区域水文要素复杂性研究是当今的热点问题,为了研究哈尔滨地区汛期径流量的复杂性特征及变化趋势,将R/S分析法和等概率粗粒化LZC算法引入到区域径流复杂性分析与变化趋势预测中,对地区内10个水文站点的汛期径流序列的复杂性进行诊断并对其变化趋势进行分析。研究结果表明:哈尔滨、通河、阿城、依兰、烟囱山各站未来的汛期径流量呈减少趋势,岔林河、莲花、西北河、延寿、四平山各站未来的汛期径流量呈增长趋势;各站点汛期径流序列的复杂度由高到低依次为:四平山、烟囱山、岔林河、阿城、西北河、依兰、莲花、通河、哈尔滨、延寿;从河流集水面积对其径流长程相关性和复杂性的影响可以看出,站点的河流集水面积越大,其径流量的长程相关性越强,复杂性指数越小。研究成果揭示了本地区汛期径流量的变化趋势以及复杂性演变特征,该特征可为区域径流预测及水资源优化配置提供科学依据。  相似文献

This paper proposes the design of anti-windup compensator gain for stability of actuator input constrained state delay systems using constrained pole-position of the closed-loop. Based on Delay-Dependent Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals and local sector conditions, a new LMI characterization is derived that ensures closed-loop asymptotic stability of constrained state delay systems while accounting upper bound fixed state delay and largest lower bound of the system’s pole-position in the formulation of anti-windup gain. Besides, at saturation, the method significantly nullifies the inherent slow dynamics present in the system. It is shown in the comparative numerical examples that the LMI formulation draws stability with improved time-domain performance.  相似文献

In this paper, a new framework for designing static and low order anti-windup compensator (AWC) for industrial cascade control systems with actuator saturation constraint is presented. Based on less conservative block diagonal quadratic Lyapunov function, sector boundedness, decoupled architecture, norm reduction and cascade loop compensation, linear matrix inequalities are developed which guarantee stability and suitable performance for overall closed-loop system. Static AWC parameters are obtained by comparing the full order AWC architecture with generalized architecture for cascade control system. Low order AWC is designed by sub-optimal approach in which AWC weights are tuned by designer. Anti-windup compensator is divided into inner and outer loop compensators which compensate the effect of saturation at each level. It is observed that the proposed methodology is less conservative than the traditional AWC schemes when applied to cascade control systems. The proposed scheme is successfully tested experimentally on a temperature-based process control system and results are outlined.  相似文献

The evolution of new SARS-CoV-2 variants around the globe has made the COVID-19 pandemic more worrisome, further pressuring the health care system and immunity. Novel variations that are unique to the receptor-binding motif (RBM) of the receptor-binding domain (RBD) spike glycoprotein, i. e. L452R-E484Q, may play a different role in the B.1.617 (also known as G/452R.V3) variant's pathogenicity and better survival compared to the wild type. Therefore, a thorough analysis is needed to understand the impact of these mutations on binding with host receptor (RBD) and to guide new therapeutics development. In this study, we used structural and biomolecular simulation techniques to explore the impact of specific mutations (L452R-E484Q) in the B.1.617 variant on the binding of RBD to the host receptor ACE2. Our analysis revealed that the B.1.617 variant possesses different dynamic behaviours by altering dynamic-stability, residual flexibility and structural compactness. Moreover, the new variant had altered the bonding network and structural-dynamics properties significantly. MM/GBSA technique was used, which further established the binding differences between the wild type and B.1.617 variant. In conclusion, this study provides a strong impetus to develop novel drugs against the new SARS-CoV-2 variants.  相似文献

Multilayer ultrasonic transducers with layers of uniform design are in common use. It is also possible to devise such transducers in which the layer design is nonuniform. However, this adds many degrees of freedom to the transducer design, and conventional design techniques are inadequate to realize desired behavior or even to assess potential benefits. In this paper, a theoretical investigation of multilayer piezoelectric structures with nonuniform layers is reported. Results are presented from a study using computer code to solve the one-dimensional wave equation. It is first shown how multilayer structures with nonuniform layer thicknesses generate even and odd harmonics in their frequency response, suggesting that frequency response can be controlled by choice of layer thickness. However, this choice is complicated and it is impossible to analyze all possible combinations of layer thicknesses. Hence, use of the stochastic optimization technique of simulated annealing is reported. Two optimized transducer designs illustrate this. The first design maximizes uniformity of the fundamental, second, and third harmonics of pressure output, achieved to approximately +/-3%. The results suggest additional bandwidth can be achieved for practical applications, as the presence of a finite response at the second harmonic frequency avoids the null usually associated with this frequency. This is further illustrated with the second optimized transducer design in the form of a three-layer 1-3 connectivity piezo-composite transducer for underwater operation.  相似文献

Rice bran is a major cereal by‐product available for animal feeding in many parts of the world. It has a good balance of protein, fat, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins and minerals. The greatest restriction to the use of rice bran is its instability during storage, leading to rancidity and the presence of heat‐labile antinutritional factors. Rice bran was treated to stabilize it by extrusion cooking, roasting, pelleting and adding antioxidant (125, 250 and 375 ppm). The rice bran so treated was stored for 345 days and analyzed every 15 days for free fatty acid, peroxide and iodine values. Heat treatments were effective in stabilizing rice bran by reducing the rancidity and increasing the storage life. Roasting was effective in stabilizing rice bran for only 180 days of storage. Raw and pelleted rice bran behaved similarly with regard to stability during storage for 345 days. Addition of antioxidant in rice bran was not effective for stabilizing FFA, peroxide and iodine values. There was no difference in dose rates of antioxidant of 125, 250 and 375 ppm. Extrusion cooking proved to be the most effective process for stabilizing rice bran for prolonged storage, and roasting would be the next choice. In this paper we address the problem of radio resource allocation in cooperative relaying networks. We focus on the resource block and power allocations for the downlink of OFDM-based relaying multi-user network. The resource allocation is investigated for both amplify and forward and decode and forward protocols under the constraints of power, resource block pairing and data rate fairness. To reduce complexity, the optimization problem is solved in two steps. In the first step, resource block pairing and allocation are conducted jointly with equal transmission power for both the base station and the relay. In the second step, transmission power is further optimized to maximize the system throughput. Our analysis is focused on the total achievable system throughput and the achievable individual throughput for each user.  相似文献
