Design and experimental research on a visible-near infrared spatial modulating Fourier transform spectrometer based on micro multi-step mirrors

A type of spatial modulating micro Fourier transform spectrometer （FTS） based on micro multi-step mirrors （MMSMs） is designed and manufactured in this paper. The interference system is based on Michelson interferometer, using two MMSMs instead of plane mirrors in two arms. The recovered spectrum is simulated with different distances between MMSMs and the detector, and the influence of diffraction on the recovered spectrum is analyzed. The edge-enlarging method for the MMSMs is proposed to eliminate edge noise, and the influence of surface roughness of MMSMs on the recovered spectrum is also analyzed. Moreover, the way of manufacturing the MMSMs is investigated.

防脱抽油泵设计

在分析现有三种主要抽油杆防脱工具存在缺点的基础上，设计了防脱抽油泵。这种泵通过改变现有管式泵上阔罩出油孔的结构，使果上阔罩出油孔中心线与泵径向线形成一个角度，在抽油杆下行程时，对抽油杆产生一个紧扣扭矩，从而起到主动防脱作用。与常规设计相比，防脱抽油泵不增加泵加工成本，并可使抽油杆柱受力状况得到改善。     

MOEMS集成波长选择开关的设计及研究北大核心

研究一种基于电磁驱动微光机电系统(MOEMS)光开关阵列的串联集成波长选择开关结构,经过理论分析与计算,得出螺旋形线圈在相同电流密度下相比于八边形和四边形线圈能得到更大的电磁力;通过模态分析得到在设计的悬臂结构下,支撑臂响应时间约为22 ms。采用溅射、光刻、腐蚀和电铸等MOEMS工艺完成了光开关悬臂的制作,并通过制作对准标记及采用可见光与红外光相结合的装调方法,完成了1×8阵列的波长选择开关系统集成。经过测试得到,开关上升和下降的时间均约为20 ms,当电流为0.4 A时,支撑臂的挠度为1.28 mm,能达到系统光路转换的目的。该波长选择开关能够在2 V电压下,实现对8个不同波长信道的任意选择,其最大的插入损耗为1.741 dB,信道均匀性达到0.55 dB;插入损耗的测试结果与计算结果较吻合。

介绍了ＥＦ－２型特种氧化铁常温精脱硫剂及精脱Ｈ２Ｓ工艺对大港油田天然气精脱Ｈ２Ｓ的情况。应用结果说明,在无氧条件下,精脱Ｈ２Ｓ效果优良,消除了Ｈ２Ｓ对设备的腐蚀,液化气回收装置的检修期由每周一次延长至一年以上。经济效益高达１、０００多万元。     

Analysis and experimental study of low-stepped mirror in light FTIRS

The structural parameters of low-stepped mirror which is the core component of a light Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIRS) have important influence on the performance of the instrument. A simple method of multiple deposition is proposed to fabricate a low-stepped mirror with step height of 625 nm, for its high precision, high efficiency and miniaturization. So the film stress will be introduced in the process of coating, which can lead to step deformation. We build a bending model of the low-stepped mirror and analyze the influence of its deformation. The light intensity and spectrum are changed by the step deformation. Therefore, the film stress should be reduced in order to ensure the accuracy of the spectral information. Increasing the thickness of substrate is proposed in this paper to reduce the step deformation, besides adjusting the coating temperature and adding sub-layer. Our results reveal that the basic requirements of the system are satisfied when the thickness of the substrate is 5 mm in the appropriate coating environment. An FTIRS based on stepped mirrors and grid beam splitter is assembled and corresponding experiment is carried out to obtain the spectrum curve of acetonitrile.
