焊接电流对电阻点焊有着重要的影响,因此在点焊过程中实时显示焊接电流波形是十分必要的。文章设计了采用DSP器件TMS320LF2407A及TFTs6448b液晶控制器,实现对点焊电流波形的实时显示系统。系统设计实现了数据采集存储,并通过软、硬件结合的方式,满足了LCD的时序及实时显示要求。将研制的点焊电流液晶显示系统,在生产现场对NA-16点焊机的焊接电流波形进行了实时测试,在焊接过程中获得了失真度很小的点焊焊接电流波形。结果表明,文章提出的DSP点焊焊接电流波形的液晶显示系统设计是合理的,具有较高的显示精度及较好的实时性。 相似文献

Since the overloads of the electromagnetic flame-proof mechanism under different working conditions are complex and hard to be verified, a numerical simulation method of this mechanism working process is proposed with the combination of Adams and Simulink. First, a simulation model of electromagnetic flame-proof mechanism was established, which includes the safety pin, the spring, and the exciting coils and so on. Then, the model was imported to Adams taking constraints into consideration, which include the contacts, kinematic pairs and the spring. The co-simulation model was established through the union of Adams and Simulink. The model was tested via simulations, and the obtained results were analyzed finally. The results show that the method can simulate the dynamic process of the electromagnetic flame-proof mechanism during the service process and under the normal power supply condition, and therefore the motion displacements of the electromagnetic pin under different working conditions can be obtained through simulations. It can verify the mechanism''s designing rationality, thus laying the foundation for the physical prototype testing and reducing the repetition of the product''s design process. 相似文献

以乙烯基硅油、乙烯基硅树脂、含氢硅油等为基体树脂,CaCO3为主要填料,气相二氧化硅为促变剂,制备了COB模块光源用围坝胶,研究表面改性二氧化硅对围坝胶的增稠和触变性的影响.结果表明:经表面改性的气相二氧化硅是围坝胶良好的促变剂,且气相二氧化硅的改性程度越高,疏水性越强,围坝胶的促变性就越强. 相似文献
