In this article, a distributed simulation tool for the feasibility evaluation of multi-site scheduling is proposed. The application areas concern supply chains (SCs) or networks of distributed workshops. The distributed simulation of workshops, called virtual workshops, generates various problems of causality and of tasks execution coordination. These problems are addressed in the proposed distributed architecture by the use of High Level Architecture protocol guaranteeing the synchronisation and the chronology of events occurring in the distributed simulations. An application to a simple case of the SC organising the flow between three workshops shows the effectiveness of the distributed simulation tool. 相似文献

BACKGROUND: The in situ technique (IS) is used for characterising, screening and evaluating feedstuffs in ruminants. However, it is often not adapted to the particular characteristics of feeds (i.e. kinetics of starchy feeds with a standard framework used in forage). This may lead to potential biases in the final conclusions. In two successive experiments, we evaluated the degradative characteristics of conventional (CON) and unconventional (UNC) starchy feedstuffs (ING) and factors affecting their washable fractions (WF). The suitability of IS was then assessed. RESULTS: Two well‐defined ruminal fermentation patterns (CON and UNC) were observed. The WF and insoluble washable (ISWF) fractions were affected by ING, state of presentation [WAY, fresh (F) or pre‐dried (D)], particle size (PSI) and their interactions. The UNC and F feeds had greater WF and ISWF than CON and D, respectively. Increasing PSI linearly reduced WF and its proportion of ISWF. CONCLUSION: The PSI and WAY are critical factors to consider when designing experiments for the evaluation of starchy feedstuffs for ruminants using IS. It is still very risky to propose ‘standard’ parameters as this will always depend on the particular ING evaluated. Conducting pre‐evaluation tests before implementing each research protocol could help to refine the procedure. Copyright © 2009 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

A high-performing bottom-gate top-contact pentacene-based oTFT technology with an ultrathin (25–48 nm) and electrically dense photopatternable polymeric gate dielectric layer is reported. The photosensitive polymer poly((±)endo,exo-bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-ene-2,3-dicarboxylic acid, diphenylester) (PNDPE) is patterned directly by UV-exposure (λ = 254 nm) at a dose typical for conventionally used negative photoresists without the need for any additional photoinitiator. The polymer itself undergoes a photo-Fries rearrangement reaction under UV illumination, which is accompanied by a selective cross-linking of the macromolecules, leading to a change in solubility in organic solvents. This crosslinking reaction and the negative photoresist behavior are investigated by means of sol–gel analysis. The resulting transistors show a field-effect mobility up to 0.8 cm2 V−1 s−1 at an operation voltage as low as −4.5 V. The ultra-low subthreshold swing in the order of 0.1 V dec−1 as well as the completely hysteresis-free transistor characteristics are indicating a very low interface trap density. It can be shown that the device performance is completely stable upon UV-irradiation and development according to a very robust chemical rearrangement. The excellent interface properties, the high stability and the small thickness make the PNDPE gate dielectric a promising candidate for fast organic electronic circuits. 相似文献

The effects of concentration and type of forage in the diet on lipid content and fatty acid (FA) composition of rumen bacteria were studied in 14 goats fitted with duodenal cannulas. The goats were fed a complete maintenance diet containing 40, 70, or 100% chopped forage (dry matter basis) in two equal meals. Forage was either corn stover or alfalfa hay. Microbial cell matter (MCM) was isolated by differential centrifugation of duodenal contents. The FA content of the MCM varied from 5 to 11% of DM and decreased with forage level in the diet. Main FA in MCM were C18:0 and C16:0: together they accounted for 70% of total FA in MCM. The mono-unsaturated FA and branched-chain FA (iso-FA and anteiso-FA) each represented about 10% of FA by weight. The proportion of even-chain saturated FA decreased and those of odd- and branched-chain FA increased with increasing forage. With the corn stover-based diet even-chain saturated FA were lower than with the alfalfa hay-based diet, whereas the unsaturated FA, odd-chain FA, and branched-chain FA were higher. The neutral detergent fiber content of the diet seemed to explain most of the variation associated with even-chain saturated FA, and odd- and branched-chain FA. Our results suggest that, for diets not supplemented with fat, mixed rumen bacteria accumulated energy reserves, by increasing synthesis of either even-chain saturated FA, or saturated odd-chain FA and saturated branched-chain FA. 相似文献
