Minimax matrix correction of inconsistent systems of linear algebraic equations with block matrices of coefficients

The problem of correction of matrices (extended matrices) of inconsistent systems of linear algebraic equations with block structure and with the cost function of minimax type is considered. These problems are reduced to a constrained optimization problem, which, in turn, is reduced to a series of linear programming problems. All problems of matrix correction are illustrated by numerical examples.     

Investigation of electrical properties of organic memristors based on thin polyaniline-graphene films

The possibility of integration of graphene films applying the Langmuir-Schaefer method to the structure of the working channel of the organic memristor is investigated. The variation in electrical characteristics of memristor structures in the presence of graphenes in the working channel of the element is analyzed. New effects such as an increased working voltage range and the S-like shape of current-voltage characteristics are found, which is most probably associated with the charge accumulation in the region of graphene sheets.     

Optimal demodulation of digital signal under additive influence of similar powerful interference

Analysis of achievements in the sphere of digital signal processing in application to the conditions when useful digital signal, white noise and interfering digital signal similar to the useful one, which significantly exceeds the latter in simultaneous power, are present in the communications channel is performed. It is shown that under such conditions highly effective processing of useful signal is possible and the potential interference immunity of the useful signal demodulation is equal to the interference immunity in the channel with the white noise only, i.e. in the absence of the interfering signal.     

Effects of mixture of fermented whey SGOL-1-40 ("Sgidolac") and sterilized milk on the course of experimental tuberculosis

The effect of enzymolic whey SGOL 1-40 ("Sgidolac") and sterilized milk mixture on experimental tuberculosis process with mice has been investigated. The mice of CBA line infected with tuberculosis (Type H37Rv) and been given this mixture (rate SGOL 1-40 to milk 1:5) per os immediately after the infection at the amount of 0.5 g/Kg body weight per day every day, perished on 42-nd day, meanwhile the mice that had received the mixture 3 weeks before the infection and all the period after it, died on 46-th day he mice in the control group (infected and untreated) died on the 38-th day. The positive treatment and prophylactic effect of the SGOL 1-40 and milk mixture on the tuberculosis process has been stated and morphologically proved.     

Information features of multi-extremal functions for describing the functioning indicators of the components of information measurement systems

The questions are considered of estimating the information content of the extrema of multi-extremal functions which are of great practical significance for numerically solving a number of applied problems and, in particular, for estimating the spectral power density of steady-state random processes when choosing a numerical method for approximating the multi-extremal functions, etc. Translated from Izmeritel'naya Tekhnika, No. 8, pp. 19–21, August, 2000.     

A functional polymeric material based on hybrid electrochemically controlled junctions

A thin film polymeric junction was fabricated which yields a molecular electronic device functionally able to learn, i.e. to respond coherently to an external training signal. The fabricated structure is based upon electrochemical control of electronic current in a conducting polymer in contact with a solid electrolyte polymer. This functional behavior bears some resemblance to simple cases of biological learning processes. We report a comprehensive electronic characterization of the device function. Additional study was performed in order to estimate the possibility of the integration of such kinds of devices in statistical adaptive networks.
