Highly active ReS2 nanocatalysts were prepared by CVD method and characterized by XRD, BET -BJH, Raman spectroscopy, XPS, TPR, NH3-TPD, SEM, and HRTEM techniques. Catalytic activities were used in upgrading heavy crude oil using methane as hydrogen source. The results showed a significant increase in API and decrease in sulfur and nitrogen content of crude oil. RSM technique was used to investigate the interactive effects of temperature (200–400 °C), pressure (20–40 bar) and dosage of nanocatalyst (0.5–2 wt. %) on the performance of HDS reaction. The results represent that the maximum predicted HDS activity (74.375%) was estimated under the optimal conditions (400 °C, 20 bars, and 2 wt % of nanocatalyst). Also, the effect of reaction temperature, pressure and dosage of ReS2 nanorods catalyst on HDN of heavy crude oil was investigated and highest efficiency in the HDN process (93%) occurred at 400 °C and 40 bar using 2 wt % ReS2.  相似文献

Polyadipic anhydride (PAA), an aliphatic polyanhydride, and polytrimethylene carbonate (PTMC), an aliphatic polycarbonate, were synthesized via ring opening polymerization of oxepan‐2,7‐dione and melt‐condensation of trimethylene carbonate (1,3 dioxan‐2‐one), respectively. PTMC–PAA blend microspheres containing different ratios of buprenorphine HCl (2, 5, and 10%) were prepared by an oil‐in‐oil emulsion solvent removal method. Microspheres with different ratios of PTMC–PAA (85/15, 70/30, and 55/45) containing 5% buprenorphine HCl were prepared. Microspheres were spherical with visible cracks and pores on the surface. The average particle size of microspheres was around 200 μm for all microspheres. Drug loading efficiency of PTMC–PAA microspheres (85/15, 70/30, and 55/45) was 97.2, 95.2, and 70.2%, respectively. With the increase in the PTMC ratio, the melting point and the enthalpy of melting were both decreased. The mechanism for drug release from PTMC–PAA blend microspheres were generally a combination of drug diffusion through polymers and biodegradation of the polymers. In first three days, the release from microspheres followed zero order kinetics and was dependent on the PAA content. After three days the drug release from microspheres followed first order kinetics. In conclusion it was demonstrated that buprenorphine HCl release from microspheres could be successfully controlled by using different ratios of PTMC–PAA blends. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Accessibility of a fast and accurate multichannel synthetic aperture radar raw data generator of stationary clutter and moving targets has high importance, especially in the application of ground moving target indication. In this paper, a fast four-stage algorithm for generating the raw data of each channel stationary clutter and moving targets, has been proposed respectively in the frequency and the hybrid time–frequency domain. Using this simulator, in different conditions in terms of target motion speed, acceleration and direction, for each of the channels, after generating the raw data, its final image has been extracted by the range-Doppler algorithm. Then, using clutter suppression techniques such as DPCA, ATI and hybrid DPCA–ATI, the multichannel SAR final image has been obtained in ideal and nonideal conditions. Finally, the obtained images of the first channel have been studied using the extracted formulas for predicting the effects of target motion parameters on the SAR images as well as analyzing the multichannel SAR final image. The results show that the proposed algorithm for generating the raw data of each channel stationary clutter and moving targets has better performance in terms of speed and accuracy than the other existing simulators and the proposed multichannel SAR simulation method has high quality.  相似文献

We consider the problem of two dimensional (2-D) autoregressive (AR) parameter estimation in the presence of observation noise. The proposed method is based on Yule-Walker Equations. We express the Yule Walker equations as a quadratic eigenvalue problem then by solving these equations, the parameters of the signal and noise are estimated. We also apply the proposed method to (2-D) spectrum estimation of the sinusoidal signals in noise. The performance of the proposed method is evaluated by computer simulation examples.  相似文献

A facile and simple synthetic route was proposed for the synthesis of WS2 nanoparticles. The as-prepared WS2 nanoparticles can be characterized with X-ray diffraction spectrum (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). The average particle size of the product is about 85 nm that was calculated from XRD pattern by the Debye-Scherrer formula.  相似文献

PbS thin films were grown on glass substrates by chemical bath deposition (CBD) using lead nitrate, thiourea and sodium hydroxide in aqueous solutions at three different temperatures (22, 36 and 50?°C). The microstructure and morphology evolution of the films were investigated using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. Optical properties were studied using UV–Vis–IR spectroscopy. The results indicate that temperature plays an important role in controlling the morphology and optical properties of nanostructured PbS thin films through changing deposition mechanism. The active deposition mechanism changed from cluster to ion-by-ion mechanism with an increase in deposition temperature from 22 to 50?°C, and consequently, film properties such as morphology, optical absorption and preferred orientation changed completely.  相似文献

The surface modification of silica-graphene nanohybrid through treatment with a mixture of nitric and sulfuric acid vapors to prepare a novel stabilizer for decalin-water emulsion was investigated. The nanohybrid was prepared through chemical vapor deposition using silica aerogel and acetylene as catalyst and carbon precursor at atmospheric pressure and 600 °C. The physicochemical properties of the modified nanohybrid were characterized by FT-IR, XPS, Raman spectroscopy, and TEM. The surface modification of nanohybrid was at various duration times (24, 48, and 72 hours) to optimize the surface modification conditions. Zeta potential of ?39.9 mV revealed that the surface modification of nanohybrid after 72 hours had an excellent stability in aqueous phase due to the presence of exceptional functional groups. The emulsion average droplet size decreased by increasing the nanohybrid concentration. The negative value of the zeta potential showed the proposed nanohybrid can be applied as an appropriate stabilizer for emulsion.  相似文献
