响应面法优化碱蓬叶蛋白提取工艺研究

通过单因素试验和响应面爬坡试验,研究碱蓬叶蛋白提取的最佳工艺,试验结果表明:料液比1:4,打浆5 min,滤液pH10,絮凝温度70℃,絮凝时间9 min,在此条件下获得的碱蓬叶蛋白含量为36.75%。     

海洋环境样品中^60Co和^65Zn的联合测定

利用一份样品同时测定~(60)Co和~(65)Zn,一般可用仪器分析法和放化分离法。前者由于所用仪器昂贵且受灵敏度限制,故目前仍常用放化分离法。本文通过实验研究,建立了海水、海洋生物和沉积物中~(60)Co和~(65)Zn的放化联合分析法。     

SuperDARN CUTLASS Finland radar observations of high-latitude magnetic reconnections under northward interplanetary magnetic field (IMF) conditions

A number of backscatter power enhancement events with "equatorward-moving radar auroral forms" in the high-latitude ionosphere were observed by SuperDARN CUTLASS Finland radar when the IMF was northward during 09:00 -10:00 UT on 26 March 2004. These events were also associated with sunward flow enhancements at each location in the Northern Hemisphere which were shown in ionospheric convections measured by the SuperDARN radars. These are typical features of high-latitude (lobe) magnetic reconnections. The durations of the velocity enhancements imply that the evolution time of the lobe reconnections is about 8-16 min from their origin at the reconnection site to their addition to the magnetotail lobe again. In additional, the Double Star TC-1 spacecraft was moving from magnetosheath into magnetosphere, and crossing the magnetopause near the subsolar region during this interval, and observed typical low-latitude magnetic reconnection signatures. This infers that the dayside high- and low-latitude reconnections may occur simultaneously.     

荷电超滤膜离子交换容量的研究

本文用化学滴定法测定了ＰＳＡ型和ＰＶＤＦ型复合荷电超滤膜的离子交换容量，较系统地研究了基膜与离子交换容量的关系，荷电剂浓度，反应温度和荷电时间等制膜条件下离子交换容量的关系，荷电膜热处理和贮存方式等对离子交换容量的影响，离交换容量与膜性能的关系。研究表明，离子交换容量表征荷电超滤膜的一个重要参数。     

STUDY ON THE WIND AND WAVE EXTREME PARAMETERS OF TONKIN GULF IN THE SOUTH CHINA SEA-THE APPLICATIONS OF LAGFD NUMERICAL MODELS

Based on the hindcast of the severest 75 tropical cyclones (hereafter is called TCs) which affected Tonkin Gulf in history, the present paper gives sea surface wind and wave extreme parameters at 38 points corresponding to (1/2)×(1/2)?grid in the Gulf. The research increases our understanding of the meteo-ocean conditions on the whole area and provides basic data for ocean environmental research and engineering design.     

芦笋汁的开发与研究

把芦笋汁、枸杞子和红枣提取液经沉淀、超滤处理,并与蜂蜜按适当比例调配后制成芦笋营养液。经测定,该液富含氨基酸,其中天门冬氨酸含量特别高;富含钾元素,并含微量元素硒。用该营养液对小白鼠的免疫试验表明:环磷酰胺对小剂量营养液处理的小白鼠,其胸腺和脾脏重量下降趋势得到抑制,而大剂量的处理降低了小白鼠的溶血素下降趋势。这表明芦笋营养液对由免疫抑制剂所引起的免疫器官重量下降及特异抗体的降低都有对抗作用,使免疫功能得到恢复。
