgating and of negative differential conductivity coincide both in the dark and under illumination thus supporting the proposed mechanism. 相似文献

Parallel HI and virus-elution-from-erythrocytes-inhibition (a simplified method for titration of neuraminidase antibody) tests were used for examinations of 1117 blood serum specimens from 440 adults and children under study, 5250 single serum specimens from healthy subjects from birth to 65 years of age, 38 paired serum specimens from children who experienced influenza A/Texas/1/77 disease in the epidemic of 1979-1980, and 590 paired serum specimens from subjects immunized with influenza vaccines. In 7%-23% of influenza patients and immunized subjects antibody rise was observed to only one of the influenza A virus surface antigens, hemagglutinin or neuraminidase. The protective activity of antibody to influenza A virus neuraminidase was as good as that of antihemagglutinins. Both kinds of antibody interacted in protection against the disease. Antineuraminidase antibody was found to affect the decrease in severity of the infectious process in natural infection with influenza A. The formation of immunological memory in the system of synthesis of antihemagglutinins and antineuraminidase antibodies was shown to have features in common. The pattern of heterologous immune responses in immunized subjects and patients with influenza showed all antigenic varieties of neuraminidase N2 as well as neuraminidases N1 and N2 to share common cross-reacting determinants. 相似文献
