Experimental investigation of moderately high temperature water source heat pump with non-azeotropic refrigerant mixtures 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Experimental investigations were carried out on non-azeotropic refrigerant mixtures, named M1A (mass fraction of 20%R152a and 80%R245fa), M1B (mass fraction of 37% R152a and 63%R245fa) and M1C (mass fraction of 50%R152a and 50%R245fa), based on a water-to-water heat pump system in the condensing temperature range of 70–90 °C with a cycle temperature lift of 45 °C. Performance of R245fa was tested for comparison. Unfair factors in experimental comparative evaluation research with the same apparatus were identified and corrected. Experimental cycle performance of the mixtures were tested and compared with improved experimental assessment methodology. The results show that all of the mixtures deliver higher discharge temperature, higher heating capacity, higher COP and higher εh,c than R245fa. M1B presents the most excellent cycle performance and is recommended as working fluid for moderate/high temperature heat pump. 相似文献

An opposed-piston hydraulic free piston engine operating with homogenous charge compression ignition (HCCI) combustion, has been proposed by State Key Laboratory of Engines as a means of significantly improving the IC engine’s cycle thermal efficiency and lowering exhaust emissions. Single and multi-zone Chemkin model with detailed chemical kinetics, and unique piston dynamics extracted from one dimensional gas dynamic model, have been used to analyze the combustion characteristics and engine performance. Intake heating, variable compression ratio and internal EGR are utilized to control the combustion phasing and duration in the cycle simulations, revealing the critical factors and possible limits of performance improvement relative to conventional crank engines. Furthermore, real engine effects such as heat transfer with air swirl, residual mass fraction, thermal stratification, and heat loss fraction between zones are considered in the sequential CFD/multi-zone method to approach the realistic engine performance at an acceptable knock level. 相似文献

A novel Al86Si0.5Ni4.06Co2.94Y6La0.5 amorphous matrix nanocomposite plate with a rough diameter of 200 mm and a maximum thickness of 12 mm has been prepared by spray-forming. The microstructure gradient is observed, with 91.7 vol.% amorphous phase for the bottom region, 78% for the middle, and 54.3% for the top. The nanoindentation tests reveal its high microhardness of ∼420 HV. The microstructure characterization indicates that the improved mechanical properties may be attributed to the homogeneously dispersed nano-scale fcc-Al in the amorphous matrix. This work further proved the feasibility of achieving substantial fraction of amorphous phase for bulk Al-based alloys by spray forming. 相似文献

提出了一种利用小波变换多尺度空间能量分布特征的自组织神经网络同调机组分群方法。首先改进了同调机群识别判据,然后利用小波变换的多尺度空间能量分布特征提取方法,对机组功角摇摆曲线提取特征,将时域特征、频域特征及小波能量特征构成的综合向量,作为增长型自组织神经网络的输入,通过调节阈值λ,得出不同精度的分群结果。最后在IEEE-39节点系统上对只考虑时频域特征和同时考虑小波能量特征、时频域特征的同调机组识别结果进行了对比分析,最终表明同时考虑小波能量特征、时频域特征的分群结果具有更高准确性。 相似文献
