With an advanced foreign hydraulic automatic transmission as the objective, an analytical method for the gear-shifting schedule is proposed. First the demanded maximum gradient of test is estimated. Then a test scheme and analytical procedure is formulated by initial test and hypothetical shift parameters. Finally through gear-shifting tests under different road conditions, load, accelerator pedal position limitation, throttle opening and output shaft speed are found to be the gear-shifting parameters. Under a common road condition, the gear-shifting schedule is a double-parameter schedule. Based on the driver''s demands on braking and dynamic performance, different shift schedules are made under downhill, uphill and quick releasing acceleration pedal conditions. The operation criteria of down-shift schedule on abrupt grade are proposed. 相似文献

随着AMT控制技术的不断提升,如何快捷有效地进行AMT下线检测,成为AMT生产商日益关注的问题。设计并开发了AMT下线检测试验台及测控系统。试验台通过电机将动力由变速器输出轴输入,由惯量飞轮模拟整车惯量,从而模拟车辆稳速行驶时的工况,实现对变速器总成不同转速下的换挡测试。试验台测控系统采用Modbus协议实现了对变频器的控制,采用UDS协议实现了上位机与TCU的通信。测控系统采用LabVIEW开发,该软件在人工监控下,能自动完成变速箱的装夹、检测和拆卸,操作简便,为AMT的批量生产和检测节约了成本。 相似文献

Based on detailed analysis of vehicle dynamics, the theoretical jerk characteristics of tracked vehicles at starting phase are expressed. The experimental research on jerk characteristics under different control parameters is carried out during main clutch engaging process of AMT vehicles in terms of acceleration measurement. The test results show jerk calculated from acceleration signal is convincing and basically consistent with the subjective feeling of passengers. 为克服开关型霍尔传感器获取的转子位置精度低,无法实现精确控制的问题,研究了一种基于霍尔和锁相环的改进型PMSM转子位置估计方法。该方法包括霍尔信号前馈、反电动势估算和相位跟踪器三个部分。将霍尔信号作为前馈量输入到相位跟踪器中,提高响应速度与电机低速时的估计精度,利用定子电路模型估算出反电动势并将其输入到相位跟踪器中,考虑到电机运行过程中定子参数变化、气隙不均匀和传感器误差,采用解耦双同步参考系锁相环作为相位跟踪器对反电动势的基波相位进行跟踪。实验表明,与传统插值法对比,该方法可以有效跟踪到反电动势的基波相位,提高转子位置的估计精度。 相似文献
