硅酮密封胶对阳极氧化铝的黏结质量千差万别.影响黏结性的关键因素是铝材表面的封孔程度、氧化层的着色情况、清洁剂的特性以及基材表面清洁与打胶之间允许的时间间隔.由于清洁剂将有机污染物从阳极氧化铝表面去除的效果不同,所以此效果并不和黏结质量有必然联系.据猜测,吸附在阳极氧化铝表面的清洁溶剂会改善基材表面从而提高硅酮胶的黏结性,但这种改善效果会随着清洁溶剂随时间的的挥发而降低.对于给定的溶剂,最佳的黏结效果取决于材料表面的封孔程度.依照ISO 2143酸刻蚀方法测量材料表面的封孔程度,可以预测未着色的阳极氧化铝基材的黏结性.对于着色的阳极氧化铝表面,依照ISO 2931的测试标准,用电相位漂移方法可以用来预测黏结质量.一种控制阳极氧化铝表面的方法被提了出来,此方法是测量不同频率下基材的电阻抗并将它成功地和硅酮密封胶与该材料表面的长期黏接性联系起来.  相似文献

Substrate coupling may severely degrade the electrical performances of high-speed and RF integrated circuits. An isolation technique study of parasitic effects due to substrate coupling between two blocks of integrated circuits in an RF CMOS 90 nm technology is presented. Isolation performances are compared for both bulk silicon (Si) and silicon-on-insulator (SOI) substrate. For every substrate, a compact electrical model matching well with measurement results is proposed for test structures composed of 50times50 mum cells surrounded with an appropriate guard ring. An isolation improvement of 10 dB is reached by an additional P-type guard ring placed around one cell and an isolation level of 45 dB is achieved at 1 GHz for bulk Si substrate  相似文献

In addition to chemical jet etch method, decapsulation performances of electronic packages for failure analysis are virtually enhanced using lasers. Nevertheless circuits inside package could be subjected to a local thermal elevation during the package ablation process. In this paper, we introduce an innovative technique to measure the thermal behavior of an encapsulated system in situ and in real time during laser decapsulation. Measurements of the heat elevation during ablation process in the three regions of interest for failure analysis are discussed: over IC, bonding and lead-frame.  相似文献

In order to increase the safety of intelligent road vehicles of the future and to automate their driving, priority is being given to help systems for drivers. One critical need is the determination of real-time information about the instantaneous motion of the vehicles. Small-sized, low-cost, low-time constant, low-power consumption, contactless microwave sensors are well suited to these applications and give reliable measures in the real-time domain. A K-band Doppler sensor has been developed both in hybrid and monolithic technology. For both the X-band and K-band sensors, printed microstrip flat patch antennas were used. Some experimental results obtained both in the laboratory and on vehicles with some different experimental integrated Doppler radar are provided. The authors conducted a randomized clinical trial of individual psychotherapy for women with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) related to childhood sexual abuse (n = 74), comparing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with a problem-solving therapy (present-centered therapy; PCT) and to a wait-list (WL). The authors hypothesized that CBT would be more effective than PCT and WL in decreasing PTSD and related symptoms. CBT participants were significantly more likely than PCT participants to no longer meet criteria for a PTSD diagnosis at follow-up assessments. CBT and PCT were superior to WL in decreasing PTSD symptoms and secondary measures. CBT had a significantly greater dropout rate than PCT and WL. The ability of two rat liver fatty acid binding protein (L-FABP) isoforms to influence microsomal phosphatidic acid biosynthesis, a key intermediate in glycerolipid formation, and phospholipid fatty acid remodeling was examined in vitro. Isoform I enhanced microsomal incorporation of [1-14C]-oleoyl-CoA into phosphatidic acid 7-fold while isoform II had no effect relative to basal. In contrast, isoform II enhanced microsomal incorporation of [1-14C]-palmitoyl-CoA into phosphatidic acid 4-fold while isoform I had no effect. These results suggest that each L-FABP isoform selectively utilized different acyl-CoAs for glycerol-3-phosphate esterification. Both isoforms stimulated phosphatidic acid formation by increasing glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase activity, not by increasing lysophosphatidic acid acyltransferase activity. Furthermore, the effects of L-FABP on phosphatidic acid biosynthesis could not be correlated with protection from acyl-CoA hydrolysis. L-FABP isoforms also influenced phospholipid fatty acid remodeling in a phospholipid-dependent manner. Isoform I preferentially enhanced oleate and palmitate esterification into phosphatidylethanol-amine, while isoform II stimulated esterification into phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylserine and sphingomyelin.
