基于WSR系统方法论的项目群管理研究

建设项目集成化管理已成为一种发展趋势。然而对于大型复杂项目,高度集中化管理存在巨大的困难。将WSR系统方法论用于项目管理在国内已有一些成果,但没有形成较为系统、实用性的系统管理方法,通过研究其他学者对于WSR系统方法论及项目群管理方法的研究,提出将WSR系统方法论应用于项目群管理中,以WSR系统方法论为基本框架,提出完整的项目管理系统,并结合Partnering模式,重点分析了在项目群管理中各参与方之间和各建设阶段之间的协调工作,以促成大型复杂项目顺利地完成且达到经济目的。
