设计实现了基于LabVIEW的高性能激光主动探测控制与处理系统,对系统设计基本原理、基本构成和系统架构进行了分析说明,论述了基于LabVIEW多线程和模块设计的激光主动探测控制与处理系统架构具有功能完整、运行高效、扩展性强、稳定性好、人机交互性好等优点。最后利用该系统进行了激光主动探测实验,结果表明:该系统可以实时获取并处理实验数据并进行可视化显示,满足激光主动探测应用需求,为激光主动探测技术应用提供了一种新手段。 相似文献

激光雷达回波信号去噪是回波信号有效检测的基础。分析了激光雷达回波信号中的噪声来源和统计特性;采用非抽样小波变换和Hybird软阈值对回波信号进行了去噪处理,对处理后信号中残余的"毛刺"进一步做了平滑滤波,处理后的信噪比提高了20.55dB。利用Gage高速采集卡和LabVIEW编程环境中开发的软件实现了对激光雷达回波信号检测。 相似文献

Based on the definition of second order moment and the approximate three-dimensional analytical formula for probe detected laser beam passing through a cat-eye optical lens with center shelter and oblique detector, the analytical expression of the encirclement power ratio of the cat-eye effect reflected light under far-field condition has been deduced. Variable laws of light intensity at the return place and encirclement power ratio are performed by numerical calculation, and are analyzed physically. The results show that the light intensity at the return place decreases monotonically with the increases of the diameter, incidence angle, tilted angle of the detector and the center shelter ratio, but the relationships between these parameters and the encirclement power ratio are all nonmonotonic. The reasonable choice of the focal shift size would result in the largest light intensity at the return place and the largest erirclenent power ratio. 相似文献

By using the Collins diffraction formula and expanding the aperture function into a finite sum of complex Gaussian functions, an analytical formula of the time light intensity distribution for oblique Gaussian beams passing through a moving cat-eye optical lens and going back along the entrance way is deduced.By numerical computation,the variation laws of the time intensity distributions of the cat-eye reflected light with the viewing angle,imaging distance,aperture and instantaneous field of view are given.The results show that the relationship between the light intensity at the return place and the detection time is linear,and it is of inverse proportion only when the viewing angle is very large.For the staring imaging optical lens, the nonlinear extent of the time distribution curve becomes larger with the decrease of the viewing angle.For the instanta- neous imaging optical lens,there is still some cat-eye reflected light when the detection system is out of the viewing field of the target lens. 相似文献

目的:证实聚乙二醇-聚乳酸-聚碳酸酯两亲性共聚物胶束的靶向效应,为肿瘤的靶向治疗提供理论依据.方法:将荧光显像剂罗丹明与聚乙二醇-聚乳酸-聚碳酸酯两亲性共聚物胶束键合,通过罗丹明跟踪检测聚乙二醇-聚乳酸-聚碳酸酯两亲性共聚物(罗丹明胶束)在荷H22肝癌的小鼠体内分布情况.荷H22肝癌小鼠随机分为罗丹明胶束注射组和游离罗丹明注射组,分别注射罗丹明胶束和游离罗丹明,于药物注射后1、3、6、12、24及48 h采用活体成像系统测定小鼠活体及离体器官中药物浓度.结果:游离罗丹明组小鼠注射罗丹明后随循环系统迅速到达全身各个器官,逐渐代谢消失,无肿瘤聚集现象;罗丹明胶束组小鼠给药后体内药物浓度缓慢上升,3 h肿瘤出现药物聚集现象,6 h达到最高浓度且明显高于全身其他器官,12 h仍具有较高浓度.结论:聚乙二醇-聚乳酸-聚碳酸酯两亲性共聚物胶束具有使其键合的药物在体内缓释的效果,延长其在体内的半衰期,减少药物代谢率,靶向到达肿瘤部位,延长在肿瘤滞留时间. 相似文献
